I pretty much like all the games for different reasons. Theres only like one I’m very indifferent to but I don’t think there’s a Fnaf game I genuinely hate 🤷🏾 so instead of picking a fave imma just dump all my thoughts on each game lmao hope you don’t mind me yapping.

I like the first and second game for the animatronics and sound design (and nostalgia, sue me).

third game introduced Springtrap. Enough said.

fourth game made me shit my pants as a kid so I’d say that one was the scariest for me personally.

I remember loving sister location as a kid but now idk it’s still pretty good but I wouldn’t say I love it as much anymore.

pizzeria simulator was a solid conclusion to the first arc of fnaf, or the afton arc?? Idk whatever you wanna call it. Loved the final speech and all the stupid shit you could buy.

Security Breach is such an anomaly to me. It’s like the Sonic 06 of Fnaf. I SHOULD dislike it because it is objectively a very terrible game from the story to the gameplay, but I don’t?? 🥸 I like the aesthetic and I like where the potential original storyline was going. Too bad it didn’t make it in, cus I would have loved to see Vanessa and Vanny being involved in the story. (Currently breaking my neck trying to rewrite it for funsies 🤭)

Ruin is the most boring fnaf related game I’ve ever seen, I’m so sorry to any ruin fans reading this I tried to like it, I really did. The only thing I liked was Cassie, she’s the cutest and silliest and she reminds me of my lil sibling so there’s my bias :) oh yeah and Eclipse, he was dope. Everything else was lowkey formulaic and forgettable.

I’m still iffy on the new Mimic game coming out later but I want to give it a chance even if I don’t really care about the Mimic. It’s just feels like a weak excuse for the shit show that happened in the burn trap ending to me.

(I didn’t include the VR games cuz I think they’re fun but I don’t have any strong feelings regarding them lmao.)

For my Favorite Animatronic of all time? I’m debating between Glamrock Freddy and the Daycare attendant (super basic ahh options, I’m aware). I have a lot of faves from each game to it’s hard to say which one I love the most.

For funsies I designed a Funtime Bonnie cause I like drawing bunnies :3

i’m glad i’m not alone in my theory that the crying child died first, and what he saw that was misinterpreted in the eyes of child wasn’t his sister being killed by circus baby, but was more likely someone entering either the spring bonnie or fredbear animatronic. for starters, the only animatronics in fnaf 4 that are seen with mouths on their stomachs are the fredbears. og fredbear would’ve been the only animatronic among the gang to be a springlock animatronic.

it also just.. doesn’t make a lot of sense for elizabeth to die first. if she was, that would mean both her and the crying child (two young children) were at the opening of circus baby’s pizza world (unsupervised, in a restaurant filled with animatronics made for the specific purpose of luring and killing kids). then, after baby killed elizabeth, william would have still allowed his youngest son to go anywhere near the animatronics at fredbear’s family diner (again, relatively unsupervised because you know michael wasn’t doing his babysitting job).

now, i know william is negligent father, but allowing his son to go near animatronics he made and knows are dangerous right after his daughter got killed by different animatronics he made? at that point you’d think he wanted the crying child to get bit. why would william allow his son’s birthday to be held at the fredbear restaurant after one of his kids ran off and got killed at another restaurant? is he stupid? /ref

(also also.. why would william be designing robots specifically to lure in and kill children at that point in time, if none of his kids had even died yet? did he just.. really wanna kill random kids? seems like a boring motivation tbh. personally, it makes the most sense to me that after killing charlie and noticing some weird behaviour in the puppet animatronic that would suggest charlie is possessing the puppet, and after his son was killed by fredbear, he would want to try and recreate the circumstances in which charlie was killed to see if there was a chance to bring his son back. so first he killed the five kids from the missing kids incident and shoved their bodies in the suits to hide them (or the puppet shoved their bodies inside, we don’t know for sure), and then, after witnessing the same weird behaviour from the core five animatronics that he witnessed in the puppet, designed the funtimes with the sole purpose of killing kids and storing them inside themselves.)

i don’t think william became a mad scientist for funsies. i think he only resorted to such crazy methods after losing one of his kids, torn apart by grief and resentment and driven to bring them back, whatever it took.

