“For you have been called to live in freedom, my brothers and sisters. But don’t use your freedom to satisfy your sinful nature. Instead, use your freedom to serve one another in love.” —Galatians 5:13
“Free to Choose” By Wendy Richmond:
“We have been called to live in freedom. I’m not sure you and I can fully grasp the concept of living in freedom since most of us have not physically lived in captivity. But all of us once lived in the captivity of sin. Paul writes in his letter to the Romans that we become slaves to whatever we choose to obey, whether sin or righteousness (Romans 6). Christ has set us free from the captivity of sin, but the interesting thing about freedom is that it comes with a little thing called choice.
Even though you are no longer serving sin unknowingly, you can still choose it as your master. You can choose to satisfy your sinful nature. Paul says, “Don’t use your freedom  that way.” Serving the sinful nature will keep you bound up in misery and won’t benefit the people around you. “Instead,” Paul says, “Use your freedom to serve one another in love.” This is a beautiful, wise, rewarding, and God-honoring choice.” Amen!🙏🕊🙌

Good Morning!☀️
Casting all your anxieties upon him for he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7
God is big enough to carry us and all our cares. We simply have to rest in him, all the while doing what we can do. Then we have to let go and let God do what only he can do.
He cares for us! That thought alone ought to bring hope to our hearts and comfort to our soul. Release the cares and concerns to God.
He can handle them!

“How precious are your thoughts about me, O God. They cannot be numbered! I can’t even count them; they outnumber the grains of sand! And when I wake up, you are still with me!” Psalms 139:17-18 NLT

We're Never Beyond Repair
"None of us is a throwaway person, because no one is ever beyond repair in God's eyes. He is the ultimate restorer of people, hearts and lives. Restoration brings transformation, and the faith to believe our lives truly do matter to God.
Lord, thank You for loving me, despite me. Help me see the value You see in me and to trust You have an amazing plan for my future.” - Tracie Miles, Author

Calm. Down.

“God doesn’t care about what I want…I wanted to go to Colorado. I wanted to go South. He sent me to New York City. I wanted to get a job. He shut every door..”
“God is going to do what He wants to do whether I like it or not, without any regard for my well-being or my wants and hopes and dreams or my desires as a single woman, as a young person, as a writer, as a country girl, as anything.”
Yeah……

When you're feeling worthless, know that God is jealous for you. You are so important and special to Him. You may feel like no one seems to care about you, but God does. You mean everything to Him.

“Jesus Quotes and God Thoughts” By Michael Wilson (in God Thoughts, God is Good, Book):
“Jesus gets in trouble a lot. The religious elites do not like who He spends time together with.
“Now when the Pharisee who had invited Him saw this, he said to himself, “If this man were a prophet He would know who and what sort of person this woman is who is touching Him, that she is a sinner.” —Luke 7:39
They let Jesus know. They let the disciples of Jesus know.
And … Jesus wants to sit down and eat with us. Jesus wants to sit down and eat with you. Jesus is smiling and in a good mood. Jesus has good news for us.
It is time to listen.
“When the religious elites and leaders (aka Pharisees) saw this, they said to His disciples, “Why is your Teacher eating with the tax collectors and those who have missed God’s goal (aka sinners)?” —Matthew 9:11
There is good news that Jesus came to save me, a sinner (aka someone who misses God’s goal). Jesus seeks me out. Jesus wants to sit down and eat with me.
Criticism of Jesus the Messiah’s choice of company: Who will I seek out to tell the good news of Jesus to? Is my message for the religious elites or those who need God? Will I be criticized for who I am spending time together with? Are they the “wrong people”? Are they broken hearted, the sick, the homeless, the poor?
Jesus wants to know!”
Luke 7:39  — “Now when the Pharisee who had invited Him saw this, he said to himself, “If this man were a prophet He would know who and what sort of person this woman is who is touching Him, that she is a sinner.”
Luke 19:7  — “When they saw it, they all began to grumble, saying, “He has gone to be the guest of a man who is a sinner.”

“The Name Above Every Other Name” By Wendy Richmond:
“Therefore, God elevated him to the place of highest honor and gave him the name above all other names, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue declare that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” —Philippians 2:9-11
This verse begins with the word “therefore.” A good rule of thumb when studying the Bible is if you see the word, therefore, you better see what it’s there for. Paul is writing to the Philippian church. Based on what he already said, Paul says, “Therefore, God elevated him (Jesus) to the place of highest honor.”
In the previous verses, Paul describes the humility and obedience of Jesus, the Son of God, who set aside His divine privileges and took the humble position of a servant to pay the ultimate price for the disobedience of humanity. Therefore, God elevated him to the place of highest honor and gave him the name above all other names.
Jesus Christ is Lord, the supreme authority. He is:
The Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end (Rev. 22:13)
The Lamb of God (John 1:29)
Immanuel, God with us (Is. 7:14)
King of Kings (Rev. 17:14)
Our Great High Priest (Heb. 4:14)
Our Deliverer (1 Thess.1:10)
Our Mediator (1 Tim. 2:5)
Our Hope (1 Tim. 1:1)
Our Peace (Eph. 2:14)
Our Redeemer (Job 19:25)
Our Risen Lord (1 Cor. 15:3-4)
It is at the name of Jesus that every knee should bow and every tongue declare that Jesus Christ is Lord. The truth is Jesus Christ is Lord. The question is, is Jesus Christ your Lord?” Amen!🙏🕊🙌

