Additionally, that probably means Starz is out as a network that could take on Hannibal. Bryan having an open schedule is important, but we also need someone to take on our show for this to happen :/

Also, BAD news for the delightful queerness of AG, because that’s probably gone. Highly doubt the next producer is going to give us a penis per episode or expand on Salim’s storyline considering he’s such a minor character in the book.

With Bryan leaving AG, could Hannibal s4 be closer?

As much as my heart wants to say yes, I’m going to say it’s unclear. 

Bryan’s still got Amazing Stories that probably is about to kick into high gear. 

In theory, it opens up his schedule and that’s one of the known pieces of the S4 puzzle. 

Personally, I’m hopeful but not blindly so. 

If he announces that he’s got something else he’s working on in the meantime, I refuse to let myself be any less hopeful about S4 happening.
