The world's dumbest person (affectionate). Overheard the staff at her family's mansion calling her 'dummy thicc' behind her back and thinks they're calling her a thick dummy instead. Canonically pushes a cop over a balcony and goes 'yah 😊' as she does so. Figured out that rain comes from the ocean all by herself, but thinks that means the ocean must be in the sky. Temporarily worked in a cafe, but instead of making coffee, she went to the restaurant in a nearby hotel, ordered whatever her customer ordered in the cafe, and then brought it back to the cafe when it was ready.

Do you think Tatsumaki of all people would still respect King if she found out his secret? In the data book it says she doesn't like weak people who become heroes anyways.

A part of me wants to believe that the same Tatsumaki who held back underground because of the risk of hurting the kid they were supossed to save, would respect a man who escorted that kid through a hell of monsters despite being powerless

That's one of those interesting 'what if's - her reaction to learning the truth about King, isn't it? Plus much of the databook was written as tongue-n-cheek ironic Hero Association propaganda, not to be read as the be-all opm 'bible', so I wouldn't take much of what's in there too seriously.

Being the dedicated workaholic she is, Tatsumaki dislikes cling-ons who'd be ill-fit for the job, who'd otherwise hold you back and/or be a liability rather than a trustworthy asset....which is extra compounded in her overprotectiveness towards her sister, and how she regards Fubuki's groupies as weak points Tatsumaki can't possibly cover for, being especially wary of anyone 'weak' with ulterior motives who'd use or take advantage of espers like them. Legitimate reasons for her to resent and distrust those who might take up the hero job for the wrong reasons like that.

We're talking the same Tatsumaki who also held back to secure the safety/escape of all her fellow working S Class heroes - transporting them all above ground with her barriers before she engaged in full against Psykorochi. With King being one of the rare few colleagues she actually respects for him responsibly sticking precisely to the job expected of him as a hero.

Has King being physically weak and self-aware knowing his own limits ever been a 'weakness' to others or a liability preventing other heroes from doing their job? He's always stepped in OR out (Boros arc) to contribute precisely what he alone can accomplish with his abilities (even if much of it is a ruse using the influential/positional power as 'strongest hero' to get results). Which of course Tatsumaki's witnessed firsthand to approve and praise as a job well done (King escorting Tareo to complete their main mission being a big one.)

So in this sense, I don't think King lacking in physical strength actually matters - after all, espers don't actually have that either, right? Would the truth still be a surprise? Possibly! And yet...King's still able to achieve results in unorthodox ways...which is precisely what S (special) Class heroes are supposed to and happen to specialize in. And King's repeatedly shown he's definitely still a reliable hero regardless of physical might (stepping in for Garou, and doing the right thing for fair justice, being another example, though Tatsumaki was unconscious to witness that.) So if anything, this truth might be unexpectedly eye-opening (or awe-inspiring?) to her in a whole different way.

TW: SHOTA/LOLICON IN THE OPM FANDOM ⚠️⚠️⚠️ (I am not referring to one specific person I am referring to multiple people in the fandom currently)

I'm posting this because recently, a bunch of large OPM artists are posting art of minor characters interacting with adult characters inappropriately. Even a mutual I interacted with started posting it not long ago.

Normally I keep to myself and I hardly comment about things outside of what's relevant to my page in order to avoid potential discourse, however it's getting to the point where my even my friends are becoming upset, so I'll just say it for them.

If you are a lolicon or shotacon please block me or if I find you I'll block you myself. I find your existence revolting.

I'm sick of seeing ships of characters like Garou, Zombieman, Fubuki etc interacting with kids like CE, Tareo, etc. in disgusting ways. I don't even go looking for it but there is a wave of artist recently drawing that crap on my timeline. I can't even browse tags without being bombarded with that "art".

So please, if you draw it kindly fuck yourself and burn in hell. I was a minor less than a year ago and yet I was subjected to that crap time and time again. It's mentality scarring seeing that shit as a kid and only adds onto trauma that was previously there. So you can't say it doesn't effect reality dumbass.

Btw, you can't use the argument "it isn't real 🤓☝️" when so many of these accounts have real CP on their page. Seriously, on art of Shota or Lolicon (sexual or not) you can easily find accounts that host or link to real CP interacting with the art (b-but I thought they don't resemble real children 🥺🤡).

Even then, it's still weird as fuck and is a sneaky way to get past child exploitation. You in no way can convince me it's right or normal, I don't care what arguments are presented. All of those arguments are surface level and can be debunked.

