+ the first version of this page was so bad it almost made me give up like. they do not look like that what was i doing.

also instead of the splotches i used i was gonna draw the hunters passed out on the ground but. uhhh. yeah.

and finally i literally could not draw to save my life at this point near the end and ended up borrowing my brother’s figure to get some poses to trace for the vs dark samus page 😭

but yeah i spent a week straight trying to finish this comic before May ended and it was so insane of me to draw like fifteen pages in 5 days 😭i think i ended up with like 140 screen shots from a mp3c playthrough for references too

genuinely. there’s something there about Madeline and Samus being unable to kill their “babies” that we could’ve worked with here. idc if she has to be evil to do it let Madeline and Samus be parallels</3 both willing to go to extreme lengths to protect their fucked up murderous kids is that too much to ask for. Samus recognizing herself and finding a way to save what she couldn’t before idk man. I haven’t thought about the end of this particular version of om but IT COULD WORK.
