As a wee speck of space dust from Wisconsin, USA, I just wanna thank each and every person across the globe who’s been encouraging us in this very hellish election time.
Big shout out to the global feminists especially on Threads for reminding us that we are one global sisterhood.
Don’t fuck this up America….

A Call for Peace in a Divided World
Tumblr media
As I watch the Ukraine-Russia conflict, I’m struck by the overwhelming sense of greed that underlies so much of human conflict. To me, this struggle is rooted in the age-old desire for control over land—something we’ve seen repeatedly throughout history. It’s as if the world hasn’t changed; we’re still fighting over territories, often at the expense of innocent lives.
The global impact of this war is profound. It doesn’t just destabilize the region; it makes the world a less stable place for all of us. Financially, mentally, and emotionally, the consequences ripple far beyond Ukraine and Russia’s borders, affecting people worldwide.
And yet, I believe diplomacy is always an option. Nations may not always see eye-to-eye, but there are ways to come to the table and talk things out. Civilians in both Ukraine and Russia deserve peace—surely they don’t want this war any more than we do. The Ukrainian people, in particular, only want to live in an independent nation, free from the looming threat of conflict.
The strain on international relationships is palpable. Alliances like NATO and the EU feel united but also under pressure. With accusations flying, it’s hard to know what’s true, but we can see the impact these divisions have on humanity as a whole. If one side refuses to talk, what choice is left?
So, my message to everyone reading this is simple: give peace a chance. Countless lives are being lost—innocent people who shouldn’t have to pay the price. We need to remember that we’re all part of the human race, and if we’re to survive together, peace is worth fighting for.

Ramayana No. 12: Caravan of Love: The Evolution of Divine Worship and the Universal Teachings of Compassion
In the spiritual journey of humanity, there has always been a deep yearning to connect with the divine. This connection has evolved across cultures and religions, shaping how people perceive and relate to the sacred. Two profound examples of this evolution can be found in Hinduism and Christianity, where the abstract, formless concept of the divine transformed into more personal, relatable…

We Won't Forget, 9/11/2001
It was twenty-three years ago. Seems like yesterday. Still doesn’t seem completely real. It wasn’t the first attack on the Twin Towers. In 1993 a truck bomb was set off in the basement of the North Tower, killing six and injuring over one thousand. The towers would reopen in less than six weeks despite the heavy damage. It was a deadly prelude to the September 11th attacks. I had heard about…

The Black on Black Love Movement is a social movement that celebrates and promotes love, unity, and healing within the Black community. It is a response to the systemic racism and oppression that Black people have faced for centuries, which has led to trauma, self-hatred, and violence within the community.
The movement is based on the belief that Black love is the foundation of a strong and thriving Black community. It encourages Black people to love and support each other, to heal from their wounds, and to work together to create a better future for themselves and their children.
The Black on Black Love Movement is manifested in many different ways, including:
Social media campaigns: The movement has a strong presence on social media, where people use hashtags like #BlackLove and #BlackOnBlackLove to share stories, images, and videos of Black love and joy.
Art and culture: Black artists and creators are using their work to promote the Black on Black Love Movement. For example, there are many films, books, and TV shows that celebrate Black love and relationships.
Community events: Organizations and individuals across the country are hosting community events to promote Black love and unity. These events can include things like potlucks, movie nights, and workshops on Black relationships and parenting.
The Black on Black Love Movement is still in its early stages, but it is growing rapidly. It is a powerful and important movement that is helping to heal the Black community and create a better future for Black people everywhere.
Here are some specific examples of the Black on Black Love Movement:
The Black Love Campaign is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to promoting Black love and unity. The organization hosts community events, produces educational materials, and advocates for policies that support Black families and relationships.
The Black Girl Magic movement is a social media campaign that celebrates the beauty, strength, and resilience of Black women. The movement is a reminder of the importance of Black self-love and community.
The Black Boys Joy movement is a social media campaign that highlights the positivity and joy of Black boys and men. The movement is a counter-narrative to the negative stereotypes that are often associated with Black men.
These are just a few examples of the many ways that the Black on Black Love Movement is being manifested. The movement is a powerful and important force for change in the Black community.
“Racists will always call you a racist when you identify their racism. To love yourself now - is a form of racism. We are the only people who are criticized for loving ourselves. and white people think when you love yourself you hate them. No, when I love myself they become irrelevant to me.” ― John Henrik Clarke tags: racism, racists.

The Black History Channel and all of it's affiliates are proud supporters of The Black On Black Love Movement.

Any religion that professes to be concerned with the souls of men and is not concerned with the slums that damn them, the economic conditions that strangle them, and the social conditions that cripple them, is a spiritually moribund [at the point of death] religion.
