I don’t know if this was the intent, but the episode “Golden Claw” shows the ups and downs of Frogg’s experience with his claws that’s what he calls them, so that’s what I call them in a way that I really like. He’s developed a motor skill that no one else has because he’s had to adapt. He finally gets to do the kind of evil he was born to do, but only because a master criminal found his skills briefly useful.

But hearing him say, “But I’m no good with my claws; I’m only good with game claws.” That broke me a little, but he ended up using his skilled claws a couple different ways to get comeuppance.

I want to convey how much I loved this moment, and whole episode, but I don’t think I’m doing a great job so I’ll end this here for now.

I like the way they showed what would be considered a disability. Balanced. Casual and funny, serious when it needs to be, not inspiration porn. At least that’s what I took from it.
