A little introduction
Dear Readers,
Hope my message finds you well.
First time writing on this site. In fact, first time I have decided to find a voice of my innermost thoughts and feelings, and express it openly to the online world. So please be gentle with me.
As you may have noticed, I have chosen a bit provocative/ taboo name for myself. But, that is the sole reason for me to start writing this diary. I think there comes a time in one's life where he/she has to accept him/herself as they are. And stop trying to wear masks we all do so well time to time in society. I cannot wear such masks anymore. Yes, I am a cuckold husband. And coming this far, I don't mind saying that I am quite happy about it. Looking back at my good and bad experiences perhaps I have been a cuckold in the making for many many years. Now, I embrace it, and try to enjoy, cherish life's experience with open heart.
I was born and brought up in India. I had a difficult childhood. A typical set of problems. Father left when I was very little. Mother was unloving. Lack of money and responsibility do bring family out of such problems since young age. I also have a very soft personality, and it was like that since long. So it was extra difficult to find a way out of troubles. Severe bullying at home, school, in friends circle. Bullying is something of a constant for many many years. Perhaps my soft gentle nature provoked people around me to bully there way with me.
It wasn't all bad. I have seen so many good things happening with me, for me. Since young age I have firmly believed in the presence of higher power than us, that guides us, governs us. Such powers helped me time to time. And some people stood behind me as a guardian angels in life's battle.
Life goes on. My journey continued. Being extremely shy, introvert and socially awkward I found solace in books, TV and movies. I was very average in school/ college. But my love for books and sticking to work greatly helped me in career. I moved here in the UK in my 20s.
Years passed. Now I am 42 years old. I have a fairly comfortable position in the corporate world. A well paying job. Some good investments and I am also a owner of a small franchise store.
The wounds you suffer as a child and young boy leaves a deeper marks on you. And its hard to shake off. The sufferings of my past rarely left my side. The wounds were deeper than I expected. On one side I was getting good success in career, on the other side my social side never recovered from past traumas. As I aged, I retracted more and more into my secure shell that was made up of indoor activities, books and lots of TV & movies. Love, relationships and pleasure of intimacy was a thing of other world for me. By the time I was in mid30s, I had already made up my mind about being alone.
But, God, cosmic powers or whatever name one can give, had other plans. After spending my youth alone I finally met someone who would become my wife. We both come from different worlds. But something was common for both of us, a difficult childhood and long lasting suffering that came with it. Though we come from a different worlds, perhaps that's the one thing that brought us together - recognition, compassion and deeper understanding for each others pain and suffering.
My wife works for an event management company. She is also a stage dace performer. And she built up a good career out of it. She also travels now and then to places for work. When it comes to personality, we are two poles apart. My wife is very social, likes outdoors, adventure activities. She had led free-spirited life. She had been active sexually long before we met, and had her share of affairs and boyfriends. So by the time we met she had seen all and done all.
With age comes perspective and clarity. So my wife was looking for a stable partner, a place she can call home and build a life with someone nice, loving and caring. However, she also needed her freedom and space when she needs it to pursue her career and activities she likes.
So, ours in a marriage of convenience on might say. I needed someone to love to, and she needed someone she could depend on without compromising her freedom.
We are in our fourth year of our marriage. Things are fine between us. I am glad and happy to have a wonderful wife like her. And she is happy to have a supportive, caring and understanding husband like me. Me giving her freedom and space works best for us. She keeps busy and happy and when we together we enjoy our time and relationship together.
The freedom and open-mindedness I have with my wife helped us build us a good life together. However, it also made me a cuckold.
If you have read so far, thanks! I will continue sharing our story in next journal.
Have a nice day/ night.
Nilesh.