“The thief comes only to steal, and kill, and destroy; I came that they might have life, and might have it abundantly.” —John 10:10 (NASB)
“My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me; and I give eternal life to them, and they shall never perish; and no one shall snatch them out of My hand.” —John 10:27–28 (NASB)
“Jesus is Life” By Michael Wilson:
“This verse is so powerful because it shows us the contrast between the enemy’s plan for us and God’s plan for us. The enemy wants to rob us of our joy, peace, and purpose. He wants to destroy our relationships, our health, and our destiny. He wants to keep us in bondage, fear, and despair. But Jesus came to give us the opposite of all that. He came to give us life, and not just any life, but abundant life.
What does abundant life mean? It means a life that is full of God’s presence, power, and provision. It means a life that is overflowing with His love, grace, and mercy. It means a life that is marked by His wisdom, guidance, and direction. It means a life that is fruitful, productive, and impactful. It means a life that is satisfying, fulfilling, and rewarding.
How do we experience this abundant life? By following Jesus and obeying His commands. By trusting Him and relying on Him. By loving Him and serving Him. By worshiping Him and honoring Him. By learning from Him and growing in Him. By sharing Him and witnessing for Him. By living for Him and dying for Him.
Jesus said He came that we might have life and might have it abundantly. He paid the price for our sins on the cross so that we could be forgiven and free. He rose from the dead so that we could have eternal life and victory. He sent His Holy Spirit so that we could have power and comfort. He gave us His Word so that we could have truth and wisdom. He gave us His Church so that we could have fellowship and support.
He has given us everything we need to live a life of abundance. The question is: are we living it? Are we enjoying the blessings He has bestowed upon us? Are we embracing the opportunities He has opened for us? Are we fulfilling the purpose He has assigned to us? Are we reflecting the glory He has revealed to us?”

“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world” —John 16:33 (NIV)
“God never said that the journey would be easy, but He did say that the arrival would be worthwhile.” —Max Lucado
“Jesus promised that in this life we would have trouble. Jesus challenges us to know that the way is not always easy. Some days are tough. We can’t pretend otherwise. God is with us. God has a goal in mind for us. God wants us to remember the goal.” Amen!🙏🕊🙌 ([email protected])

“Now to the God who can do so many awe-inspiring things, immeasurable things, things greater than we ever could ask or imagine through the power at work in us, to Him be all glory in the church and in Jesus the Anointed from this generation to the next, forever and ever. Amen.” —Ephesians 3:20-21 (VOICE)
“Pray Bigger Prayers” By Wendy Richmond:
“The Library of Congress in Washington DC is the largest library in the world. It has over 167 million items in its catalog, over 39 million of which are books. And more books are being written every single day. It’s overwhelming to think of the vast amount of knowledge researched and recorded by great minds throughout history - not to mention the vast amount of literary works that have been written.
Even though there is an incredible amount of knowledge contained within the books in the Library of Congress, some of that knowledge is relatively new. For example, before the discovery of the life-saving antibiotic, penicillin, in 1928, people often died from things like strep throat, stomach ulcers, and tooth abscesses.
God has given humans an immense capacity to think and discover, yet we have barely scratched the surface of knowledge to be obtained. Yet all the knowledge contained in the Library of Congress is like a drop in the ocean compared to an all-knowing God. God is not only all-knowing, he is all-powerful. He is able to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think.
Ephesians 3:20 challenges us to pray bigger prayers. I think that sometimes our prayers are limited by the amount of knowledge that we have, but the Bible says God is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we can ask or think. I can’t help but wonder what could be accomplished in our lives and the lives of those around us if we would begin to pray bigger prayers.” Amen!🙏🕊🙌

“O Sovereign Lord! You made the heavens and earth by your strong hand and powerful arm. Nothing is too hard for you!” —Jeremiah 32:17
“No problem too Big (Or too Small)” By Wendy Richmond:
“Nothing is too hard for God. If God can breathe and stars appear (Psalm 33:6), what is it about our problems that seem too big for Him? Are the problems in our lives too big for God? Or do we just think they are too big? Perhaps we think they’re too small? Maybe you hit your knees when the doctor says cancer, but what if you can’t find your keys?
One night I lost my keys at church. I was the last one to leave. I was about to lock up when I realized I didn’t know where I had left my keys. Not only that, there was a big storm coming, and I really needed to get home before it hit. While I was frantically looking for my keys, my cell phone rang. I didn’t recognize the number, so I dismissed it and kept on looking. It rang again. And a few minutes later, a third time. I decided I had better talk to whoever it was, if for no other reason than to get them to stop calling me.
When I answered the phone, I was surprised to hear the voice of one of my long-time friends. We hardly ever talk on the phone and she was calling from a different number. I sensed an urgency in her voice. “I was praying,” she said, “And I felt like the Lord wanted me to call you. Is everything okay?”
“I can’t find my keys!” I told her, “and I need you to pray.” I remembered several times when she had lost something and asked God to help her find it. To my friend, nothing is too big or too small to ask God for. On more than one occasion, she had prayed and found a lost set of keys. She agreed to pray, and we hung up the phone. No sooner than I had ended the call than I knew exactly where I had left the keys! I went straight to the spot, and there they were.
I learned that day that God cares about the things that are important to me. He made the heavens and the earth by His strong and powerful arm. He breathed and stars appeared. He prompted a friend to call me and pray for a lost set of keys. Nothing is too hard for God - not the big things, and not even the small things.” Amen!🙏🕊🙌
