I love this! It’s really sweet that Alya went to the fair to cheer her up. This story is also asking the hard questions here. Of course, when it comes to love it does take work and effort. But with Marinette’s experience with Adrien especially since he literally asked out someone else. It makes you question if it is really meant to be. In addition, moving on is not always a bad thing.
Fortune in Love- Lukanette Fluff
Inspired by @airi-p4 recent comic. It was so cute and adorable that I had to write something for it. Admittedly, this is inspired by the first part and is a little short but that’s ok. I still enjoyed writing this.
——————————————————————————————
“Uh! Why did it go wrong again?!” Marinette groaned, holding her face in her hands as Alya gently patted her back. Once again, she had tried to ask Adrien on a date and once again she had messed up royally. There was a fair in town and she thought it had been the perfect place for a date. As usual, the girl squad had encouraged her, telling her she could do it and she marched up to Adrien but the moment she got near him, she lost all of her confidence and it didn’t help that he was talking about a girl called Kagami. As if that wasn’t bad enough, he jumped at the chance to ask her where he thought he should take Kagami on a date, which in turn resulted her to suggest the fair. Adrien had thanked her, saying he could always rely on his ‘best’ friend to help work out what to do before hugging her and rushing off. The thing is she didn’t want to be his best friend. She wanted to be his girlfriend but something always seemed to go wrong no matter how hard she tried. And now it seemed like Adrien had his sights on someone else. Maybe it was best to move on. She had to accept that he would only ever see her as a friend. She let out a huff and sat down as Alya sat next to her. “I can’t keep doing this, Alya. Every time I try it goes wrong and he is interested in someone else,”
“Come on, girl,” Alya frowned, making her frown. “You can’t give up now. Adrien just needs to see how amazing you are and once he does, he’ll jump at the chance to date you,”
“Adrien doesn’t see me as more then a friend,” She stated, making Alya frown. “And maybe I should be ok with that. You know I’ve tried everything and it just doesn’t happen.. maybe it’s time to move on,”
“Girl, you can’t give up!” Alya gasped, making Marinette flinch a little from her raised voice. “Sorry but I just don’t want to see you give up. You’ve worked so hard for this,”
“And none of it worked,” She sighed, looking down. “I’m just meant to be alone forever,”
“That’s not true,” Alya gasped, taking her hands in her. “Ok so you can’t go to the fair on a romantic date with Adrien but you can go to the fair on the best friend date ever with me!”
“Really?” Marinette asked, smiling a little.
“Yeah! We’ll go on rides, get ice cream and candy floss and play a bunch of games!” Alya grinned, making Marinette smile. “I’ll even win you a toy,”
“Aww, thanks but aren’t you going with Nino?” She asked, making Alya grin.
“Yeah but not til the weekend,” She explained, making Marinette feel a little better. “But the fair opens today so let’s go after school! It’s been ages since we actually did something together that wasn’t related to Adrien or school work,”
“Well, I’d have to ask my mama and papa but sure,” Marinette grinned, linking arms with Alya as they headed back to the classroom. It would be fun to hang out properly.
~After School~
“Whoa, this is so pretty,” Marinette gasped as she looked around at the fair. The lights were beautiful and the air smelt sweet. There were a number of food stalls and different rides but there were also game stands and different sideshows. They had gone on a few rides already and played a number of games. Right now, they were walking around, eating some chocolate kebabs. Instead of meats and veg, they had strawberries and marshmallows on, along with been dipped in a chocolate fountain. They tasted delicious. The two of them walked towards the Seine area of the fair as they ate, causing Marinette to come to a stop as she noticed a boat. It was fairly chaotic looking and hardly anyone was near it but there was a very pretty girl leaning against it. Behind her was a purple tent set up on the boat. It had stars and moons on it, making Marinette want to touch it. Next to the tent and the girl was a sign.
The Mysterious Viperion
Tarots. Crystal Balls. Palms. Runes and much more.
Palm Reading: €10
Tarot Reading: €20
Crystal Ball Reading: €5
Runes Reading: €15
Zodiac Reading: €10
Love. Fate. Destiny.
Come inside and have your future revealed
“Ooh a psychic!” Alya grinned, pointing towards the tent as Marinette glanced at it. “Hey, let’s get our future read. Maybe they can advise you on how to win over Adrien,”
“Alya!” Marinette gasped but despite her comment, she was curious. Maybe this psychic could tell her where she was going wrong or why the universe seemed to be against her. “A-Alright but you have to do it as well!”
“Sure,” Alya grinned, walking over to the girl. “Hey, so how do we do this?”
“Prices are there or you can go for a full reading for €65,” The girl mumbled quietly as Marinette glanced at her hair. It was black and purple. “You’ll have to wait for a moment though. He’s currently reading the Mayor’s future,”
“Ok. We’ll do the crystal ball reading. One reading each,” Alya replied, taking out €10 and handing it to the girl who nodded before putting the money in a box. “So is he the real deal or a con artist?”
