It looks like 4chan finally got the pilot and pitch bible of Hamster & Gretel shared around.
So uh, like I had done with the Milo Mikey Murphy's Law pitch bible earlier this year, have some things from the Hamster & Gretel one

(Also, since these things aren't so widespread, I decided to upload both the pilot and the bible to MEGA. )
(EDIT: Added the remaining tidbits from the bible)

i left nordle out of that future AU art i did a while ago so i felt like this was needed. i think he would take up fred's role in the future but he cares significantly less about the whole ordeal cause he still loosely identifies as 'evil-aligned'. i think he maliciously complies

Three AM thought here, but you know how in America as kids in school you used to write to soldiers at war? Does the UNSC have children write to their soldiers? And do specific classrooms get to write to Spartans? How unhinged does it get?
Like Emile opening his 80th 'tank you for killing the covenant'
John opening one that says "have a good war" and the letter spills glitter everywhere
Fred getting one that says "dear spartan, thank you for dying for humanity, but I really like humanity so I'm glad you're dead"
Carter getting one that says "I'm sad you died when your planet was glassed" and it's a drawing of a covenant ship glassing some planet.
Kelly opens one that says "I'm sorry your girlfriend left you, that's what my dad says what happens when you become a Spartan"
All of these were inspired by pat loller on tik tok, and I desperately need my moots to add their own experiences of writing these letters. I was going to make one that was all happy and have a pop up thing where you accordion the paper and stick it on each side of the card so a butterfly and flower pop up when you open it but my classmate stopped me because it would scare the soldiers because they have PTSD. If only child me understood the mash episodes my mom was watching I could've given them some mash quotes.

Horror Comedy of the day: Tremors (1990)
Perfection Valley, Nevada. A small town in the middle of the dessert, hardly anything of note ever happens in this place. So when the two general handymen Val Mckee (played by Kevin Bacon) and Earl Basset (Fred Ward) note an acquaitance dead in an electrical tower, it certainly catches their eye. And it doesn't take long for them to learn what was responsible for this either, as other increasingly gruesome sights are found, evidently the result of an unknown animal. As the underground, man eating creatures nicknamed “graboids” terrorize the once peaceful place, it's up to them, intrepid seismologist Rhonda LeBleck (Finn Carter) and the firearm experts/crazy survivalist Burt Gummer(Michael Gross) and his wife Heather (Reba McEntire) to save the day. The biggest strength of this film is probably the endearing sincerity it brings for what’s basically an affectionate parody of 50’s monster movies. It knows it’s got a fairly silly premise, but it plays it earnestly with a charismatic cast full of strong chemistry you enjoy seeing riffing off each other. The banter between Earl and Val never gets old, while the Gummer couple almost makes the insanity of Cold War paranoid survivalists look like the coolest thing ever. The characters are surprisingly intelligent too; making rather few stupid tactical mistakes in this deadly game of “The floor is lava”, down to the portrayal of gun safety being (mostly) shockingly good for an era where Hollywood still didn't do a halfway decent job with it. All of this makes them easy to root for, while also highlighting when the carelessness of other not so lucky schmucks is punsihed with death. It's quite amusing how much Bacon thought this was gonna be the end of his career when it pretty much had the opposite effect, and while he didn't quite come back for the follow ups, the franchise it spawned certainly thrived for not being ashamed of what it is: a goofy, plain fun monster flick.

Some doodles of the gang! Most of them are orphans but that doesn't really matter now (they're lying) because together they make a family! Trauma is less traumatizing when you have someone to share it with <3
