Yesterday I had a panic attack but it was only physical?? My heart was beating fast, my chest felt tight but my upstairs wasn't even phased. Before it started I felt like I did something bad and made Jess do something share didn't need to do. The thought passes but mean while my chest is just SXTDRSHAGA GCHC FDTDGVH AAAAAAAAA and my brain is hangin out, not anxious or upset at all and it's like "buddy, wtf the fuck is your deal I'm not dying." And I was trying to get my system to calm down by breathing and cutting off stimulation. It wasn't loud, so I just cut off visual, But it was time to go. It wasn't uncomfortable, but I could feel my heart. It was weird.
