I love that u analyze these two so well, and that makes it so the content u make for them is AMAZING. I often suffer when i search for food cuz people will often like uh. Oversimplify/??/ the characters while they imagine them in relationships. And that just kind of isn't great ig. It's totally different on this account and i admire that.

I actually think u could pass as a writer for tadc if i didn't see that this account is about a ship.

oh gosh haha thank you so much!!! i try to put alot of emphasis on proper characterization and emotion in my art. As fun and self indulgent it is to see my ships hugging and kissing if it’s not canon it’s kinda hard to justify for me and ends up feeling a little dry?

it’s much more fun for me personally to break down/dissect individual characters and dynamics first so i can boil down a reasoning for drawing jax and pomni (or more recently n and uzi from murder drones im sorry but also please give it a watch) playing tonsil hockey or whatever.

Something i must say

Some of you are thinking why i chose Pomni,Uzi, and Edge for the comics. i only have 3 reasons

1.The fact that i can change my voice(its weird but i like my talent) and i kinda do each of their voices.

2.I love their character designs and just everything about is interesring.

3.I relate to them:

Uzi-her really father wasn't really supporting or giving her enough love and her mother disappearing..it's the opposite for me,my mother wasn't always there for me..my real father disappeared and for Uzi, she trusts someone(that is N),for me is my wife because i trust her a lot.

Pomni-she hates being touched and she panics often. I myself, don't like being touched or do hugs, i panic,overthink,stress, often.

Edge-her being a puppet to Cursa,being used for doing bad stuff,hiding who she truly is,not showing much emotions but just a serious face..i'm just a puppet to my mother..i hide my true self and i don't really have a personality,i just make one up so people won't judge me.

Sorry if it all dark and sad but sometimes, a broken soul just has to tell other broken souls out in the world that..don't hide your emotions. Instead, travel the whole world and find your true self.

it’s different for everyone. Some of them are smooth and just disassociating, some of them give me hella tics while disassociating, while Uzi’s for example feel like an eletric shock

I’m taking split meaning creating new alters. Sometimes we just hear a new voice then a name is said randomly in our head, when sometimes we consciously form them.

To answer your question, the idea is that TADC cast download into their drone bodies during the events of the MD Pilot and just sort of kill about and get familiar with their new bodies and surroundings. After that, they’d make their way to Outpost 3 and would be integrated into the MD episodes from their, causing slight alterations to the events as they progress.

A major thing I focus on in this AU is how the two casts interact. Like, N and Pomni becoming friends, Zooble and Uzi developing an on sight rivalry, Kinger somehow joining the WDF, Ragatha becoming a TA, etc.

One thing I will say in advance is that Caine and Bubble don’t factor much into the plot until the events of Mass Destruction and Absolute End.

I’m also glad to hear you enjoyed that bit between N and J. One thing that sort of bugged me is that (not including the free for all in the finale) N never really confronted J about the way she treated him, so writing that was kinda cathartic.

Overall, Interviews with a Murder Drone is my way of giving J the redemption so many were hoping for, with the main conflict stemming from the fact J is basically digging her nonexistent heels in as Thad drags her into becoming a better person, coupled with the fact all but 2-3 members of the cast are unwilling to actually forgive her.

I made this post almost a month ago and since then I have been mulling over actually expanding on and writing my fanfic ideas to the point I made an ao3 account. So, I guess the question now is:
