Fine. Arrest them too!
I don’t think “hey, those other guys committed heinous war crimes just like us” is the own this guy seems to think it is.

I’m just gonna say it, while Russia’s invasion of Ukraine rightfully being condemned, is barbaric & beyond stupid, and left them with heavy sanctions- The US deserves that exact same treatment and should have been the most sanctioned country in the world after they invaded Iraq 20 years ago
1 million Iraqis dead- family, friends, children, and community gone, a whole region of the world destabilized, infrastructure destroyed, abuse of women and children, and extensive torture & torture networks and black sites that defy humanity. All from an *illegal* war, and it’s even worse when you look at all the other places we invaded- and the US received *zero* consequences for what it’s done. It’s only fair, right?

Okay, in 1968, as he was running for president against the vice-president of the sitting administration, Richard Nixon encouraged the government of North Vietnam not to make an agreement with the Johnson administration in order to help his election chances as the US was fighting a war against that country.
In 1980, as a candidate against the sitting president, Ronald Reagan worked with Iran to delay the release of hostages in order to help his election chances.
In 2016, as he was running for president against the former secretary of state of the sitting administration, Donald Trump openly called for Russian interference in US elections in order to help his election chances.
It's pretty crazy to think about, but of the last five Republican presidents to be elected to office, of all the Republicans elected to the presidency in the last 70 years, the only ones who haven't committed treason (the US Constitution defines treason against the United States as "levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort", something which collaborating with hostile powers against the interests of the US as represented by the presidential administration would qualify as under any reasonable definition) in order to boost their campaigns were the ones named "Bush".
