A refreshing twist on the classic margarita, infused with the flavors of fresh strawberries and basil.

Ingredients: 4 oz tequila. 2 oz triple sec. 1.5 oz lime juice. 1 oz simple syrup. 4 ripe strawberries, hulled. 4-6 fresh basil leaves. Ice cubes.

Instructions: In a shaker, muddle the strawberries and basil leaves. Add tequila, triple sec, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice cubes to the shaker. Shake well until chilled. Strain into glasses filled with ice. Garnish with a strawberry or basil leaf if desired. Serve and enjoy!

I hope you have a Smashing 4th of July! Both the holiday and this cocktail! This red white and blue play on a classic smash cocktail its light and fruity and great for a BBQ celebration. Here is what you'll need 1/4 cup blueberries 1/4 cup pitted cherries 1 Tablespoon sugar juice from 1/2 a lime 2 shots white rum Sparkling soda In a cocktail shaker muddle the fruit, sugar and lime juice together. Add the rum with some ice and give it a mix. Strain into 2 glasses and top of with some sparkling soda. Garnish with more fruit and mint if desired. You can make this in a large batch ahead of time if you would like just tip off each glass with sparkling soda when ready!
