Waited in line for 3 hours for the “best bbq in the world” aka Franklin BBQ and holy shit it was soooooooo worth it. The brisket was moist and flavorful but not super greasy. It literally melted in your mouth… The ribs were cooked to perfection and fell right off the bone and were seasoned nicely. I love it! The last picture of their sandwich, Tipsy Texas was really good as well. (That picture isn’t mine… I ordered it to go so it isn’t as pretty). It had brisket, sausage, cole slaw, and pickles. I was deff wait in line again but maybe in the summer instead of winter. Anthony Bourdain from No Reservations said eating here was like a religious experience and I couldn't agree more❤️