“You’ll find out soon enough,” She replied as the mayor exited from the tent with a grin on his face. Marinette rose an eyebrow as the girl disappeared into the tent and came out a few minutes later. “He’s ready to see you now,”
She gestured to the tent, causing Marinette to take a gulp and walking inside with Alya. The smell of white sage hit her nose as she looked around. Now that she was inside it, she could see the tent was fairly big. She noticed a tank that housed a beautiful looking snake that seemed to be resting. She turned her attention away from it as she continued to glance around. In the middle of the tent was a round table covered with a purple cloth with a crystal ball on top of it and a couple of chairs before it. Sat in behind that was a mysterious figure. She could see he was male but she couldn’t see much of his face as it was covered with a hood. All she could see was his mouth in fact.
“Please take a seat,” He stated, making Marinette’s heart flutter a little. His voice was soft and charming and the air around him seemed gentle. She took a seat next to Alya before the mysterious fortune reader began. “I am Viperion, teller of truth. I can’t promise that I will tell you what you want to hear but heed my words. The future isn’t always sugar coated and it is my duty to the universe to tell the truth that I have been gifted to see. Now you both paid for a crystal ball reading. I will admit that it isn’t as accurate as tarots or palms but if you satisfied with your choice, we can begin,”
“Yes, we’re good,” Alya answered, making Viperion nod. “I’ll go first,”
“Very well,” He replied, moving his hands over the crystal ball. For a few moments, he remained silent before he smirked. “Interesting,”
“What is?” Alya asked, a little impatiently.
“So far, I see no real issues in your immediate future. Your relationship with your boyfriend is strong and your friendships are stronger,” He stated, making her let out a sigh of relief but then then he frowned. “Dear me. You seem to have trouble coming for you in the form of a fox who spins tales of gold but are nothing more then hay,”
“Huh?” Alya asked, confused.
“You wish for success and she will promise you the world but her promises are empty,” He stated, frowning. “She is nothing more then a wolf in sheep’s clothing so beware and be skeptical. For if you take her words as true, you will lose what you most hold dear,”
Alya blinked at his reading, feeling a shiver down her spine as he tilled his head to the side.
“And that’s all the universe will let me see with you,” He replied, making her nod before she shook of the feeling as he turned his attention to Marinette. She gulped a little afraid of what he might say with her. He moved his hands over the crystal ball again before a playful smile came on his lips. “Oh, you’ve had quite the unfortunate love life hm?”
“That’s such an understatement compared after the latest attempt with Adrien,” Alya grinned, making Marinette groan.
“Alya!” She gasped before turning to the fortune-teller. “Sorry, Mr Viperion. Please go on,”
“The universe is trying to lead you to the right path,” He stated, moving his hands again. “But the right path is not made of sunshine like you think it is,”
“You mean Adrien isn’t meant for me?” She asked, a little sorrow in her voice but deep down she knew that. All the times it went wrong and she failed. It was because she wasn’t meant to be with him. At least, she knew now. “S-So what else awaits me? Is it bad?”
“Hmm,” He answered, glancing at the crystal ball. “Do not worry. Your luck is about to change,”
“It is?” She asked, blinking.
“Yes, a chance encounter will change your perspective,” He replied, making her blink again. “In other words… you’re about to meet someone who is right for you,”
He glanced up at her, causing her to see his full face and boy was he cute. His eyes were ocean blue and danced in a way that made her heart stop. His hair was dark with blue highlights and he had a mischievous but playful smile was on his lips. Marinette couldn’t help but blush as he looked at her.
“Lucky them,”

Random Headcannons | Accepting
Luanne has never had a happy marriage even if she does have kids that she adores, this has really led to her giving up on romance all together and not really seeing it as a thing. People just get married out of obligation no one really does it because they love or care about the other person. She has a hard time accepting when people have feelings for her because of that and often just laughs even when she knows the other persons serious.
Luka actually tells fortunes by contacting demons that can see the future even if it's every possible future at once. It's just one big educated guess using hot reading techniques like all fortune tellers use. He makes decent money off of it and does it full time.
Vladimir has many contacts within the monster hunters guild that keep him safe form any unprompted checks on what he's up to. There's a lot of business he'd rather keep in order.

A kanthony haunted mansion au
Mentions of suicide
——-
Anthony has been looking for his love Kathani for years after she committed suicide, after the fortune teller Danbury prophesied her return to him in the coming year
Along with his butler as trusted friend Lukas they plot to bring her back to his side.
Enter Kate Sharma and her sister Edwina also their friends Toby and June along with Newton Kates corgi. She and Toby work together in real estate and have been tasked with travelling to one last house before they can go on one rare holiday.
Kate had gotten a call saying that a Master Bridgerton wanted to see her so he could sell his home and of course Kate being Kate was obviously hesitant but determined at first but agreed only if she could bring her sister and friends with her.
There Sharma and company come face to face with what looks like a completely abandoned mansion, where the gates seem to open by themselves along with the doors and where the floorboards creak but don’t fall apart.
