This probably isn’t the case but I just thought of a possible meaning behind Ms. Roads’ name! Her first name (or nickname) is “Zero”. That makes her “Zero Roads”. Could that be referring to the idea that there’s no way out? Roads are paths, and there are none.

I know the boxes on ranboos childhood photos were purely for like privacy sake but I do like the idea that even in death- even in absolute final moments of despair knowing that he will never get the chance to be himself no matter the outcome that showfall still didn’t give him an ounce of truly letting himself be free.

The box was always meant to be around ranboos head. There was no other option. There is no real Ranboo left in them anymore it’s just the hero. Just the role. You cannot see yourself without the mask anymore because you don’t know who that person is. How can that be you if you were always here? It can’t. It’s paradoxical, an impossible reality. So it stays out of reach, even in their very last moments.
