in case you didn't check the link, the lyrics used are from „lost kitten” by metric! ive never known fully how to interpret this song, but i just felt that it's them, sort of. maybe one day ill make this into an actual video with the audio.

Baldur’s Gate 3 companions and how they feel about My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic

Astarion - he would claim not to be interested. He would claim that he has absolutely no interest in such a thing. Next thing you know he’s sitting in front of the screen, intensely watching and trying to pick up the lore of these rainbow horses before his eyes. He begins to ask the group what they know of the universe and the surrounding spin-offs. He’s become far too invested.

Gale - it’s not that he dislikes it, but he’s not a fan of it either. He would critique the magic system and see how it holds up to the real world of magic… plus, he’s never seen a purple unicorn read a book before… how unrealistic to the magic he has studied so hard…

Karlach - she is a FAN. Karlach is an ENTHUSIAST of My Little Pony. She would spend hours carefully lining up horses on her shelf, admiring them, styling their hair. She would get up early weekly to watch it when it was still airing and after the fact would own a box set of the whole show. She may not have all the lore down, but she enjoys it regardless.

Lae’zel - she comes off as if she doesn’t like it. She always gives the vibes that she’s not interested and that she has better things to do whenever it comes on… but she’s obsessed. She knows the lore through and through. You could ask her about plot points and she’s able to name exactly which episode it came from. She understands the ties between the main series and Equestria Girls, she knows how to explain why chatacters from that series aren’t seen in any others, she’s able to tell you eve. Just the smallest, finest details of Equestrian society. She’s hardcore when it comes to these horses.

Shadowheart - it’s something she’s very neutral on. She doesn’t understand what all the hype surrounding it is, it’s an entertaining little show. And those little horse dolls are kind of cute… maybe the show seems better to her with a glass of wine to unwind while she witnesses horse friendship and drama.

Wyll - he is very disinterested in the series. He doesn’t have time for something so juvenile, plus if Karlach is a fan of it when why would he bother with it… that’s all he needs to know. It’s not his thing in the least.

BONUS

Halsin- way too obsessed for his own good. My goodness he is a brony ALL THE WAY. He can discuss the lore with Lae’zel flawlessly and explain to others the importance in the show’s hidden easter eggs and the secrets that tie in to older generations of the franchise. He loves it.
