Help For Physically Handicapped People
Who We Are
Welcome to Paras Parivaar - Where Compassion Creates Change!
At Paras Parivaar Charitable Trust we believe in the extraordinary power of humanity to make the world a better place. Our story is one of unwavering dedication, boundless compassion, and a relentless commitment to improving lives. We are not just an organization; we are a family united by a shared vision of creating positive change in the lives of those in need.
Help For Physically Handicapped People
There are so many physically handicapped people in the society who need Financial Help for Handicapped people or employment for their livelihood and in most cases, there is nobody to take care of them. As a responsible part of the society, we should take some initiative for them.
At Paras Parivaar Charitable Trust, Our Mahant Shri Paras Bhai Ji started to track these types of people who don't have any support and tried to provide help as much as possible. With the grace of Maa Durga, we have served more than 60000 physically handicapped people and provide all the required help. Initially, we have provided them with some financial help so that they can fulfill their basic needs. After that, we have created employment opportunities for them and provide them jobs according to their capabilities so that they can become self-dependent.

Our Mahant Shri Paras Bhai Ji Invites you to make your contribution towards this noble cause so that you can have the opportunity to win the heart of Maa Durga because she is always happy to see everybody working for the noble cause.
Why We Initiate Handicapped Programs
According to recent estimates, India alone has 40-90 million children, a sizable population. In 2023, the landscape of support and empowerment for differently abled children in India will shift radically. With the introduction of breakthrough technology and shifting social norms, there is a growing realization that a disability should not be a barrier to achieving one's aspirations and goals.
Helplocal, a dynamic website dedicated to connecting individuals with NGOs in India, wants to shed light on the current state of differently abled children in the country. We will examine the most recent statistics, trends, and the critical work of several non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
Barriers for Handicapped Children
Ineffective policies and plans:
Governments lack sufficient policies for disabled people, forcing them to rely on their families for a living. Instead, prepare some social welfare measures, and your life obstacles will be decreased from what they are now.
Insufficient Infrastructure and Resources:
Schools and institutions continue to lack essential infrastructure, making it impossible to meet children's educational demands. Even the resources and tools available to them are inadequate. For example, just 5% of books are accessible to visually impaired children, which we believe is insufficient.
Unsuitable Training for Teachers:
The teachers did not obtain appropriate training for these pupils. Only 20-25% of teachers are competent, which is a low percentage when compared to regular teaching sessions.
Inadequate Data Supervision:
There is no reliable statistics or information accessible for physically challenged people all around the world. Only 21% of countries have comprehensive and reliable demographic data. What else can we expect from an out-of-date survey and monitoring?
Discrimination based on social status:
Aside from the concerns outlined above, another factor is societal unfairness. People fear rejection and even discrimination as a result of their unacceptable behavior in society, which contributes to low self-esteem. Hitting and bullying them teaches them the respect they deserve rather than disrespecting them.
Disabled Persons' National Policies in India:
The Indian government has implemented a number of Programmes For Poor People to assist people with disabilities, including programmes aimed at boosting their strength and independence in both professional and educational contexts.
Paras Parivaar Charitable Trust Mission
We start getting that feeling of happiness which can not be described in words and along with this, we also start receiving the blessings of Maa because she is always happy to see her children to work for the noble cause.

TB Free India | Tuberculosis Free India | EndTB | Tuberculosis Awareness Program
Date 22.03.2025, Lucknow | Help You Educational and Charitable Trust and Uttar Pradesh TB Association jointly organized a "TB Awareness Program" at Labor Adda, Sector-C, Near Police Chowki Aravali, Indira Nagar in public interest under the campaign "TB Free India" of the successful Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi.
During this, the Managing Trustee of the Trust, Dr. Harsh Vardhan Agarwal gave information about the symptoms, prevention and treatment of TB to about 70 daily wage laborers and gave the message that TB is not incurable. It is a completely curable disease, if the right treatment is started on time.
On this occasion, Dr. Harsh Vardhan Agarwal said that "Tuberculosis, commonly known as TB, is a serious infectious disease. It mainly affects the lungs, but can also damage other organs of the body. This disease spreads when an infected person coughs or sneezes, and can be serious if not treated on time."
Dr. Harsh Vardhan Agarwal cautioned the working class and said that "You all work hard day and night and sometimes ignore your health. If you or someone in your family is suffering from cough, fever, weight loss or weakness for a long time, it could be symptoms of TB. But there is nothing to worry about, as TB is a completely curable disease, provided treatment is started on time."
He also informed that TB treatment is available completely free of cost in government hospitals and health centers.
TB Essential tips for prevention:
1. Do not leave the treatment incomplete – take the entire medicine on time.
2. Take care of hygiene – cover your mouth while coughing or sneezing.
3. Consult a doctor immediately if symptoms appear.
4. Get regular health checkups done, especially if you have a cough or fever for a long time.
Dr. Harsh Vardhan Agarwal interacted with all the workers present in the program to remove the misconceptions about TB and urged them to increase awareness.
At the end of the program, refreshments were distributed to all the workers. Dr. Harsh Vardhan Agarwal appealed to everyone that health is our biggest asset. A healthy mind resides in a healthy body, which lays the foundation of a strong society.