On a Friday afternoon in late 2018, children gathered on an artificial-grass pitch in Kazakhstan’s former capital of Almaty. In the distance, beyond the hangarlike buildings of their school, the Trans-Ili Alatau Mountains were snow-capped. On the other side rose the glass-walled Ritz-Carlton hotel complex. Shakira’s Hips Don’t Lie blared from the PA.
The occasion was a soccer tournament like many the world over, but, Shakira notwithstanding, this one had a determinedly British bent. The competition was between houses—student groupings traditional in English private education. Pagodas by the pitch bore the signature colors of the Bartle Frere, Edmonstone, Kipling, and Attlee houses. The first two were named for 19th century administrators of British India. The third honored Rudyard Kipling, author of the imperialist panegyric The White Man’s Burden. The last was named for Clement Attlee, the prime minister who established Britain’s National Health Service. All four men attended the English private school Haileybury or its antecedents.
The tourney was taking place at Haileybury Almaty, the first of two Kazakh franchises that have opened since 2008. The move had some strange historical resonances. Haileybury, descended from the East India College, is arguably the school most closely associated with Britain’s imperial past. Kazakhstan, meanwhile, is a vast autocracy, flush with petrodollars yet free for less than three decades after more than a century of near-unbroken Russian or Soviet rule. Out on the AstroTurf, a girl with braces waved a Kipling House banner bearing a hand-drawn hammer and sickle. The poet would no doubt have blanched at the image: When the Bolsheviks took power in 1917, he wrote that one-sixth of the world had “passed bodily out of civilisation.”

How to Tackle Obstacles in Operating an Education Franchise
Introduction:
Starting a low cost education franchise in India is considered one exciting business prospect. Especially so, because all eyes are on India's growing economy and ambitious plans for the same. The competitive exam coaching sector has opened a window of vast opportunities in the country. Every business, however, faces its own set of obstacles in route, and an education franchise is no exception. However, the right strategies and a suitable mindset can overcome these obstacles and run the franchise smoothly in the long run. A Practical Guide on Negotiation is useful for anyone thinking about a deal with such a respectable brand as Avision Institute. With this guide, you will be able to negotiate common issues and understand the best way of dealing with them.
1. Managing Initial Setup and Costs
One of the key advantages of the low-cost franchise model is that it lowers the financial barrier to entry, and thus entrepreneurs are more likely to enter the education sector. However, even with this competitive low-cost franchise mode, management of the initial investment in infrastructure, technology, and marketing poses challenges.
To overcome this, the franchises would be making use of the best possible support by their franchise or. For instance, Avision Institute provides explicit directives for setting up the center along with branding and materials for marketing. Availing most of these resources would ease some of the burden from the shoulders of the franchisee to do things promptly and efficiently in setting up the coaching center. Moreover, taking a place at a lower rent or sharing space with complementary businesses could help reduce overheads.
2. Student Base Building
The biggest challenge for new education franchises is that they need students; quite a steady flow of it. Intense competition from both local coaching centers and online platforms calls for the need to convince students and parents of the value proposition of the franchise.
Here, it is to be focused upon, delivering quality education and building on a solid reputation. Franchisees already get a head start with an association with Avision Institute since students tend to be more likely to trust a name that, by reputation, has actually worked. Free trial classes, early-bird discounts, and testimonials from successful students are other ways to attract a much wider audience. Local marketing campaigns, ties with schools, and being strong online further enhance student enrollment.
3. Managing Operations and Quality Control
Running an education business franchise entails much more than lecturing. There is a need to have effective management skills with regard to day-to-day activities, including planning classes, managing faculties, answering questions from students, and ensuring that the infrastructures are up to date.
To ease this process, a franchisee can adopt the use of new management tools in order to eliminate some of the bureaucratic duties. Most education franchises similar to Avision Institute offer franchisees proprietary software in handling schedules, student records, and fee collections. This eliminates bureaucratic duties but also makes operations much smoother and improves the quality of its services.
Aside from this, high teaching standards are also in the interest of the franchise. Qualified and experienced teachers should be recruited and continuously trained by the franchisee, and quality checks should be maintained about the lessons taught. Regular students' feedback and evaluation can ensure that the product delivered is of a desired quality.
4. Adaptation to Technological Changes
Digital learning platforms have overhauled the traditional mode of education. Both standalone institutions and franchise businesses have to be dynamic enough to cope up with this.
For a franchisee, this uprooting can be daunting, especially when the franchisee is not accustomed to the use of extensive technology.
The avenues of support for technology acceptance run through a full 360-degree approach by franchisors like Avision Institute, provision of e-learning platforms and online classes and mock tests. Franchisees must empower these digital offerings to survive the stiff competition. A combination of both online and offline classes can be offered, resulting in providing more value propositions to more students. If the franchise maintains an eye on education technology trends, then it would not lag behind other franchises when it comes to trend matters in relation to education technology.
5. Sustainability in the long run
Of course, the education sector is always competitive and more challenging to ensure sustainability in the long term. The franchisees need to innovate continuously in terms of coping with changing student needs and curriculum content or content improvement to keep up with the competition as well. This is where the support from a well-established franchisor becomes important.
Avision Institute partners with franchisees and provide continuous updates for the curriculum, access to study materials, and expert mentorship by central team members. As students' interests change with times, whether inducting new courses or enhancing methods of teaching, holding on the franchise's alignment will facilitate to gain a deep loyal student base which will ensure continued success.
Conclusion
It is just like running a successful coaching center franchise in India-it is challenging, but at the same time, there's a sense of satisfaction. Of course, before it hits the ground running, some operational management takes place with adaptation to technology and attracting students, but with the right strategies and support, these challenges are overcome. Partnerships with reputed franchises like Avision Institute make all that possible.
It is through innovation, high standards of teaching, and service delivery to a large number of students that will allow franchisees to acquire profitable education businesses and contribute to shaping future generations for so many young aspirants.

