I thought Gal Marries was the Warhammer of Warhammer
Nope. Harry's Hammer, the Hammer of Harry, Harald Hammerstorm, is the warhammer Warhammer is named after. Ghal Maraz (or Gal Marries if you like) is the warhammer most famously associated with the "warhammer" in Warhammer IPs, but it isn't the warhammer that named Warhammer "Warhammer"

It's finally fucking clicked why the stereotypical warhammer for the Empire in Warhammer Fantasy has such large heads.
Because of the Dwarfs.
Ghal Maraz, the Skull-Splitter, forged by the Dwarfen Ancestor God Smednir, was originally forged with the dawi in mind, and dwarfs have a very particular mindset for weapons, especially hand weapons: any weapon of war must also function as a tool too. Hence why a lot of their weapons are axes, hammers, mattocks and picks. Those are tools.
So what good is a hammer in the underground? For driving in stakes to crack open rocks, to shape them and to also drive in posts for mines. And for that kind of work, having a larger head helps a lot.
So, since the dwarfs gave Ghal Maraz to the warrior-king Sigmar, that idea of a weapon design proliferated down through the ages in the Empire until the idea of a smaller headed hammer, the ideal kind for cracking armour, kind of died out and the larger hammer head took its place.
...
Plus it's fantasy and fantasy always has ridiculous weapon designs.

What past experiences have shaped the character's personality? (Karl Franz)
How does the character view authority and rules? (Li Dao)
Does the character have any unique quirks or habits? (Tzarina Katrin)
What are the character's long-term goals and aspirations? (Yin-Yin)
How does the character react to failure or mistakes? (Helman Ghorst)
What kind of relationships does the character value most? (Balthasar Gelt)
Karl Franz: There are many battles the Emperor has fought, many foes vanquished, many rivals cast down. But what has truly formulated Franz's personality was Ghal Maraz. The weight of it in his hands, the history of the hammer and what it meant. Knowing that a man made God once held the hammer and once united the fractured men of the Empire. It's that name, Sigmar, to which he must now come to emulate or simply be seen as a footnote in history.
I have no Muse named Li Dao
Katarin: when she first learned her magic's she would often be in court weilding it to practice, forming shapes in the ice to master the control needed to shape it to her whims. Now she simply does it idly with a single finger that causes ice to swirl and dance within the court.
Yin-Yin seeks to right the wrong of her failed invasion of Kuresh and Ind. She failed her father once and shall ot do so again, the celestial court will take the subcontinent by her hand and by her hand alone.
I don't believe I have Ghorst as a muse either.
Balthasar appreciates those relationships that are beneficial to all parties, he doesn't have to like you and you don't have to like him, he is there to make sure that everything runs smoothly.

im surprised skarbrand is afraid of true death honestly.
I feel like ALL daemons have reservations about it, tbh. Even the Chaos Gods have self-preservation at the end of the day. There's a particular scene in The End Times that's interesting and influenced my decision on the matter:
Ka'Bandha is one of Khorne's strongest Bloodthirsters, up there with Hargrim, An'ggrath, and even Skarbrand. And Ghal Maraz, im pretty sure, can kill permanently. Suffice to say if the Cream of the Crop are wary, then daemons DO fear true-death as much as any mortal.

wanted to make Florian’s Team Post-Scarlet saga
“Sobek” (Skeledirge) - Florian’s signature mon and his starter he chose all those years ago…
“Korai” (Koraidon) - The older, shiny Koraidon that nearly killed Sada and kicked the younger Koraidon out of Area Zero. It was captured shortly after Florian obtained a master ball from Clavell.
“Ghal Maraz” (Tinkaton) - A Tinkaton with a Tera dark type that Florian caught when it was a Tinkatuff; she has proven herself as a great member of Florian’s team.
“Donhemoth” (Great Tusk) - A massive Great tusk Titan that made its home within the Asado desert. It was captured after Arven and Florian beat it in a battle.
“Koolasuchus” (Clodsire) - One of the first of Florian’s pokemon. It was captured on the first route of the game and quickly grew on Florian’s heart.
“Horridus” (Gouging fire) - The newest arrival to the team, the paradoxical Ceratopsian was captured during Briar’s trip to area zero in order to seek the treasure of area zero.

*gifts a copy of Sigmar's hammer to the emperor* This was given to Sigmar by dwarves when he was still a man who was king of a barbarian tribe. It's name is Ghal Maraz, which translates to Skull Splitter. It was made famous for pushing back a horde of Orks, and unifying the empire of man. In fact, most statues of Sigmar are of him wielding the hammer and holding the head of an Ork Boss.
“And you’re just giving me a hammer of his.. a copy of one that is.. why would you gift me this?”

Watch "The Return of THE Warhammer, Ghal Maraz | Warhammer Age of Sigmar Lore" on YouTube
youtube
So tell you I'm not trying to collect characters but I have to create these for the and they have to be under dark side so they don't come attack you right monsters going to feed off energy that's evil and probably force you to be more evil so if it's under dark side then it doesn't order that creature to attack you on a different realm so you don't attack me for the genomics to be processed correctly and don't worry about what I'm consuming if I vaporate using Vapor to smoke or smoke weed it's for purpose to feel that color of the skin it's not anything else I've tested it when I was in compass earlier I have to take shit why you guys are forcing me and then I have to add tobacco for Hispanics originally because they were origin without base layers

Who is Harry the hamner
Harald Hammerstorm. He is, on a meta level, the Warhammer guy. Before Ghal Maraz (Sigmar's Warhammer, the Warhammer of Warhammer) was even a thing, there was Harald Hammerstorm, aka Harry the Hammer. The chaos guy with the giga-powerful warhammer. Allegedly the reason Warhammer is called Warhammer. It doesn't have a fancy name; it is the Hammer of Harry.
In lore he's an extremely powerful chaos champion whose whole thing is murdering the shit out of powerful opponents, but especially the undead, who he hates. He's so good at killing them that he actually has the ability to inspire a sense of mortal terror in undead beings.
His hammer is hilariously powerful, too. It's been so utterly tweaked out by all four major chaos gods that when Harry hits something with it, they usually just die or explode. Even if it's already dead. He can slap the soul, or remnants of a soul, right out of something and into the afterlife. It also just... ignores non-magical armour. I cannot overstate how ridiculous the hammer is.
So yeah. Harry the Hammer. Not the loreful reason Warhammer is called Warhammer, but by informal accounts the meta reason Warhammer is called Warhammer.
Warhammer.

GHAL MARAZ, Skull-Splitter, forged by the Dwarven Ancestor God Smednir, and given to the young Sigmar, who saved High King Kurgan Ironbeard from a band of orcs. Henceforth, Sigmar became Sigmar Heldenhammer, and the hammer has been wielded by every Emperor since.
I am a nerd.

A Priest of Sigmar with his body tattooed in holy images of Sigmar and Ghal Maraz.
A Veteran Empire soldier with various tally marks on his body for different orcs, goblins and beasts that he's killed.
An Empire nobleman thinking that having the tattoos of a Sargosian pirate would make him look dashing (it doesn't. At all).