Anthony and Lukas appear, the first instantly recognises his old love and tries to make her feel comfortable so she doesn’t suspect a thing. Kate on the other hand is extremely flustered but doesn’t show it, trying to get straight to the point so she and her friends can leave (having no clue what was about to happen)
He invites them to stay for the night due to the storm that miraculously appeared and after dinner the gang mostly gets separated, with Edwina and Toby meeting Eloise and Penelope.
June meets Colin and Benedict who are most certainly trying to distract her from finding Kate again.
Meanwhile, Kate and Anthony are getting to know each other until his patience wears thing and he becomes desperate trying to get her to remember him, leading Kate to try run away out of the house.
Sharma and co have to solve the mystery of the old Bridgerton mansion before it is too late and Kates life becomes a distant memory to them. But will Anthony and his siblings stop them?
———
Should I write this maybe?

AU where Alois and Ciel join the circus and meet Doll-
that would be very cute!
I once made an Au where alois and Luka do join the circus, but in a sort of fortune teller ring. the reason -- Luka lost his soul, but he's not dead. He's just catatonic. and sometimes he has strange 'reactions' to people whose souls he finds 'interesting.' like, for example, Ciel's, marked for death. Alois interpreted it as some sort of angelic guidance and...yeah the more I talk about this au, the more messed up it is HAHAH

Who will get the other miraculous’? Like maybe Adrien getting the tiger miraculous, Rose getting the bee.
So this answer is loaded with spoilers for the future so I'll do a 'see more' for those who don't want to see
You should call yourself a fortune teller because you hit Rose!
So I have the whole list of kwamis and who is opting for what. These are the top five (+1) that are already set to happen.
Juleka getting the fox miraculous (You can see the rough design here!!)
Rose getting the bee miraculous (smoll magical girl <3)
Chloe getting the turtle miraculous (she's trying her best at that point <3)
And Alix is completely being Bunnix.
Then there are the ones that I'm still not entirely convinced about and might change in the future. With Adrien getting the Dragon, Marinette the snake, Mark the mouse, Kagami the ox, Mylen Tiger , Alya Goat, Kim Dog, Ivan Pig, Nino Monky, Max Rooster, Luka Eagle, Lila Horse.
Look, I've got a full reasoning for why based on some of his features taken from canon and I'll really try to show them in the background of the fic.

Zion Nielsen, our Luka Sabbat, is looking for their maternal grandmother!
They’re a witch, and are said to look like Angela Bassett, Halle Berry, Viola Davis, or any older black WOC. You do have to contact Mad @wcirdo before applying!
Zion's grandmother took him in when he ran away from home at the age of sixteen because his mother refused to teach him magic. She nurtured him and mentored him in magic and still houses him to this day. This character is a fortune teller by trade and operates out of her home. She's lived in Cardinal Hill her whole life and is a very strong witch in general but specializes in divination magic. She's directly connected to Zion's secret so I would love to discuss that with you before applying!
01 connections available.

MINIFIC: LBSC October 2021 Minific Challenge: 23: Water (MLB/Lukanette/Winters)
Notes: For the @lovebugs-and-snakecharmers's October 2021 Minific Challenge Day 23 (Water). Shoutout to Yuna21, whose comment on Day 13 had me scrambling to figure out how I could work this angle without double-posting "Cards". 😂
Read on Ao3
October 23: Water
The witch’s dark eyes narrowed at the cards laid out on the table. Concerned – but not yet worried – she shuffled the deck and performed the reading again. Frustrated when the results were the same, she did another reading.
The fortune remained unchanged.
Kagami pursed her lips in frustration and pushed away from the table. At her feet, Adrien hissed. She ignored him and moved to another table. He hopped up onto the abandoned chair and glared petulantly at her. She didn’t notice as she poured water into a large bowl and swung a crystal over it, murmuring all the while.
A moment later, the surface of the water shimmered and Marinette appeared.
Marinette and…a naga?
She was wrapped in his coils, giggling as he nuzzled her shoulder. She touched his cheek, guiding his head to her own for a kiss. Kagami’s cheeks burned as she splashed at the water, breaking the spell.
It appeared the cards weren’t wrong.
(…of course they weren’t. They never were.)
Adrien purred as she picked him up, scratching his side as she returned to her chair. She frowned as she looked back to the cards. It wasn’t a bad fortune – not at all. It promised of lifelong love and happiness. She just…felt a little blind-sided. Surely this development had to be recent? And why wouldn’t Marinette just tell her she had met someone?
…married someone, apparently. Kagami didn’t know many nagas who went around just kissing people like that. The snakefolk tended to be very reserved in their affections, unless they were with their mate.
A few days later she ran into Alya at the market, who confirmed what the cards had told her. A few days after that, she received a letter from Marinette informing her of a customer she had sent her way. Among other things.
“Oh, dear, Adrien,” she sighed, scratching behind his ears as she read of Marinette’s new friend. She smiled at him, her eyes dancing. “It appears our Marinette has gotten herself into quite the mess.”
Adrien purred and pushed his head into her hand. Kagami giggled and looked back to the letter.
