Data’s Adventures in Walter Robotics! (Fossils and Pebbles)
”Which rock is that one?” The Jon asked, pointing at a small flat stone. Data smiled at him, handing it to him for The Jon to touch and feel. It was cold, and grey, a little boring looking to some, but not to Data.
“That’s slate, it’s a metamorphic rock that I got from Wales! Isn’t it such a pretty colour?” They gently stroked the surface of the rock, and he nodded in response, happy to listen to Data ramble on about their hobby, even if he did get a little bored sometimes. They gave their friend a quick glance, smiling when they noticed him watching attentively and turning their attention onto a different specimen. “This is the fossil of a sponge, I need to get it tested for exactly which type of sponge it is, but it’s interesting no? To know that life has always existed, even when humans weren’t around!”
The Jon leant into them, smiling but steadily falling into stasis, not because he was bored per-say, but more because he felt relaxed, Data had always had that effect on him. Data kept talking, unaware of The Jon slipping into a deep state of stasis beside them, and only noticing upon hearing his quiet snore. Their eyes widened, before they calmed, gently wrapping an arm around him and pulling him closer, leaning his head against their little golden friend and falling into their own set of stasis, the fossil still in their hand as the two automatons snoozed together, only moving when The Spine gently lifted The Jon out of Data’s arms and carried him to his room, before returning to see the broken robot awake.
Data had already established that they didn’t like The Spine, however, they knew they could trust him enough to take off their mask around him, especially around bedtime. So that’s what they did, setting it down on the bedside table as The Spine gently tucked them in, feeling safe that he wouldn’t be afraid of their exposed eye socket or wires.
“You know, we could always get you some pyjamas, if you’re cold.” Data shook their head, giving him a rare smile and nod, smiling even wider when he gave them a pat on the head.
“Alright then, goodnight Data, have a good stasis..” He switched off the light and closed the door, leaving Data to drift gently into stasis

No Filter (A Data and Violet ficlet)
[Tw: a ton of swearing and queer slurs used in a positive context]
"So, you don't have a filter like the others then Data?" The golden automaton shook their head, leaning back and grinning. Violet matched Data's smile, tapping their fingers against the armchair in a way that suggested they had an idea in mind. Data perked up. "Lets mess with The Spine."
Violet chuckled, nodding before standing up and leading Data into the kitchen, where Spine, Rabbit, Hatchworth and Zer0 were gathered, sitting down at the table and ctossing their legs as Data mimicked them. Spine looked between the two, his optics immediately narrowing in suspicion. Violet sat a little straighter. "Violet, any fuckin plans this weekend?"
Spine went stiff, opening his mouth to protest as Rabbit began to shake with silent laughter. They nodded, looking Spine directly in the eyes with a grin. "Fuck yeah, " Spine hissed in frustration, going to cover Zer0's ears. He didn't get their in time as Violet continued.
"Me and the other fags were gonna head to the skatepa-" They were cut off by Rabbit howling with laughter and Zer0's quiet giggles. The Spine launched himself at them, clapping his hand around their mouth quickly, only leading to more laughter as Violet squirmed away, running away with Data in tow.

Hey Data, do you have any siblings? And if you do, who is your favourite? (that last question is /silly btw)
That’s tricky… the other bots treat me like siblings! But it still feels weird to call them it if it makes sense.. if I had to choose a favourite though, it’d probably be The Jon!

Hey there!
Hi! I'm Fawn, and I'm currently working towards creating a Steam Powered Giraffe roleplay/ask blog based on my two fanbots Chip and Data (pictured in art below)!
Note: Chip will be the only muse for a while until I manage to get the resources to "become" Data too
I'd just like to ask you lot in the community a couple things:
Can you help me in figuring out a name for the blog?
Which is better for this kind of thing: Mobile or PC?
Would you be interested in roleplaying with me (regardless of the muse(s) you use) and/or sending in asks?
My asks/submissions/private messaging are open, so feel free to drop me a line on what you have to say!
You can also reblog this to find others who can help if you'd like, I wouldn't mind.
Many thanks!

