Any Buzzwole headcanons?

It's hypothesized that the line might have a gender, and that they have a high female to male ratio.

When not fed, they turn a whiteish color.

They are thought to travel in swarms in their original home in ultra space.

They seem to enjoy beach areas in particular. It's thought that water is important to them in some way.

It's been known to flex against body builders, suggesting its habit of posing is some kind of threat or territorial display.

I can barely describe this myself but I'll sure try:

These were mostly based off the designs lining up well, they don't all make sense, some can best be described as "I just felt it made sense" so I'll try my best

Jaiden/Nihilego - Even with Baghera and Forever's connection with the Federation, Jaiden is preferred and is treated really nicely/Lusamine is obsessed it; blue; I was more thinking of the Lillie Nihilego from the anime

Vegetta/Buzzwole - buff; "its my six-pack!" - Vegetta/Buzzwole liking to flex and show off

Nihachu/Pheromosa - Very pretty and feminine, as well as super badass; Niki's sweater reminds me of Pheromosa's shiny

Tubbo/Xurkitree - Tubbo immediately building that giant drill "world eater"/Xurkitree having said that it once raided a powerplant; they both relate to machinery in some way; it was either Xurkitree or Guzzlord ngl

Philza/Celesteela - green; flying

Tina/Kartana - color palette has lots of orange and white; both relate to plants, Tina - carrots/Kartana - grass type

Felps/Guzzlord - Felp's square he's digging out/Guzzlord having eaten mountains and buildings

Slime/Poipole - Slime is.... slimy.../Poipole being called "UB Adhesive"

Ironmouse/Naganadel - Purple and Pink color scheme; this one is another one where there is little reason, it just felt right

Antoine/Stakataka - Antoine's builds (specifically the pillars at his Moon) reminded me of Stakataka; the skin I used in the photo, you can see stuff peaking through his arms and legs that match with Stakataka's eye things

Missa/Blacephalon - there is no explanation for this one; I guess Blacephalon's shiny matches well?

Quackity/Cosmog/Cosmoen - just a little guy; Quackity being stuck in water/Cosmoen being stuck, unable to move or do anything until it evolves

Etoiles/Solgaleo - Star/sun symbolism

BadBoyHalo/Lunala - Night/bat/etc. symbolism

ElQuackity/Necrozma - Darker color scheme; in ElQuackity's last days, he came in to say things, then it started raining/Necrozma stealing the light from the world

Mr. ------/Lusamine - He managed to get all the members to the island for whatever reason and Lusamine obsession with the Ultra Beasts (and the room with all the frozen Pokemon resembles the ice chambers the latest members were in)

Baghera/Lillie - Based off recent lore and the "Manager's Children" AU/headcanon; I really like how Lillie from shy and meek, to gaining confidence and wanting to go out on her own journey (both in game and in the anime),

Forever/Gladion - Also from "Manager's Children" AU/headcanon; Forever and Baghera having a sibling-like bond

Cellbit/Type:Null - Close relation to Forever/Gladion; Cellbit works for the Federation/Type:Null was created by the Aether Foundation

new mesh, ripped from pokemon sun/moon

contains both a body preset, as well as a skin detail that adds the mesh parts, with only one swatch this time bc buzzwole's shiny kinda sucks

mesh parts are not compatible with dresses/fullbody outfits, and may experience texture overlapping with some tops!

also theres a 'stray polygon' that appears in cas with the mesh parts but not ingame. cope with it like it do :P

both disabled for random, both with custom thumbnails, etc etc

feel free to recolor or mesh edit as always, but please don't paywall this or edits of it in any form!

pokemon au scraps

Keisuke would get fighting / electric i think, scrafty and falinks for teams & leadership, incinaroar for being a target and a heel; also incinaroar is just strong af, buzzwole cause i think itd be funny to have a pokemon that flexes its strength and is traditionally masculine, a pokemon that shows not to fuck with it - charizard cause it's traditionally cool and a jolteon again for the 'masculine' points. subject to change.

Ryosuke i want to be a dragon tamer, but theres not a lot of dragons i think fit his vibe. i think elegance as a secondary would fit, but the pokemon arent really. strong? like milotic has been the only consistent pokemon i have workshopped so far. A dragonair for the elegance theme but also as a work in progress as dragons are the most difficult to raise, high level and ccare. Pheramosa, persian and gardivour are 'elegant' pokemon, minior because 'akagis white comet'. Also subject to change.

Shingo gets rats. I see the idea he has pet rats around and people associate him with rats; 100% he would have shiny rats.

He gets zangoose for his rivalry with takeshi.

murkrow runs an eviolite to be stronger. luxray and mightyena for night-kids, i think the team would lean into dark and pseudo-dark types for the theme. rats!!!! rats!!!!!!!

Takumi would be a ghost-type specialist. He has a lot of shinies uner Bunta's OT*. His zoua is his kid* that he keeps on him in his hair. Ghosts for Ghost of akina, Black and white pokemon for his panda-86.

mimikyu for gimmicks, since he uses the ditches to win, i can see him using the disguise ability to throw off a battle in his favour.