“Agreed,” she said, smiling. “I don’t think I will. I can’t wait to see how this plays out.”

akito + 2nd year at kamiyama reader!!
✧ akito with a senpai! / 2nd year! reader! ( gn reader! )
— ✦ fluff / crack ,, head canon layout ( a/n ; giggles ) reqs opened for pjsk males <3
he's in denial.. an called him out because she thinks he likes you, and he was like “tf you mean i like them?” then just like a week later he says “ig they're kinda cute” then vbs is like “BE FUCKIN FR” an fortune teller sooooo true
he fr thought you were weird at first, let's say for being friends with WXS. but he never really had a proper reason for why he thought you were weird.. maybe because of the feeling he's getting when he looks at you.. perhaps.
he goes to SEKAI by himself to ask the virtual singers of why he's feeling this way, and they let out their iconic 'oh..''s then explaining right after. KAITO and MEIKO + LUKA thinks it's really cute, while miku and the twins give advice knowing they're still young. but it does work...
once akito finally realizes he's like “no way..” how did he catch feelings? vbs is just staring at him.. while he's just sulking and wondering how. was it your smile? your personality? your looks? nah..! insert an laughing at him while kohane is sweat dropping and toya having a small smile on his face.
every time you glance at him while he's looking at you he cusses to himself. he's staring.. respectfully.
he REFUSES to confess. you have to do it yourself shawty. praise be.
once you've finally confessed, he's a mess. in a good way!! of course.. “i like you too.. i guess..” no. we do not guess in this house, akito shinonome. get your ass together and stop being a pussy. — ena. what a supportive sibling!
if you're shorter— let's say you are, he teases you for being older than him but shorter. but if you aren't older than him.. he'll let you slide. how'd you become so smart that you're advanced? couldn't be him , 😹,,,, giggles
once you both finally get together, vbs is cheering in the bg. WXS too... add VIRTUAL SINGERS into that. ena cringes at him, but she thinks your pretty cool! “why is my brother so ugly.. he doesn't deserve his s/o. no like im being fr they should've dated me he's so ugly”

i feel like it took ages but hey i finally have a computer that sort of works so with that let’s actually get this introduction thing out of the way, better late than never.
some people might know me already -- i go by shino and i have been in lgc before back when it opened as the very first app (still proud of this) and later as lukas (vape boy, if you know you know) to those of you who don’t know me i’m 27, agender (they/them) and hugely socially awkward.
introducing my boy ko isaac, or better known as jaemin. i intend to address him as jaemin in my threads but your muse can know him by either name (more likely isaac if you’re an older trainee) and depending on how things play out with eventual stage names and stuff i might switch to using isaac.
if you want me to pop into your ims for some plotting you can feel free to like this post. i have some background and personality information available on him, but haven’t been able to do the profile yet because of my computer issues. under the cut there’s a few loose plot ideas. i am also open for event plotting.
your muse is absolutely fascinated by isaac’s ‘spiritual abilities’ and has vowed to become his apprentice.
isaac is your personal fortune teller and you always enjoy getting listening to him reading your fate and future.
you don’t believe in fortune telling in the slightest and can’t seem to do anything but laugh at and mock isaac for his blind belief.
you find him rather charming and wish he would notice you and look at you as lovingly as he does with the stars.
you entered legacy around the same time and while you have spent your time excelling in one field, isaac seems to have wasted his by fooling around in multiple areas. this makes you rather upset and makes you wonder if he really wants to do this.
you are a pair of unlikely friends, perhaps people wonder why you are friends with someone who seems as air headed as he is, but something in you has always found him interesting and you made it your duty to look after him only to realise he is more than capable of doing so himself.

Mafia au
Again for myself but just to get down what I have right now-
Setting
Vaguely set in a 1920s era big city, there's some amiss going on within this town that never sleeps. Whether it be the constant warring of the major crime families that inhabit it or the supernatural only spoken about in niche tabloids, it's hard to deny the mysterious things that wash ashore or the even strange deaths. Yes it seems the eldritch beings only spoken about in old myth and legend have woken up from their sleep.
The major crime families are: The Kostenkos, The Toscanos, The Amanomes, The Yamaokas and The Adams.
Muses with Mafia Aus
Minor players
Danny: No specific ties to any crime family, just a general information broker and investigator while being a serial killer for hire for fun, but also a necessity, because of the thing living inside of him that needs to be fed
Jake: Works as a bartender Luanne's gay bar "The Rose Lounge", works as a high price escort, but is primarily a spy for Luanne to keep tabs on other crime families.
Viktor: Former student set to be valedictorian, but was expulsed after less than ethical experiments were found out to be going on in his lab. He fell off the face of the earth after that presumed to be dead, but really he works for the Kostenko crime family as their eldritch consultant.
Aita: Main tattoo artist for the Amanome yazuka family, there's not much that Aita values in life. He's lost after moving to the big city with a friend and just riding the high since then.
Luka: Fortune teller and drug dealer, he is the main information broker of the Toscano crime family. There's something off about him, but no one can really tell exactly what.
