Bruce brushes his teeth in the shower. This is a very small and inconsequential headcanon based on nothing, but I'm very confident in it.

Truly a shower can be so versatile. You can brush your teeth, piss, wash out a wound, wash off the blood, drink a shower beer, pass out for a little nap on the tile, and wake up with perfectly opened pores and sinuses all in the span of like 30 minutes. Very Bruce Wayne-coded tbh.