Cofagrigus i think would be used for mummy set-up and getting rid of abilities, but treated as more of a pet type? i can see him coming home from the mountain and rolling a big nugget towards it for food.

Pangoro would be from his dad for sure - it wouldnt listen to him until maybe a few major events? definitely the defacto leader and fight mediator between them all.

*I brought it up to my partner that was making myself sad - Takumi i think would be a directionless person - he would still do tofu deliveries at ass o'clock and still be broke. I think that, at some point, maybe 16, there was an accident on the mountain - hes really hurt, its snowing, its cold. he needs to get to home to get help.

and he gets home finally, the sun is starting to rise, he goes to the front door an. he cant open the door. this is a breaking point, he starts howling for his dad, he cant open the door, hes hurting, hes cold, he just wants to be held-

and bunta opens the door.

looks down.

and stares at him.

and he tries, hes sobbing, hes shaking - help, dad please im hurt and i cant move, and- And bunta crouches down, and picks him up. effortlessly.

he is carried into his dad's room and they both sleep on his bed. parent and child.

And takumi wakes up, sees his dad isnt there - probably a council meeting - and tries to go to make breakfast. starts heading down the stairs and trips. hes. small. hes really small. his paws cant reach that far.

he has paws.

he is running towards the bathroom now, trying to open it, but he cant reach it, the door is shut. hes yipping and scratching at the bottom of the door. Bunta's back up the stairs, opens the door and picks him up again.

Hes being held infront of the mirror.

He's a fucking zorua. ( hisuian zorua, the ghost-normal type )

So naturally, he cant speak.

I think affter this he would spend a lot of time in his room avoiding people - i think itsuki would be consistently visiting and trying to see takumi, who would finally cave and sow up at the foot of the stairs in shambles ans just be held.

It takes him a few tries to work out the disguise ability he now has, disguising himself as. himself. He'd be toted as mute after the accident, and slowly go back out and re-adjust to his new life.

I think after a year he would learn how to speak again, but he still doesnt talk much. I think itikani and kenji wouldnt know about this until much much later on. I think mogi wouldnt know about this until the beach date, where after kissing him he gets really distant and she pushes him to talk.

At some point, word gets out that there's a unique zoruark out there and he tries his hand at breeding. Ditto's involved - he feels wierd about it the whole way through. One of his eggs he keeps and that one is kept in his hair.

Moving away from sad-posting, Itsuki!!

He would have absol for danger-sensing since he's clumsy and absol would warn him of dangers and junk -G-ponyta cause he heard that they were the fastest race-horse but got duped on the egg and got the wrong breed. he still loves his pokemon, but he was definitely upset about it. Kirlia for its split evolution, he wants a gallade but. yknow. gardevoir? could mean anything.

The Latios was on a mission, but the peculiar glimmering red shine of the Buzzwhole's helmet had him stopping in his tracks. His head twisted to face him and make sure of what he was looking at. "Gah! Your helmet! It looks straight outta Pokekamen rider!" He exclaimed, pulling out a phone from his pocket and pointing it in his direction. "Man, you mind if I take a picture? Your whole fit is just rad as all heck!"

Ingo and Buzzswole start Jojo posing at each other, and it's a distressing yet intriguing scene to behold. You may even turn on a Jojo's theme to accompany their odd battle on the train. Alas, as much as one may believe in the trained body of the now ex-Warden, Buzzswole will likely come out on top.

okay so- of the adult characters, the ones that weren't options for the crackships generally had a logic to it-

Vanta i simply do not think would ever be in the right place mentally to have a kid of his own, especially with a mortal character, so didn't make him an option; Flex reproduces asexually so there's that (and also I don't know how to mix a buzzwole with another pokemon other than making them buff lmao); etc.

but then also I just straight up Forgot to put Boo there. no reason i just Forgot.

Thoughts on Buzzwole?

I have mixed feeling about these UBs due to that one hostile encounter I had with a group of them in Ultra Hive, but most of the time, they are not so outwardly aggressive.

They communicate in the most peculiar of ways: flexing. Each motion conveys a different meaning, and that behavior is essentially their language aside from��� buzzing. Buzzswole are interesting UBs, but not my favorite.

I am also not a fan of their homeworld’s climate. So humid…

Pokésonas! They’re all based on already existing sonas of mine, safe for the nidoran one, that one is new.

Ocularose (deoxys, poison/psychic) an alien pokémon that has a thorny personality. But once you get past the thorns he’s nice!

Cycloplasm (frillish, water/poison) evil villain who will destroy your child’s sandcastle. Will also jumpscare your child and ban them to the shadow realm forever

Rozz (aegislash, steel/ghost) a hopeless romantic who wants to be with an evil cool villain

Nameless nidoran (poison) is an adult, wears an everstone around his neck to not evolve. Tough love kinda guy who wants to help people

Rose(quito) (buzzwole, bug/flying) a buzzwole who was born skinny, and doesn’t communicate via flexing. He has a regular buzzwole boyfriend who can lift him easily and throw rose like a javelin