Carmina: Only spoken about in the supernatural tabloids, Carmina is the corpse of a former underground street artist after being brutally murdered by the former Toscano family head prior to Vittorio's involvement, rumor has it her corpse roams the back alleys looking for something to satiate the being that lies within.
Ji-Woon: A famous singer at the Amanome family night club and bar, though much like Danny, he is also one of the cities serial killers doing it for fame and attention. Rumor has it he's gained some new found powers...
Pearl: Drag queen and advertisement model for the rose lounge, he knows about the mafia involvement, but doesn't really care. Money is money.
Major players
Tarhos: Trusted body guard of the Toscano family, the rumors that surround him are endless. In truth- the old body guard had been disposed of long ago and now what lives inside is nothing human at all. Instead the fragment of the consciousness of a sleeping war god resides within the dead mans skin.
Luanne: Head of the Adams crime family a once dominating force over the city now fragmented and absorbed by other gangs, Luanne likes to stay out of other peoples way while she gathers herself and what better way to do that then to run the only gay bar in the city?
Kazan: Former crime head of the Yamaoka crime family forced to retire after his grandson brutally murdered his wife and child, he's now mentoring the now resurrected granddaughter Rin. The crime family has been using eldritch beings for years to keep their heads relatively immortal.
Julie: Julie is the daughter of the current Kostenko crime head though her dad may be the face of it, she's really the one running the operation. Her and her "legion" set up masquerades brutally torturing and maiming people for the highest bidder in hopes of summoning whatever the client asks for. Not many survive and on the surface she seems like the only person to offer this time kind of service to the elite. Her body became possessed by a fragment of the god of the depths not long after Tarhos's summoning and a robbery gone wrong.
Frank: Former foster kid that became friends with Julie after he was found by her in the under ground fighting scene. She offered him a job and really is was only robberies and breaks in until recently. Now he's her muscle, he does all the horrific things she asks of him letting the god of the depths feed off of the suffering being caused. Due to his loyalty he was shared the fragment of the gods blessing and he's so in love.
Seiji: Current family head of the Amanome yakuza family after his dad unfortunate passing, he is well aware of what is going on in the city, but tries not to participate in all the ritual summoning happening. He runs a pretty tight shift and controls the docks meaning everyone has to negotiate to get product shipped and received.

Um, can you do a story or maybe a oneshot about a future akuma-based(?) with Mari getting hit by the akuma and in her arms is her future daughter,Emma? Everyone thought the father was Adrien but Emma denies it.
Based on @nobodyfamouspostss Felix Culpa AU. Hope I did it justice
It happened so fast, the akuma sprung out of nowhere--something about being a fortune teller and bringing people’s futures to life--and before anyone could run to her, Marinette was zapped in the school yard. Everyone was horrified--they’ve never seen Marinette get affected by an akumatization in front of them before.
However, when the light faded, she was fine. A little disoriented but fine. What was strange was that she was holding a little girl that looked like a miniature version of her.
“Mama!” the little girl cried, hugging Marinette around her neck. The class was in an uproar at the little girl’s statement while Marinette was gaping dumbly.
“Marinette doesn’t have a kid!”
“It looks just like her though!”
“Oh god, I’m an aunt and I didn’t even know it!”
“Hold on guys!” Adrien tried to calm everyone. He turned to the little girl who eyed him with disdain. He blinked, surprised a little girl could have such venom in her gaze. “Um, sorry, but what’s your mommy’s name?” he asked kindly.
The little girl huffed, not liking that these people thought she was stupid.
“Marinette of course! I know my mommy when I see her, thank you very much!” the little girl exclaimed. Marinette, on instinct, started to try and soothe the child. The child looked imploringly at her with big watery eyes. Marinette gulped. “Maman, tell these dummies I’m your daughter! I’m your precious Emma!”
“Err well... I...” Marinette stammered and the little girl, Emma’s, lip quivered and Marinette sighed, pulling her close. “Yes sweetie, you’re my precious Emma.” Marinette reassured the little girl.
“So, what, is this kid really Marinette’s?” Alix voiced out.
“They do look eerily similar.” Nathanial pointed out.
“This akuma did say they have the power to bring your future to the present. There’s a 95% chance this really is Marinette’s daughter from the future.” Max concluded, adjusting his glasses.
“Well, I guess congrats are in order. Nice job dude! You got a cute kid.” Kim patted Adrien’s back. Adrien coughed violently, his entire face erupting into a blush as others also gave well wishes. Lila was the only one silent, and she looked angry.
“Oh come on, what makes you think it’s Adrien’s daughter?” Lila said irritatingly. The class blinked, surprised at her tone. Lila quickly fixed herself. “I mean! She seems a little rude to be Adrien’s! I’m just worried we’re jumping to conclusions!” she put on a timid act. Some shrugged but others still eyed her suspiciously. Marinette didn’t bother calling her out, knowing it would only lead to trouble, and just concentrated on holding Emma, who was eyeing Lila with a waspish glare.
