Learn to be a Support

When I tell others I have autism they usually say ‘sorry,' but you don't have to be sorry, it's what I get to deal with, you don't have to apologise. We all deal with something. I am okay with it… it has opened more doors than it has closed. But please be a support because I deal with difference. With autism I think and interpret the world differently. Do I wish I’d had more support? Yes, but what I have learned is that I need to continue to focus on the things that allow me to ‘be me’ and worry less about what others think about me and what I deal with. I have a disability that encompasses, a physical, mental and emotional disability. Does that make me different? Yes. Does the fact that I deal with difference change the status quo? Yes. Not everyone understands (or wants to understand) and if they do they forget. I don't look disabled and that tends to work against me. Is it an issue? Yes, it’s more of an issue than it’s not. The world and those close to us need to work with difference and allow us to thrive through ‘difference’. Do people need to change their attitudes to allow us to be ‘different?’ Yes... and if the shoe were on the other foot, others would expect us to do the same. Can people change? Absolutely they can. Like everything, they have to want to. Have I changed? Yes. Through 12 years of writing for The CP Diary, I have spiritually and emotionally grown. Do I see the world differently? Yes, I see everything differently. I don't have a normal thinking. Yes, my lifestyle has changed to reflect my spiritual values. My blog helps others to change. Can others change? Yes, through spending time reading and absorbing my literature, they can change. Not all disabilities are obvious, or visible... be accepting, be kind, be supportive, be patient, be understanding, we're doing our best.

I honestly, hate everyone. Everyone that has ever came into my life always hurts me... why is it me that is always hurt, why do they always come and just hurt me... I never had anyone that actually cared about me. I'm sick and I'm tired of everything. I just want to leave this world so that no one could ever hurt me anymore... I wish I wasn't born, I wish that I never existed. I can see clearly now that no one really gives on god damn crap about you until they realise that they have lost you. I regret many things a lot, I regret falling in love, I regret not making friends when I had the chance, I regret things so much that I just want to start all over again and change things. I can't live in pain anymore, it hurts me to see that people in this world now is just so stupid, people nowadays don't know what love is, don't know what friendship is, it hurts me to see other people get hurt. All I want to do is help people but how can I help them when they push me away. I do admit that I push people away too but now I realise that pushing them away isn't the answer to life. Having them help you and guide you is the best thing that can happen, don't let people you love go or you will regret it, speaking from experience, just don't let them go. I have learnt so many things as I walked this journey, I keep thinking about ending it, but what is the point of starting a journey to end it so sadly, you'd rather die while doing something fun, you'd rather die from saving someone elses life. Right now I wish that I could save someones life by just donating my organs to them and dying myself because there are so many people out there that has a life more important than mine. I just want them to survive, I just want them to experience life to the fullest. I hope to really see a change in our world one day from above, the way we are going now this world is dying 10x quicker and I ain't joking... People being racist, people bullying, everything to do with someone being hurt the world decreases into a smaller populations slowly without people even knowing it. What is the point of murder when you are taking revenge for someone else and ending up in jail for it, what is the point for bullying someone when you will regret one day, what is the point of being racist when we are all from the same person just generations old, we people are all the same, no matter what you say we all came from one family that grew bigger that grew further apart, and what I want is that for us to come together again, become one again but how am I going to do that by myself without any help. Never ever do we truly know the situation of another. Yes, we have real decent values and morals...as shown, a youngster before a man. But whose to judge one heart over another. We all seem to KNOW what we see, but what about the tears? When does compassion start and when should it end?? Shouldn't we ALL hold the same value?? Is it not fair to say that COMPASSION and BIAS should never be mixed....?? Breaks my heart to see the tears of a truly hungry man, begging...a veteran at that. To put things in perspective, the young man should've shown respect once the gentleman said he was a veteran. TRUTH BE TOLD.....There are too many aspects in life for us to judge one another...and I get this doesn't apply to all situations, but when Compassion and Giving/Helping is involved remember they are feelings coming from the HEART. Them feelings don't know if you are a man or a child, a veteran or most importantly a very Hungry man. When someone is reaching out for a friend or help of any kind the first thing that you should do is help them be there friend. You never know what that person is going to truly even if they explain it to you you never know how they are feeling or the things that they’ve had to go through just to make it on a day-to-day basis. And to reject that person is like telling that person that you’re like everyone else you do not care that their life and their happiness and their health and their mental well-being is not important!
