Self-acceptance and Mental Health

This can impact our mental health. Convincing ourselves to accept mental health doesn't help unless we want to accept mental health. We should all be thinking about and dealing with our mental health.

Our reluctance to deal with mental health is staggering.

Recent Mental Health stats

Given the recent stats that 1 in 2 people will get cancer, (it used to be 1 in 3) something needs to change. (Source: https://www.sciencedaily.com). It is about using your common sense on mental health, whether you want to become another statistic, or whether you choose to deal with your mental health.

Cancer hits

We think we have time; we think illness won’t happen, we think cancer won't get us, but it does. No one is safe from the disease Mental Health is something we need to continue to work on.

'Enough is Enough'

We should want to change our perceptions and deal with mental health. We have to want to live a completely different lifestyle, to say 'enough is enough.' What we should be saying is: "I am going to change my perceptions and lifestyle, where can I buy the books to help me?" Out of a family of 6, I have seen three family members die to cancer.