“Well I mean, come on,” Nino spoke, “She’s obviously gotta be Adrien’s cause... you know...” Nino waved his hand.
“Know what, Nino?” Adrien parroted. He had no idea how the class came to this conclusion. Though thinking about it, a future with Marinette, it didn’t really sound bad. In fact, imagining it, it was quite pleasant. A giddy smile broke on his face at the thought of them living on an island, taking care of Emma, with a hamster.
“What? That she has a crush on him?” Lila cut in. Everyone gaped while Adrien’s jaw dropped. Marinette looked positively mortified, and the class looked incensed on her behalf.
“Not cool, Lila.” Ivan said.
“Yeah, she should’ve been allowed to tell him herself.” Rose chimed in. Lila didn’t back down.
“I’m sorry, I just thought Adrien knew and was being too polite.” Lila fake sniffled. For once, Adrien didn’t want to defend her.
“He’s NOT my daddy!” Emma finally had enough of the mean lady being a jerk to her mom. She reminded her of that one lady that harassed her mom on the job and tried to plagiarize her mom’s work, but luckily the lady was the one to get caught and got fired. She clutched Marinette tighter, trying to protect her from the idiots. “My Papa is cool! This guy is a spineless jellyfish!” she pointed at Adrien.
“W-wha? Me?” Adrien pointed to himself dumbly. Emma nodded, smirking proudly. Why did that smirk seem so familiar?
“Yes! My Papa said so once!” Emma proclaimed.
“Wait, if Adrien’s not your father--who is?” Alya asked. She had to know who ended up with Marinette. She always thought it was going to be Marinette and Adrien together, and looking at the rest of her class, sans Lila, everyone else thought the same.
“What’s with all the noise? I can hear you from inside the classroom.” a familiar voice deadpanned and everyone caught sight of an annoyed Felix Culpa, straightening his bag.
“PAPA!” Emma cried, finally letting go of Marinette to grasp onto Felix’s pant leg. “I knew you wouldn’t be far! Where Maman is, you’re always close by!” Emma praised him. The class blinked.
“Emma... what’s your last name?” Mylene asked tentatively. The child brightened.
“It’s Emma Culpa of course!” she exclaimed proudly, sticking her tongue out at them. That’s when they saw her eyes, exactly like Felix’s.
And that’s when they collectively lost their shit.
“He has FEELINGS????” Nino jumped back, as if horrified. Some of the others took a step back too.
“I didn’t think he had the capability to reproduce other than asexually...” Alya stated.
“H-He called me a spineless jellyfish???” Adrien murmured, still in shock and disappointment at the realization who Emma really was.
“I’m right here you know.” Felix said, irritation clear in his tone. Marinette’s face was bright red. She couldn’t look Felix in the eye.
“But Felix! You have a kid! With Marinette!” Kim exclaimed, gesturing wildly. “And apparently you guys get married!”
“Right out of college!” Emma chimed in happily. Felix’s eyes widened and a flush overtakes his features. Suddenly he can’t look Marinette in the eye either.
“Errr, Emma, sweetie, Mama has to do something, do you mind staying with Papa a bit?” Marinette hurriedly let out. Emma eyed her knowingly, smiling.
“Of course, Maman. Papa will take care of me.” Emma had no doubt about that. Marinette sighed in relief.
“Okay, I’m going to go try and find Ladybug and Chat Noir. See if they can reverse this.” she then ran off.
“I actually have to go too. Photoshoot and all--bye!” Adrien hurriedly ran off in the opposite direction. Everyone blinked.
“You know, now that I know she ends up with Felix, I guess there goes my they’ve been running off to make out every akuma attack theory.” Alix stated.
“Well, that means you owe me twenty euros then.” Nathanial chimed in delight.
“You only bet against me because you thought you’d end up with her or Luka would!” Alix protested.
“Yes, but I didn’t state that in terms of the bet, so pay up.”
“Ugh!”
Felix just sighed, walking away from them, Emma following excitedly.
-------------
“Hey, Felix?” Felix turned to see Adrien eyeing him with a determined stare. The akuma was gone, and with it, his apparent future daughter. The realization that he would have a daughter with Marinette one day was still registering in his mind. “I’m not going to lose.” Adrien promised.
Felix caught Marinette’s eye in the corner of his eye, watching her blush cutely and immediately look away. A soft smile came upon his features the more he watched her.
He knew he wasn’t going to lose either.