Okay, since Sylus is now in the game and the crow actually has a name and a kinda silly personality (who knew he’d be a comedic presence tbh shdjshsa), I’m thinking about doing a little bit of blog renovation and changing the direction a little.

Originally I was going for more of vaguely horror-ish kind of vibe, but most interactions with the crow turned out to either be silly or sweet—and tbh I’ve sort of embraced the sillies more than stick to trying to be a creepy spy crow. With Sylus revealed + me also running a Sylus gimmick blog, I think I could maybe stand to keep it more unserious here. For funsies.

Which isn’t to say I won’t be accepting serious plots with the crow or dropping threads that aren’t lighthearted fun, but I just wanna have this be Mephisto’s funtime as a sort of breath of fresh air compared to Sylus.

hello sir pls tell me about the funtime animatronics 🙏🙏🙏 like how they came to be and stuff because i did not remember anything about them

yes chef! they were really only built for capturing kids for remnant for afton (though it didn't go so well with the place being instantly shut down AND killing his last 2 kids) but did employ new hot awesome techniques for doing so! 😳😳 like mimicking parents voices and using the illusion discs to appear more friendly ect. overall they were more for aftons studies and experiments on remnant like according to the novels they were injected with melted remnant from the og fnaf guys just for funsies and their main design differences use more complex stuff like the endoskeletons and the segmented parts allowing them to completely change shape according to the novels. and in my opinion the character designs took a lot of influence from aftons family/life like ballora being his wife, circus baby being his daughter, maybe even funtime Freddy having the little puppet on his hand having something to do with how afton felt with the fredbears stuff and henry....teehee.... and also with ennard I'm still lost on if they're the fnaf 1 kids or the funtimes but I THINK they are the melted together remains of the fnaf 1 guys used for remnant also sorry if this is totally incomprehensible

The Shopkeeper’s Diary Entry #1

Whoo boy, I have no idea how to start this thing. Uhh, hey diary. Tomorrow I’m having the grand opening of my very own shop! It’ll be named “Tavion’s Goods and Wares!” Oh yeah, I’m Tavion by the way (guess that was sort of given away already). 

So, I bet you have a lot of questions, like “Why are you opening up a shop?” or “Why would you open a shop in Shelsby of all places?” or “Why are you putting so many questions in my mouth?” Well, maybe I’ll answer them later. I hate writing in this thing, but the shop-owner’s guild told me I had to “keep inventory” by writing everything that happens down in this diary and turn it in to them at the end of every month. At least, I think that’s what they want me to do. I don’t like this idea, but if I want to stay open I’ll put up with whatever hoops they make me jump through. 

Regardless, I can’t wait to get started! I’m sure it won’t be that hard, right?

Kind of bouncing off of the last ask you posted/answered, do the other glamrocks have parts in sleuth jesters? Besides Freddy, of course. What about the springlock and fnaf 1-4 models?

(Mainly asking about the springlocks bc I've been doodling an oc as if they were in the au and want to be at least a little accurate with their backstory, even if its just for funsies lmao)

For the glamrocks, I keep changing my mind about what they're doing as I don't have roles/storylines for them to be included in yet, except for one. I do, however, have plans for the Funtime animatronics in a possible Sleuth Jesters continuation, but that's all I'm going to say on that matter.

I don't have any thoughts on other fnaf models aside from what I mentioned above, so have fun with your OC! ♥

I have a lot of thoughts about Glamrock Bonnie for Sleuth Jesters, and oh boy, I'm gonna ramble about them here. Tucking it below the cut because it's a bit long! Content Warning for Pregnancy and Death.

