French bakery! Creampuffs, pearls, ribbons and all colors cream/white! Maybe throw in 1 glazed doughnut divider too? 😭🤍

Cool Bites Patisserie, 932 N Brand Blvd, Glendale, CA 91202

Cool Bites doesn’t have the most elegant name but it does look elegant – the décor, the packaging, and the gorgeous French pastries. The pastry case had eclairs, whole cakes, mini cakes, tarts, etc. They have Paris-Brest and Saint Honore. They also serve coffee, though the coffee machine wasn’t working during my visit.

Pistachio éclair ($8): pate a choux, pistachio paste creme, pistachio Rocher glaze (melted chocolate with pistachios): pretty much perfect…a thin pate a choux shell generously filled with pistachio paste crème, enrobed in a creamy white chocolate and pistachio glaze with crunchy bits of pistachios on top. Lots of textures and flavors. High quality and not too sweet.

They have a few tables inside and a few outside. Wish they offered some quality teas to go with the pastries.