It’s almost 1 AM but I wanted to jot down ideas for a 2nd Echoes S/I or OC wahoo
Also this may be a long post so putting it under a cut
To recap, first one was originally named Raphael but that name and Rafiel have been taken. May need to do something else instead but this OC’s on Celica’s side. Wandering fortune teller with an elephant steed he raised since she was a calf. He flirts a lot but is actually quite lonely. Good for Conrad, Randal, or maybe Catria. Platonic with Leon, Sonia, Shade, and maybe Boey
Second one may be a Rigelian court advisor that supervises Berkut like a tired babysitter so that Fernand doesn’t actually betray him/Berkut does something reckless. Bails after the mirror incident or after Nuibaba started taking over to join the Deliverance. They talk with Lukas a lot about strategies and books they love to read, and MAYBE this is another potential Randal one since he could fluster them/have them act as his moral conscience when Emma’s not around. Platonically definitely friends with Forsyth and Python, the latter being a drinking buddy

PruCan Week 2020
Part One
Part Two
Day 3: The Moon
It had been nearly a week’s worth of travel before they neared a small village on the outskirts of a massive mountain. There was a sense of relief that was passing through them all that the first leg of the journey was nearly complete. It had been quiet enough, mostly sticking to well traveled roads. Only one incident with a curious bear searching for snacks among their provisions had disrupted the rigorous schedule that Ludwig had laid out for them.
Alfred rode beside Gilbert lately and talked and he found he enjoyed the company. Gilbert learned the other had left his village at a young age and he and his twin had learned from an old hunter how to survive in the wilderness. Even going as far as cheekily commenting that he had seen boar tusks far bigger than the one around Gilbert’s neck. After stunning him that he had been found out, he laughed loudly, much to Lovino’s annoyance.
They were just starting to see buildings sprout up in the distance when a man ran out in the road to block their path.
“Friends!” he cried cheerily, flashing them all a giant grin. “My name is Antonio Fernandez Carriedo and for a gold piece I’ll tell you all your fortune!”
“No,” Ludwig said flatly, steering his horse to try and get around the man. Antonio was quick to dart in the way.
“Aw, come on! It is only one gold piece!” When he realized he wouldn’t get anywhere with Ludwig he threw himself at the next in line which happened to be Gilbert. “You! Don’t you want to know what might be in store for you? What secrets could be lurking out there for you to find?”
Gilbert shrugged and pulled a coin from his pocket. “Sure. Why not?” He flicked it with his thumb, which the fortune teller quickly caught and examined before hiding it away.
“Gilbert, don’t encourage him,” Ludwig said.
“Actually, you should probably give that charity case more than one piece of gold,” Lovino griped from the back.
Antonio held up his hands and began wiggling his fingers. “Let me call upon the ancient spirits. What secrets should these travelers learn.” He closed his eyes and hummed, swaying side to side for a minute until his eyelids snapped back open wide and he spoke in a slow monotone. “You will soon learn that one of your group has been telling lies.”
“Wha… What sort of fortune is that?!” Lovino scoffed, his face red. Gilbert went stiff. Alfred pulled his hood further down. Ludwig’s face had turned an odd shade of green.
Ivan laughed. “That’s very interesting! I wonder who it may be…”
“It’s obviously a trick,” Lovino continued. He fixed a sneer at Antonio. “I don’t even think he’s a real fortune teller.”
“I am!” Antonio pleaded. “My fortunes come fully true every other time!”
Lovino hesitated, his mouth held open for a brief moment and then he practically shrieked. "Only every other time?"
Gilbert heaved a sigh and began to laugh, though it sounded strange in his ears. “That was a good one. One of us being a liar. Right, Alfred?” He jabbed the blonde in the ribs with his elbow which seemed enough to knock him back to his senses where he joined in laughing feebly.
"Let's go," Ludwig grumbled, leading them past while Lovino heaved a few spare curses behind him while Antonio remained in sight.
Despite all his best efforts, Gilbert couldn't relieve his own tensions in his mind and the mood around him seemed equally as thick. Calling someone in their group a liar could mean anything, and he knew he himself wasn't entirely truthful. Was it him that the fortune meant?
One glance at Alfred sent him reeling. It was still strange the way the other made attempts at hiding his appearance. But it would be easy enough to blame it on his upbringing or that someone with a similar face was currently being held captive. No, he thought with an involuntary shake of his head, he wouldn’t let himself believe everything Alfred had told him was a lie.
Eventually he settled on Ivan as being the culprit. It was a comfortable decision, one that he felt no reason to dwell on. Of course the mage lied. He never said anything of his past or his intentions and always left an uneasy feeling deep within Gilbert’s gut. The sort that had him keeping watch out of his peripheral.
Not much was said until after they had entered the village and stabled their horses. The mountain that made up the backdrop loomed overhead while shops at the base sported many trinkets and images of it. The group ignored these to check into the inn and rest for the time being.
A woman eyed them as they entered with a knowing look. "Here to see the librarian?" She shook her head when her assumption was proven correct and pointed to a table of five exhausted men staring off into space. "They returned this morning, though it didn't go so well."
Curious, they approached the table to mixed reactions from the occupants. Two seemed to perk up at seeing that attention was directed their way, while the rest gave flat looks of warning that were enough to cause their steps to hesitate.
"Hey!" The shortest of the group waved, his round face pulled into a pleasant friendly smile. "Are you here to try and meet the librarian too?"
"Well, that's obvious!" This one was far louder, his grin wide and confident. His hand stroked the handle of a large two handed axe leaning against his chair. "They look pretty capable. Not as much as us though."
"You think so?" Gilbert challenged back, his grin equally matched the other man's.