Title: The Tour Guide Rating: General Audiences Words: 1577 Pairings: Bumblebee/Blades Summary: With Earth and Cybertron finally safe, Bumblebee officially joins the Rescue Bots Academy as a full-time mentor. Naturally, Blades overthinks everything except how much he may mean to his old friend.  External Reading: FFN , AO3  Author’s Notes: @secretsolenoid for @toraokami303 !! So sorry it’s late. ;u; The prompt was Blades helping Bee unwind by taking him somewhere scenic on Griffin Rock. In the end, it ended up being more about how they got to going somewhere scenic than the actual scenic location, but I hope you enjoy it all the same! I also included a reference to one of the other prompts of Optimus relaxing, because I almost did that one instead. Yes, absolutely, Optimus needs a vacation. Let this mech rest.
“…And that’s the plan to get Bumblebee to stay at the Academy full-time when he comes to visit tomorrow!” Blades said with a flourish, gesturing once again to a map of Griffin Rock, pinned haphazardly to the wall of his quarters and absolutely slathered in sticky notes, looking to Cody for a reaction.
Blade’s map included the site of every daring adventure Rescue Team Sigma-17 had gone on (that Bumblebee hadn’t accompanied them for).  A variety of other dangerous locations were also noted, and Blades seemed a little too hopeful something bad would happen at one of them during the tour… not that there was any way said tour could really be completed in a day; it had taken the copter-bot all afternoon just to explain it. Cody smiled, concerned but amused. “I thought Bumblebee already agreed to teach full time?”
Blades straightened up and stammered. “W-Well, I mean, technically yes, but I need to show him just how exciting Griffin Rock is so he doesn’t even think of changing his mind!”
Cody leaned forward in his seat on Blades’ berth. “But what happened to all of the things you said you wanted to do with him when you had time? You never got to sing karaoke together, or play video games, or just… take a walk and catch up without some disaster cutting you o-“
“Booooring.” Blades waved his hand dramatically. “I told you I wanted to do those things years ago¸ Cody! You were like… half your height!” He crossed his arms and took a dignified stance. “I’ll have you know you’re not the only one who has matured since then.”
“Uh huh.”
It only took Cody staring his old friend down for a moment for Blades to sink on his pedes. “…And, well… Bumblebee is a war hero now. I mean, he already was, and of course even before that he was my hero, but now he’s saved Earth and Cybertron twice! Which means his tour has to be twice as impressive! I still can’t believe he’s going to be coming here to teach with us when he could be signing autographs or going on late-night talk shows, or… or…”
Blades’ started pacing. Once again, Cody knew, Blades was overthinking things, but saying that would just make him overthink more. He frowned and tried to choose his words carefully. “It just doesn’t seem like you included much time to be yourself and spend time with your friend.”
(And obvious crush, Cody thought, but he wasn’t going to open that can of worms when Blades already looked like a single additional atom of anxiety could make him shatter like glass. Now was not the time to meddle.)
“Whaaaaat, of course I did! I’ll be giving him the tour and being my whole, extremely cool and heroic self the entire time!” Blades looked at the map again, perplexed. “Was something in my pitch not clear? Do I need to go over it again?”
“N-No!” Cody shot up from his seat with placating hands. “No, I got it the first time, buddy, and I just remembered I have… a thing. In a place. Somewhere el-”
Cody was saved from thinking up an elaborate excuse by a knock at the door.
“Blades? You in there?”
It was Bumblebee.
Blades squeaked and looked at the wall clock. 6:30! Bumblebee arrived half an hour ago and he wasn’t there to welcome him! The medic scrambled to the door of his room, Cody all but forgotten, smashing the button to slide open the door. “B-Bumblebee! You’re here!”
“Is everything okay? Figured you’d be outside when I-”
“When you got here! Right! I meant to be and then I just…” Blades put his hands on his helm in a panic. “I am so sorry, I-!”
Bumblebee stepped forward and wrapped his arms around Blades, cutting his flailing friend off and chuckling. “Easy, pal. I was just worried is all.”
