I went to 5 highschools across three states in the the late 2010s and I'm pretty sure there was at least one out trans person at each of them. Now they all had vastly different experiences in how well they were treated by staff and students, but they were all out and proud.

Being friends with a cis couple that doesn’t know many trans people is fun cause I can be kinda annoying but they won’t say anything. because they are Hashtag Allies, and would dare not say an unkind word about their Dear Trans Friend ☺️

Today is my trans anniversary! I started HRT and came out 3 years ago today. I can't believe it's been that long already. I never thought for one second I'd get this far. When I started this whole journey, it was life or death. I was at one of the lowest points in my life. I almost took my own life, but I had a choice to make. To die and hurt the people i love or to become the woman i was supposed to be and show my loved ones who i really am. I chose to live. Now, here I am, thriving and living the best life I can! I wouldn't trade it for anything. Being able to be yourself without hiding or shame is one of the amazing feelings. I'm happier than I've ever been. For you trans peeps out there. You're worth it. Don't be afraid to be yourself. It's never too late to be you!

I had a friend named Astrid, I met her through a Discord server called Trans Peeps Night which was a server meant for trans people to meet other like us (apparently the servers been taken down I don’t know for sure tho)

Astrid had a tough life she lived in Texas as a trans person and nearly killed herself multiple times while I knew her however to my knowledge she was lucky enough to have a supportive family

I believe this year she turns 18 and it is an election year so life is scary for her right now if she’s still alive

If anyone knows who she is or know someone who was in that server please message me even if you aren’t in contact with her, maybe you can help me find someone who is