Fiction doesn't effect reality my ass. I guess propaganda posters never had any effects on real people since it's just a drawing, right?

yumi tenfuji! yes her last name is just a combination of her dad’s (tenjoin and marufuji) i couldn’t decide on one and i was like it's a yugioh oc. who cares. i made her after watching gx for the first time

she is a robot created by kaiba that was supposed to be a duel learning ai that he went overboard on to appear and function much like a human person which he just set loose in kaibaland to serve the purpose of Being A Duel Learning AI by just duelling anybody that would agree to it but fubuki found her thinking she was an actual kid (kaiba made her appearance like a five year old so she was a five year old wandering by herself. Also to be clear she ages normally just don't ask how. i don't know. she's 15 in the present) and kaiba immediately alerted to this basically sent the message of “you can keep the robot just don’t keep her from dueling” so they basically adopted her and erased the fact she’s a robot from her memory so she could live normally believing she was a just a regular person. backfires immensely later but don’t worry about it

with the aid of her dads who love her very much she develops a sense of identity (naturally this is the time when she was like "oh. i'm girls." since when she was created by kaiba he modelled her after his brother to be sort of his son) and becomes a fine young lady (she’s insane) she is overtly head over heels for her rival. the only things she cares about is Epic Duels and True Love (she thinks boys are stinky though. girls only *is lesbian*) because fubuki passed down his love obsession to her except ironically despite appearances and values she is brutal in all senses of the word and has no morals but she is very cute so surely this can be overlooked. the only people she is consistently kind to are her dads everyone else is beneath her unless they seem like a good opponent but that's where the character development comes in baby as she learns to value and genuinely love people

I am actually having more monster hunter x rain code brainrot now, what monsters do you think the NDA people prefer to hunt like do they have a favourite monster? Or alternatively, if you were to assign the detectives monsters from MH, which would they be? I think you might have mentioned something about Vivia being a bit like Malzeno but what about the others?

That makes two of us with the Monster Hunter Rain Code brainrot combo! For whatever monsters they prefer to hunt and associate them with, I picked from the Rise Sunbreak pool since that's the game I'm placing them in for the crossover AU. Though it's very possible I could cheat and pick a monster that's in World if I feel like it heh. Enough dilly-dallying, time for the list!

Yuma - I feel like he'd favor hunting Rathalos, a good challenge while also not too overly demanding like an elder dragon. It's a good show of strength without putting himself in too much danger. The posterboys are fighting! As for what monster I associate him with, I'd say Chameleos suits him pretty well. An elder dragon with the ability to blend in with its surroundings and create mist, while also acting very jittery and unpredictably. Yep, that sounds like our lad.

Halara - They enjoy hunting down Goss Harag since they treat it like a sparring session. Two powerful blade wielders battling to the death, just the average hunt for Halara. This is where I start to cheat by saying that Halara's associated monster is Glavenus. Another sword-like monster, Glavenus is known for being one of the strongest brute wyverns while also being the most intelligent, fitting for Halara's excellence in brains and brawn.

Desuhiko - Taking the surname Thunderbolt to the extreme, he absolutely loves to hunt Zinogre. I associate Desuhiko with electric guitar motifs, so for Zinogre to also have electric guitar in its theme makes it all the better. I associate him most with Tobi-Kadachi though, the electric flying snake-squirrel simply fits him to a T. He managed to get the highest honor one can receive since Tobi is my favorite monster.

Fubuki - Her favorite monster is Velkhana! She likes to think of the icy elder dragon as royalty, so she treats the monster with utmost respect in battle, even if it means she often finds herself incased in ice for her chivalry. I feel like she reminds me of Mizutsune the most, since this monster appears harmless at first, but its bubbles are surprisingly deadly in unconventional ways by tripping up hunters.

Vivia - He's definitely the type of person who prefers not to hunt unless absolutely necessary, but when he does, he gravitates toward hunting Gore Magala. That is, until he tries to snuggle under one while using its fluffy wings as a blanket. And of course I associate the anemic vampire with the vampiric dragon Malzeno! Once a peaceful monster living in harmony with humans, its tranquility was destroyed while fighting for dominance against a powerful, demonic elder dragon. This battle forced Malzeno to form a symbiotic bond with parasitic leeches that infected it, something that Vivia would most likely sympathize with (and is definitely a plot point in the crossover AU).

Yakou - The chief achieves the greatest thrill when hunting Crimson Glow Valstrax. It's basically like fighting fire with fire with these two rocketeers. Maybe this monster even reminds Yakou of Yomi due to its title as the 'star of despair,' much like what the leader of Amaterasu has become over the years. It's certainly one way to take out his pent-up guilt and rage. I'm gonna cheat again by associating Yakou with Namielle. The sea dragon propaganda prevails!
