I just… show up and smile where I’m told to. I was actually thinking you should come. Charlie: Me? At a fancy brand launch? Yeah, I don’t think I fit the vibe Eli. Plus, isn’t that kind of a family thing? I wouldn’t want to intrude. Eli: It doesn’t have to be, I’d want you there. I know it’s a lot to ask, but… I thought it might be good to get away for a bit longer. Look, it’s not exactly the warmest family reunion. Orange is cool, but my mum and I… it’s complicated. Having you there would make it easier, you’re good at keeping me grounded. Charlie: You’re serious about this, aren’t you? wouldn’t that be weird? Me just tagging along to your family thing? Eli: It wouldn’t be weird to me. And honestly I’d actually really like you to be there. Not just as a buffer. I think you’d like it too, It’s beautiful there.
