Sit on your mat, legs stretched long in front of you. Have a block or two nearby for support if needed.

With a long, tall spine take a deep breath in, and on the exhale hinge forward; lead from the heart (try not to round your shoulders.)

Your forward fold may look like arms straight, palms against the mat holding you up in a shallow fold. You may drop forearms to the tops of blocks (any height, each block has three), or even settle them onto your mat. You might fold forward enough to drop your forehead to a block (but probably not yet if your hammies are tight; that's okay!)

If the forward fold is already a lot on the backs of your thighs, bring a gentle bend to your knees. You could even make fists with your hands and prop the backs of your knees to ease the sensation.

Hold. Nothing. Up.

Do. Less.

Then just breathe. For the whole song. Deep and full, in and out through your nose. Try to lengthen each inhale, and make the exhale even longer. Notice the way your upper body lifts on the inhale, and perhaps find more space to fold forward on each exhale.

Imagine you could send the breath anywhere you feel tight or tense. When you're ready, place your hands on the mat beside your legs (if they aren't there already) and slowly, slowly walk them back toward your hips as you lift your chest. Sit with the sensation for a moment and notice the energy move through you as your body releases the fold.

The argument "well Snape wasn't bullied and disliked by EVERYONE, he had friends in Slytherin!" is supposed to convey "it wasn't all that bad for him and he wasn't a real victim" when it comes from marauders fans, but the only thing it conveys is that Snape was groomed into DEs and had little to no choice? Literally the only people who supported (at least to an extent) and accepted him were all into pureblood supremacy, while people who mistreated and targeted him were against. Dumbledore silenced his murder attempt (and Severus doesn't even see a difference between him and Voldy, judging by the fact that he expects Albus to kill him in cold blood), while Voldemort and his supporters respected his talents and probably even gave him financial support (at least we don't hear anything about Snape having an official job between 1998-1980, but we know he was affiliated with DEs at the time and was spying for them).

Of course if the "good guys" treat him like a fucking garbage while the "bad guys" are willing to befriend him he would end up at Voldemort's?? if he DIDN'T have DE friends, then we would have more reasons to assume he joined out of sharing the ideology.

And isn't Lily trying to prevent Snape from getting closer to Avery and Mulcibier just after the Prank? He wasn't friends with them, or at least they weren't very close for almost 5 years. Well I wonder what would push him.

You know what my fav hc I've ever come up with so far is? Apollo has to take shots of alcohol in the morning every day so that he can keep up the dumb blond act.

Cause like, you're telling me the god of poetry, education, logic, art, music, and so many other things just writes shitty haikus, is an ignorant, arrogant, self-absorbed shitty person? Hell no! This is literally the god of education, logic, and truth we are talking about here okay.

But on the flip side: imagine what would happen when Apollo doesn't take alcohol in the morning and after years of only interacting to people while drunk to keep up the dumb blond act, they now have to meet soberpollo who takes no shit and is just a no-nonsense guy. It's official. I've lost my mind.

Because there's sizzling and boiling sounds during all kinds of critical moments. And there's sweet coffee that's only drunk at the office or shared with Sei until Hagiwara doesn't want it anymore. And there's all kinds of additional water imagery that I didn't write about the first time. And SO MUCH MORE. But let's stick with the sizzle for now.

Does food sizzle when grilled? Yes. But the show doesn't HAVE to include the sound, and it often doesn't. The sound comes in. It drops out. It plays sometimes when there is no food at all.

Sei has sizzling sounds when the emails begin getting more intimate.

It's there when Sei talks about Hagiwara's question with Fujisawa.

Until the sound drops (at least getting soft enough I can't hear).

There's sizzling while Hagiwara hears that others are getting married.

That seems to get louder when internally admitting his frustration.

There's something like a sizzling noise when Sei gets a little more vulnerable, but the sound is only on Hagiwara's side at this point. I still argue the museum was NOT the start for him.

There's boiling sounds as they continue their email conversations while eating separately.

This becomes sizzling sounds when they talk and eat together.

The sizzling in this scene fades in and out as specific points are being made. Sometimes Hagiwara puts on the meat. Sometimes it's Sei.

There's this statement (no sound) that I'm not certain how to take because Kaori obviously does mind that he's getting sizzle elsewhere.

But it DOES parallel. Kaori is not overly controlling of Hagiwara whereas Fujisawa exerts control over Sei.

Even if Sei willingly complies. That's a different essay though.

Things really begin boiling when Hagiwara goes to Ayako's house and Kaori's secret is exposed. Leaving Hagiwara bubbling with feelings.

But once the pot boiled over (note: it's a rain sound here)...

There's no more sizzle.

Dottore with a equally manipulative reader!!

Despite their illness, they can and will do anything to achieve their goals (alongside Dottore, of course.)

Since they're also from the Akademiya, they're quite knowledgeable when it comes to the human mind and psychology—so, they know how to use someone.

I feel like, once the traveler meets them—they'll probably twist Paimon and the traveler's reality loll

However, they still have weaknesses. Especially their sickness, which is why Dottore is by their side in the first place!

Maybe, manipulative fragile reader most likely is two-faced lmaoo

Even if they're still evil and twisted, them and Dottore are the perfect matchh!!

YES :3 I've always hc-ed fragile reader to be like this but I never write it because 1) I probably would suck terribly at writing manipulation 2) reader doesn't do it too much unless they're feeling vengeful (Traveler moment) or it's necessary since it's lots of work (would rather leave the schemes to Dottore right now.)

Therefore most people never see you do this or are a victim of your manipulation. The difference between you and Dottore is that you are genuinely nice to people, so they don't realize they're already ensnared in your trap until it's too late. But perhaps that is their shortcoming because did one truly expect the spouse of a Harbinger to be naive and defenseless, regardless of what you seem outwardly? Like Dottore, you don't take pleasure in hurting others, but if that is what furthers your research, what else is there to do? (Unless it's Traveler or the Archons, that's another story.)

Needless to say, your husband greatly appreciates your mind. After all, you did a lot of the "negotiating" back then for him in the Akademiya, due to his general irritability. But he still does not want you to push yourself too much. If only you weren't sick, Dottore would send you out to represent him at his meetings. Webttore could especially use your patience. Regardless of whatever your goals are, he'll make sure you stay on top of it. That's what good scholars do for each other, right?

I hate llorumi as much as everyone else, but like can we stop saying that Harumi has a canonical family dynamic with either Garmadon or Lloyd.

There’s no family dynamic there. Not in canon.

Llorumi is bad bc of the attempted murder. And the manipulation. And the kidnapping. And the resurrecting Garmadon, robbing him of his humanity and destroying the world.

I don’t even think Harumi and Garmadon have really a family dynamic. It’s definitely not a normal one.

I think I’m just tired of people saying that Harumi and Lloyd are ‘siblings :D’ after listing why they have a toxic relationship. Like all those dynamics are still toxic either way, them being siblings does not fix any of that. It’s still just as frightening and awful. And same goes for Harumi and Garmadon. Like Harumi can have other family who aren’t the people she obsessed over to the point of destroying the city.