Health Treatment For Poor People
Paras Parivaar Charitable Trust
Health Infrastructure of our country is not up to the mark. The government of our country is doing so much improvement in the health sector and government hospitals are improving day by day. But due to more population, resources provided by our government are not enough. Poor people are still facing the problem in getting treatment for them or for their family when required because government hospitals do not have proper resources for everyone. Even they could not go to the private hospitals as they can’t afford their treatment.
To overcome this situation, Paras Parivaar Charitable Trust came into action. By the grace of Maa Durga and our Guruji, we have Arranged the Health Treatment for so many poor people because we strongly believe that “Health is one of the Biggest Gift anyone can give”.
Paras Parivaar Charitable Trust's family is inviting you to make your contribution towards this noble cause because if we join our hands for this vision, we can give gift health to more and more people and the become the reason of their broad smile which will help us to make this world healthy and prosperous.

Our Health Care Programs
Since 2012, the Paras Parivaar Charitable Trust has worked in healthcare, offering high-quality, low-cost primary medical care to India's low-income and disadvantaged communities. Their mission is to provide healthcare to the lowest and most needy areas. The Paras Parivaar Charitable Trust maintains four centers in India, three of which are in remote rural areas. Their objective is to continue improving the health and lifestyles of the impoverished, who face social and economic constraints.
This is a grassroots initiative that offers healthcare and nutrition services to women and children in India's most impoverished neighborhoods. Their program encourage preventative health, balanced nutrition, and child development practices in marginalized populations. To that aim, they have implemented a comprehensive strategy for embracing, educating, and empowering women and children in their community.
Why We Start Free health Care Programs
The Indian Constitution gives us healthcare, among other rights and privileges. The Indian Constitution requires the government to ensure that everyone has access to healthcare. Governments are required to provide free and high-quality primary and basic healthcare and facilities to their citizens.
To get a better understanding, let's dig deeper into India's healthcare system.
Healthcare System in India
India has a multi-payer universal health care system funded by a combination of public and private health insurance funds, as well as public hospitals that are almost entirely funded by taxes. The Indian healthcare system has three levels: primary, secondary, and tertiary.
At the primary level, there are Sub-Centres and Primary Health Centres (PHCs). Secondary healthcare facilities include Community Health Centres (CHCs) and smaller Sub-District Hospitals.
How are we doing Healthwise?
We can observe that India has had constant economic growth, which has benefited the country's overall health and poverty indices, such as increased life expectancy and fewer deaths from starvation-both infectious and noncommunicable.
However, we continue to face significant challenges such as cleaner facilities and a lack of safe and pure drinking water in all locations.
Diseases caused by waterborne organisms increase mortality, particularly among children. Malnutrition is still prevalent, particularly among the poorest members of society. HIV/AIDS infections are a major source of medical concern. India has the world's highest number of HIV/AIDS cases.
It is fair to say that India's Healthcare System For Handicapped People has evolved unevenly over the previous 25 years. While crucial health indicators like infant mortality rate (IMR) and maternal mortality ratio (MMR) have dramatically declined, healthcare expenditures have increased as a direct result of lower public health investment.
Our Key Of Success
The 'Health Cannot Wait' Program of the Paras Parivaar Charitable Trust aims to provide low-cost healthcare, preventive medication, emergency preparedness, and support to low-income people in both urban and rural India.
