I tried some of the Gordon Choice Hickory Smoked Bacon Thick Cut and it was pretty good.

This bacon was skillet cooked and later microwaved.

This bacon was crunchy while lightly chewy in texture with a light hickory and light pork taste.

It didn't taste that salty and not greasy tasting either but did leave a small amount of grease on my tiny plate.

This bacon is really good in Homemade or Olive Garden Zuppa Toscana soup.

My bacon weighed 38 g.
