#Doodles#Shitpost#I've been having a real disconnect between my hand and my eyes lately#I /know/ my hand is capable but it keeps disappointing my eyes#I mentioned back in my Art Advice (lol) that getting your eyes and hands to work together was one of the big hurdles#Forgot to mention that as you improve - or fail to practice whichever happens first - your hand and eyes will mismatch#Either your eyes will fall behind and you'll fail to notice flaws - a real honeymoon period that is and it's not a bad thing#Don't get it mixed it's an important step in being proud of your work and continuing to make things you're happy with so you'll finish stuff#But on the other hand lol there's when your eyes become very sharp at identifying whatever tf nonsense your hand is up to#That's me right now lol#I also need to warm up more I'm really bad at warming up - I've been making circles more than before! Not enough tho...#Anyway this was my warmup and then I could draw decently again at least enough to get some sketches I was satisfied with down#Anatomy refuses to be pinned down lately >:| I'm gonna have to do some studies which sounds annoying lol#Also yes those are the clothes I'm wearing it might be a caricature of what they actually look like#But it is a rainbow shirt with some ironic gay vibes and black and white heart pants lol#Anyway I'm going to bed lol#DDoodles