Bonnie and Freddy were tight-knit and escaped into freedom together when animatronic rights were legally recognized. Freddy was very interested in politics and Bonnie set his sights on the justice system and the law itself. He studied and looked for every loophole and wrote as many letters as he had to, and finally managed to thrust himself into law school despite a lot of people not liking an animatronic among their students, but boy did he do it anyways.

He got his law degree and returned to the city with a lot of justice on his mind, alongside Freddy who was working his way into public roles within the community. Bonnie started working as a criminal defense lawyer and representing animatronics while navigating the very fresh, legal rights of his kind. He was helping everyone and anyone he could along the way.

There's a small story of Bonnie intervening on Sun's and Moon's behalf when they're unfairly hauled into a police station and interrogated because of Eclipse's gangster antics (before they join the police academy), but I'll save that for another time. In essence, Bonnie has met the celestial brothers. Sun and Moon like him. Eclipse does not.

It's amid these cases where he's fighting an entire system to give animatronics fair trials in a court of law that he incidentally meets a woman. She entered his office under the assumption that he was a divorce lawyer and seeking advice on how to go about such matters.

Bonnie's surprised by several things in this encounter, least of all the mistake of his specialty. Here's a human (pretty lady) who holds no pre-determined grudge or animosity toward his automaton existence, and she's rather occupied with her own troubles but very kind. When he explains that she came to the wrong place, she bursts into tears and confesses that she has no idea what to do because her husband abandoned her and she discovered not three days ago that she's pregnant.

Bonnie isn't one to shy away from complicated matters and the woman has been very sweet, so he comforts her. Ruby, as she later tells him when she's dabbing at her eyes with tissues, explains a little more about the situation. The good news is, Bonnie's certain she can get her marriage annulled as it was very recent and the circumstances are very dreadful. He gives her an address and a person to talk to, and he wishes her the best. As he watches her leave, he realizes that he would very much like to see her again, and Bonnie tells Freddy just as much later.

Freddy is supportive but also warns Bonnie to be careful. There are still a lot of people who aren't 'comfortable' with animatronics and it might be tumultuous to start a relationship with a human, if Ruby is so inclined, but Bonnie has never let anything stop him before.

Ruby was impressed by him despite the teary first meeting (much to Bonnie's delight and quiet relief). Though she was once bitten, twice shy due to her previous and now annulled relationship, and growing concerned that a man, whether organic or machine, wouldn't want anything to do with her since she's with child, Bonnie puts her fears to rest and promises that he will take care of her and the baby for eternity if she'll let him.

They become attached to one another pretty quickly. Bonnie is thoroughly smitten with his darling Ruby and supports their growing family. There are some incidents of outrage towards their relationship, some of which scare Ruby, but Bonnie's fur feathers are never ruffled even while he handles the verbal and sometimes physical reactions. Freddy is always there to lend a helping hand, too, and make sure Bonnie's family stays safe.

When Ruby has a healthy baby girl, Bonnie couldn't be prouder.

All the while, Bonnie is aiming higher in his career and sets his sights on becoming district attorney. He's certainly succeeded in enough cases to be considered for selection. It takes a staggering amount of time, but finally, when Freddy is running for Mayor, Bonnie has hope, and after Freddy wins, Bonnie is selected for district attorney.

Now in a great position to bring about change, Bonnie sees the city rotting with corruption and violence, and he knows exactly what he's going to do. He's going to pull injustice out by the roots.

He sets his sights on Eclipse and his gang.

This, one day, might be a little fic that I hopefully get to, but in short, Bonnie is the only one who successfully puts the mafia boss on trial. Eclipse finds it all very amusing, the court proceedings and whatnot, but Bonnie is the prosecutor and he intends to get Eclipse behind bars, where he belongs.

The tough thing is that Eclipse has never played fairly. With the vigilante and the detectives as witnesses among the spectators, Eclipse slips through justice's fingers and escapes punishment in a gloat to the city's legal system and as a testament to his power.

It's not long after that that Bonnie mysteriously disappears, leaving behind a wife and child. Rumors have it that Eclipse was not happy about being tried and they pity the brave but foolhardy district attorney for trying.
