I’m just gonna say it, while Russia’s invasion of Ukraine rightfully being condemned, is barbaric & beyond stupid, and left them with heavy sanctions- The US deserves that exact same treatment and should have been the most sanctioned country in the world after they invaded Iraq 20 years ago

1 million Iraqis dead- family, friends, children, and community gone, a whole region of the world destabilized, infrastructure destroyed, abuse of women and children, and extensive torture & torture networks and black sites that defy humanity. All from an *illegal* war, and it’s even worse when you look at all the other places we invaded- and the US received *zero* consequences for what it’s done. It’s only fair, right?

Joan: he was a double agent during WW2. He approached the British like 3 times asking them to hire him as a spy, but they said no, so he went to the Nazis and became a spy for them, so then the British would hire him as a double agent. It worked. So he moved to Lisbon and sent reports to the Germans from "London" (he was just making shit up). He also made up like 27 agents who worked for him (ocs). He even was awarded the Iron Cross for his great and totally truthful work as a spy! After the war he faked his death and ran a bookstore. Very cool.

Barney: Barney (real name Bernard) was George W. Bush's dog. When Bush was visiting Russia, Vladimir Putin told him that this is not a manly dog (small) and he later showed him his dog (big). He said that Koni (Putin's dog) is bigger stronger faster meaner tougher etc. Koni also lived longer so... I hate both of these men but I absolutely love the dogs I'm sure Koni wouldn't be mean to Barney, she wouldn't say those thingsss

What George W. Bush did to Iraq 20yrs ago is as much of a war crime as what Vladimir Putin is doing to Ukraine today. While not precisely the same, the similarities are glaring. Bush lied when he said he was seeking weapons of mass destruction and wanted to bring democracy to Iraq, and Putin is lying when he says he is liberating Russian speakers and wants to denazify Ukraine.

Both presidents are corrupt power hungry imperialistic occupiers who only wanted to secure land, resources and power.

Only the most zealous sycophants or the most aggressively willfully ignorant still believe Bush or Putin.