"Too noisy," the lithe man slumped back in his chair muttered, waving a hand and silencing his companion easily. The other continued to speak and laugh in mute.
The first to talk paused to note that his friend was now quiet, but then continued as though this was a routine occurrence. “I’m Tino. Are you here to try as well?”
“Yes,” Ivan nodded. “We need information only she can provide.”
“Then I wish you luck. We didn’t make it to her chamber.” He sighed, leaning his chin into his hand.
“You sad sacks have any advice?” Lovino piped up, earning himself several glares.
“Yes,” the one who cast the silencing spell sat up in his chair. His frigid gaze bore into each of them in turn. “The guardian has no weaknesses. You would be better off running.”
“Everything should have a weakness,” Alfred said, his voice petering out towards the end. “Right?”
The man snorted. “Don’t believe me then.”
“Lukas…” Tino said. The man in question returned to his slouched position in his chair, his eyes closing and feigning sleep.
“Thank you for sharing that with us,” Ludwig stepped in. “We’ll leave you for now.” He managed to corral the group away to their own table where a round of drinks were ordered. Evening fell and the tavern slowly came to life with patrons entering and upon seeing them wishing them luck on their attempt, while a handful grinned and asked who should receive their belongings if they did not return.
In the morning they stood abreast at the mouth of a cave that led into the mountain. A few locals had come to see them off, offering advice they had already heard. They should stay clear of the guardian if they could and retreat if they couldn’t. Gilbert was used to warnings from frightened villagers. It came as part of the job that when townsfolk said not to enter a dark forest at night that he needed to charge in.
He nudged Alfred when he noticed the other’s intent stare at the entrance. “This is going to get us one step closer to getting your brother back.”
Alfred offered a relieved smile. “I know. I worry because he can’t really take care of himself.”
This cave system began easily enough. The path was smooth and descended gradually, but soon they were met with jagged twists and turns. It would be easy enough to lose one’s way in the dark. Their torches crackled along with the steps they took with care to keep quiet and spoke minimally.
Unsure of how long they had been underground, they eventually stopped at an intersection to rest, sharing water and food as they sat around the small impromptu campfire. Lovino moped his face against a sleeve. “Did anyone hear how far we have to go to reach this Librarian?”
“No,” Gilbert said as he flopped onto his back. “And they’re not even sure exactly where her chamber is. So no help there.”
“Quit complaining,” Ludwig ordered. He had pulled a small bit of parchment out and was trying to construct a map of what tunnels they had already taken. So far it looked like a jumbled mess of crisscrossing lines.
“All I know is I am going to be covered in dust for a week because of this place,” Lovino continued to whine. “One of you with more muscles than sense will need to carry me back.”
“Not gonna happen!”
A loud rumbling echoed from the darkness down one of the tunnels freezing them all into place. The ground began to shudder while the noise grew, crashing and grinding like thunder it echoed ahead of whatever it was that was coming.
“We need to go,” Gilbert grabbed Alfred and dragged him in the opposite direction. Lovino was soon attached to his other side, his eyes gone wide.
“Everyone, run!” Ludwig snapped, just as the torch light illuminated a large humanoid shape crashing into the chamber. It straightened, rocks comprising the entirety of its body that slid and moved at will. At the top something akin to a head turned in their direction as they darted away from it and it let out a deafening roar.
“They were right! There’s no weaknesses on that thing!” Lovino yelped, easily keeping pace with the rest of them.
“Everyone just keep moving.” Ludwig’s breathing still managed to come out even. “We’ll come up with a plan.”
“I have one.” Alfred grabbed Gilbert’s hand and dragged him to the left of a fork, the rest quickly adjusting course to follow. Behind them a massive hand slammed into the earth, shaking them all and causing them to stumble. Another roar and it gave chase again.
“I don’t know a lot of magic, but I did learn one useful spell.” Alfred paused, his head twisting in all directions and he ran for a tiny alcove in the wall, grabbing the others and forcing them in where he muttered a few words. A thin veil of shadow surrounded them as he whispered, “I don’t think it’ll be able to see us.”
Gilbert held his breath. They were uncomfortably close, he and his brother taking up most of the narrow space and forcing Lovino into an undignified position between them where he trembled and clutched at an amulet around his neck. Alfred was flush against his other side, something he would have paused to consider if it weren’t for the terror of what was still coming after them. It took seconds for the stone monster to come around the same corner they had, each lumbering step shaking free loose dirt as it propelled itself forward and past them.
Several minutes passed after the last of the thundering to echo into quiet before the spell dropped and they emerged from their hiding place. Gilbert doubled over, allowing his lungs to suck in much needed oxygen while his heart rate was slowing. He grinned at Alfred, slapping him on the back. “Bet those other guys at the tavern didn’t think of that!” He received a smirk for his compliment.
“Don’t celebrate yet,” Ludwig grumbled, frowning. “We’re missing one.”
Gilbert blinked, looking around. In everything, he hadn’t noticed.
“Where the hell is Ivan?”