Top Benefits of Starting an Education Bill Payment Centre with a PayPoint India Franchisee
In today’s fast-paced world, convenience is key, especially when it comes to managing financial transactions like paying bills. One such sector that has seen immense growth is bill payment services, particularly in the education sector. Establishing an Education Bill Payment Centre through a Paypoint franchise is an opportunity that not only taps into a booming market but also provides steady income and multiple benefits. If you’re looking for a low-investment, high-reward business, this might be the ideal option for you. In this article, we'll explore the top benefits of starting an education bill payment centre with a Paypoint franchise.
1. Trusted Brand and Established Network
When you get PayPoint franchisee, you align yourself with a well-known and trusted brand that has a vast network of retail outlets across the country. Paypoint has built a reputation for offering reliable and efficient bill payment services for various sectors, including utilities, telecom, insurance, and education. By becoming a part of this established network, you don’t have to start from scratch. Instead, you leverage Paypoint’s strong market presence and credibility to attract customers right from the beginning.
2. Wide Range of Payment Services
One of the key advantages of running an education bill payment centre under the Paypoint franchise is the wide variety of services you can offer. While your primary focus may be collecting fees for schools, colleges, and universities, you can also provide a range of other bill payment services such as utility payments, mobile recharges, DTH services, and more. This diversity allows you to attract a broader customer base, increasing footfall and boosting your revenue.
By offering a complete bill collection center for education and beyond, you become a one-stop shop for customers’ payment needs, encouraging repeat visits and customer loyalty.
3. High Demand for Education Bill Payment Services
With the rising number of educational institutions and the growing trend of online and digital payments, there is a significant demand for centralized education bill payment centres. Parents and students prefer a hassle-free, secure place where they can quickly pay school fees without dealing with complicated online systems or multiple platforms. By providing a dedicated education bill payment centre, you cater to this growing need in the market.
Moreover, as more schools and universities move toward cashless payments, having a physical bill payment center bridges the gap for individuals who may not be comfortable with online transactions, making your service invaluable.
4. Low Investment, High Returns
Starting an education bill payment centre with a Paypoint franchise is a relatively low-investment business model compared to other franchise opportunities. You don’t need a large amount of capital to get started—just a small space, basic infrastructure, and a reliable internet connection. Once operational, you can expect high returns on your investment, especially as you diversify your services and build a loyal customer base.
The Paypoint franchise model is designed to be affordable, making it accessible to a wide range of potential business owners. This low-cost entry point, combined with the ability to offer multiple payment services, ensures a quicker break-even point and long-term profitability.

This eliminates the need for manual handling, reduces errors, and enhances customer satisfaction. As an education bill payment centre, this feature is especially crucial, as it allows parents and students to make their payments quickly and easily.
The technology behind Paypoint also ensures secure transactions, giving customers peace of mind when using your services. By providing a reliable and efficient payment experience, you build trust and credibility, which can significantly impact the growth of your bill collection center.

Another key advantage of starting an education bill payment centre with Paypoint is the potential for scalability. As your business grows, you can expand your services to include more schools and educational institutions. Additionally, you can explore offering other financial services such as insurance premium collection, loan repayments, and even micro-ATM services. This flexibility allows you to increase your revenue streams and expand your business model as the market evolves.
Paypoint also gives you the opportunity to expand into other geographic locations, making it easier to scale your bill collection center into a multi-location enterprise.

Nilesh.
