Kerala HC rules to bring down GST for malabar porotta to 5%

Kochi: The Kerala High Court has declared that the ‘Malabar Parota’ and the ‘Whole Wheat Malabar Parota’ are akin to ‘bread’ and hence should be taxed at the rate of 5% GST instead of the previously imposed 18% GST.
