HAPPY BIRTHDAY! RIAMU YUMEMI 💊

Throughout 2024, I'm making treats for some of my favorite idol characters on their birthdays! Today's lucky winner is Riamu Yumemi from THE iDOLM@STER: Cinderella Girls.

Okay I'll admit Riamu isn't one of my favorite characters, but I thought making a dessert for her would be so much fun! I tried to find something really out there. Uh, it worked. This is "low carb strawberry fluff", which I can't remember how I found. I think I was looking for strawberry desserts? It's heavy whipping cream and cream cheese, whipped up with strawberry jello mix added to thicken, color, and flavor it.

I actually split it in half before adding the jello mix and made half of it blue with a "berry blast"(?) jello and half of it pink with the recipe's intended strawberry jello. The blue half did not whip up as well as the pink half, or taste as good. There's also berries on top*! And I added some hot pink sprinkles for extra pizzaz or something. Here's the recipe I used.

I don't know how I feel about this one, it's really weird but also it's pretty OK. It was fun to make, though! Very easy to put together.

*The berry-free cup is for my beautiful wife who does not like berries
