Stan can't believe that Jimmy would still want to be his friend after he accidentally punches him in the face not once, but TWICE in one day, so he decides to try to sabotage their friendship and end it, starting with an argument about 60 dollars. Jimmy is just kind of confused about what's going on here.

A better explanation for why Stan just seemed to randomly start arguing with Jimmy about that 60 dollars at the end of that first day. A lot of sobbing and tissues on Stan's part.

NOT ONLY DID STAN DISAPPEAR THEY LEGITIMATELY ADDED MISSING POSTERS FOR HIM AND PUT JIMMY AND KIKI'S NUMBERS ON THOSE POSTERS. JIMMY LOST THE ONLY PERSON WHO VIEWED HIM AS AN INDIVIDUAL AND NOT SOMEONE'S BITCH AND STAN WAS I THINK ONE OF THE ONLY PEOPLE LEGITIMATELY NICE TO KIKI. STAN WAS A BRIGHT LIGHT IN THE CESSPOOL THAT IS LOS SANTOS BECAUSE OF HIS GENUINE KINDNESS AND NAIVETY AND IN MY HEAD STAN GOT THEM BOTH OUT OF THERE,,

Anyways you know there woulda been such a tearful reunion call with Stan calling Jimmy and being like "well you see Roy's mother passed and I had to go and take care of him and that little rapscallion broke my old phone haha!" And Jimmy who's fallen off the deep end is just sitting right outside someone's apartment with just a dead look in his eyes as he's just in shock and he can't even cry from relief because he genuinely never thought he'd hear from his sunflower ever again. Thought Stan either died somewhere or used him and left just like everyone else.
