KRIS KRISTOFFERSON (1936-Died September 28th 2024,at 88). American country singer, songwriter and actor. Among his songwriting credits are "Me and Bobby McGee", "For the Good Times", "Sunday Mornin' Comin' Down", and "Help Me Make It Through the Night", all of which were hits for other artists.

In 1985, Kristofferson joined fellow country artists Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson and Johnny Cash in the country music supergroup the Highwaymen, which was a key creative force in the outlaw country music movement that eschewed the traditional Nashville country music machine in favor of independent songwriting and producing.

As an actor, Kristofferson was known for his roles in Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid (1973), Blume in Love (1973), Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore (1974), A Star Is Born (1976) (which earned him a Golden Globe Award for Best Actor), Convoy (1978), Heaven's Gate (1980), Stagecoach (1986), Lone Star (1996), and the Blade film trilogy (1998–2004). Ive been thinking of this after finding out Skelita was a born dead.

there's a difference between dead ghosts and born ghosts like Serena, which is said in the movie. They're solids, haunted high probably hosts the actual dead students.

If you notice ghosts like Opertia, Scarah and Moanatella are all fully solid in their skin. Meanwhile when the ghouls transform, they become more transparent. So I think that represents ghosts who actually died (based on what seriena you look at it either confirms or kills this theory)

As far as I know, there's only one dead zombie (g1 and some g2 knowledge on lore here) which is Moanica, as she's the only zombie I can think of using ekklish instead of zombie as her first language, making me think she's the only zombie who's actually dead.

Something that has always intrigued me in Haunted was that it showed ghosts of different monster types around Haunted High, not just humans. No one really bats an eye at the MH ghouls when they turn themselves into ghosts, since it's just par for the course, and the ghouls themselves don't take note of this either.

I feel like that adds so much to the lore, but it's just sort of an innocuous detail that isn't really touched upon.

For one, despite being two different kinds of monsters, they're not regarded as being hybrids like Sirena is.

And even more intriguing it suggests that mortal monsters still have a chance to "come back" as there's a possibility they'll turn into ghosts.

It makes me wonder if that logic might be the same for zombies, where mortal monsters could also be reanimated into them, not just humans. And how would a loved one react if they were to witness this? Would it be no biggie, or a major shock?

Thinking about how Abigail was never her own person in life or death. She was born her father's daughter and died her father(s') daughter. Her name will always be followed by "daughter of Garrett Jacob Hobbs/Minnesota Shrike." Her existence will only live on through the angry cries of grief striken parents, or the men who use an idealised version of her to cope with their twisted lives
