i imagine it's one of the first times you help him out and so you're still not really used to it. it's all going smooth and you think you're finally starting to get the hang of it, when suddenly you hear him suck in a breath. the reaction is enlarged by 1000 in your head because in reality he barely even reacts and there's barely even a little drop of blood, but to you it's like you gave him a full on stab wound in his chest… pepe just looks himself in the mirror and goes "oh" before wetting a towel and cleaning himself up. but you freeze, just blinking up at him and feeling your pulse increase instantly because… you just made him bleed…..

he doesn't even notice your reaction at first – because, again, it's not a big deal to him – but when he does, his eyes soften as they land on him and he instantly cups your cheeks in his hands. he's very "what's wrong? hey, it's alright – i'm not even bleeding anymore! don't cry, please, seeing you in tears hurts more than the cut…" and all kinds of words of comfort just to calm you down :( and then he has to promise you like 10 times that he indeed is alright and give you 100 little kisses to make you feel good again 🥺

we actually elope so we don’t have a wedding (or at least, your typical wedding). how it all goes down is that alhaitham asks if i see myself spending the rest of my life with him, i say yes, and on that same day we get a ring. then we have a spontaneous vacation that no one questions until… we come back with that newlywed glow (and a ring around our finger). out of love for our friends (because i know some of them would drop to their knees and implore we do something) we throw an intimate, private, whimsical dinner rather than a party. so to answer your question !! our rings would be understated, our cake flavour would be matcha!! (most likely a crepe cake). and this’ll be our bouquet ! but with a twist! everyone gets a smaller version of this at our dinner :] and we made it!!

the avatar of pride gets married? this could be equivalent to a public holiday in the devildom /hj. he’s a demon and a powerful one at that (one of the seven rulers aside from the prince and the demon king) so i cannot avoid doing something extravagant. the ring he gives me will be very enchanted and crafted from ancient sorcery so it’ll start off as a light grey stone. still, as our marriage progresses, my love for him will determine what colour the stone will change to!! it’ll eventually turn into an onyx black because we love so deeply that it protects and heals the other - and we are fiercely loyal to each other! as it evolves, it also starts to resemble to the black mark on his forehead (in his demon form) which i think is neat! and our flavour of cake will definitely have something to do with cookie or biscoff. since we are fancy schmancy, i think we could somehow pull off having delicious ice cream cake to serve! perhaps we hire the demon of frost to keep it cold!

so far it feels like all of the praise, or at least hype, for arcane is about playing around with the facts of the champions and not the actual meaning to their stories

im pretty sure this applies to other champs too but like theone foremost in my mind rn is everything to do with Orianna. people are going like oh, viktor will make her a machine! or singed won't be able to bring her back. Orianna's just dead or asleep in stasis and this is not at all the clockwork girl who tried to befriend an amusement park automaton because she was so lonely

it feels like this with warwick, with viktor, jayce even ekko and kinda jinx — season 2 has been nothing but. playground toys. make-believe in the sandbox. action figures are being mashed together but nothing of what made these characters Themselves is actually. Here.

idk it's 2 in the morning. this endless stream of praise is just bewildering. how haven't anyone else's brains been turned to mush by the rapidfire bullshit going on in each episode? shit just happens and there's no emotional weight to any of it. there's no time. off to mark the next thing on the checklist

Imagine, if you will:

Gently running a finger over Simon's arm, taking in all the details of his tattoos. You run your fingers over the top of his arm, but also his underarm, just admiring the art on his body. But you see him turning away from you, a smile on his face as you trace his arm. Naturally, you have an idea that you immediately act upon.

You trace your other hand over his abs and his stomach. There may be a little bit of pudge there, but he still reacts, recoiling from your touch as he leans forward. You could have sworn you heard the most quiet of giggles coming from him. Acting all innocent, you just pretend to be entranced by the beauty of his body.

Eventually, he catches your hands and tells you to cut it out. But you simply remark, that he's just so handsome, that you can't contain yourself. Besides, it's not like you were being rough with him either. He grumbles and lets you continue, still twitching and jerking from your touch here and there. He was a strong man, wasn't he? Surely, he could take a few tickles here and there.