“…Oh,” Blades responded meekly.  Bumblebee pat him on the back and Blades sunk into the reunion hug, returning the embrace with a tight, long squeeze before backing away. “Yeah, I was…uh…” He rubbed the back of his helm sheepishly.
Cody smirked. “Blades was just telling me about the elaborate tour he was going to take you on, all over Griffin Rock, just the two of you.”
(Okay, maybe now was the time to meddle just a little bit.)
Blades’ fans clicked on and he glanced at Cody with equal parts betrayal and flusterment before turning his attention to the map that had looked brilliant up until the moment Bumblebee entered the room and now looked like the rambling mess of a crazed fanbot. But Bumblebee had seen it, no turning back now. “Right! Exactly!” Blades scrambled over to the map and gestured to it. “There’s so many places I wanted to show you and so many stories I haven’t told you yet! I figured tonight you’d get settled in, and then tomorrow we could start at Old Canyon Road. One time, Jerry was transporting a truck full of chattering teeth and uranium, and…”
Bumblebee stared at the map with a flat expression and drooped optics.
“…You don’t look excited.” Blades frowned.
“Oh, uh, it looks awesome Blades,” he said with a forced smile, “and we should totally go check all of these things out, but…” Bumblebee chose his words carefully – Blades had clearly put a lot of effort into this, no matter how casual he tried to act about it now. As it was, he felt bad for not putting on a face for his friends’ sake sooner. “Was the plan to do all of this in one day?”
“…Too much?”
Bumblebee smiled, amused, much like Cody had before. “Maybe a little.” The helicopter sighed and his shoulders slumped. “Hey,” Bumblebee put a hand on Blades’ shoulder. “I’m not shooting it down or anything, but what’s the rush? I’m here full time now, remember?”
“I know, but…” Blades looked away from Bumblebee, to Cody, who coaxed him to keep going. “Bumblebee, you’ve gone on so many amazing adventures and saves worlds and I’ve just… I can fit nearly everything I’ve done on this map. I just thought if I didn’t show you how exciting life with us can be right away, you might change your mind and go find something cooler to do.”
Bumblebee stared at Blades for a moment. He always knew Blades looked up to him, but how long had he been feeling this down on himself? “Blades,” Bumblebee closed the distance between them, smiling softly. “I didn’t agree to teach at the Academy because I thought every day would be some big adventure. Heck, if I’m honest, I’m kind of glad that I can finally relax a little, you know? Even Optimus has been taking it a little easier.”
Blades blinked at the idea of Optimus relaxing, momentarily distracted by the strange mental image of the idolized titan chilling out with a data pad in an oil bath with a cup of high-grade. In a less serious discussion, he wouldn’t have been able to keep a straight face, but they could talk about that later.
“None of us wanted to be fighting a war forever,” Bumblebee continued. “Besides, Griffin Rock is a nice place and all, but I didn’t come here for the island…”
Bumblebee took Blades’ hand in his with a gentle squeeze, and Blades’ optics instantly locked onto his incredibly soft ones.
“…I came here to spend more time with the people I care about.”
Blades almost fainted right then and there, because when did the bot he admired more than anybody else come to care so strongly about him in return? “O-Oh… In that case… maybe tomorrow we could take a walk and catch up…?” Blades stared at their hands for a moment, and found himself emboldened to interlace their fingers, but once he had he didn’t have the nerve to look up at Bumblebee’s reaction.
(Cody smiled and quietly made his exit while the two bots were focused on each other. Now was definitely the time to meddle.)
But, after a moment that felt like an eternity, Bumblebee bent down into Blades’ field of vision, smiling.
“Why not now? You can’t tell me you don’t know a great place to watch the sunset around here. Then after, maybe we could finally get around to that karaoke session you always talk about?”
And with the way Bumblebee looked at him, the way he said that – his hushed voice and piercing optics - it almost sounded they were discussing a date.
Or maybe Blades’ imagination was getting away from him. Either way, he knew his answer.
“That sounds perfect.”

Snap's encountered a lot of stray cats from his alley wanders and time in trees. He's seen a bear a few times too.
Data keeps tabs on all the different birds that come to a particular feeder in the garden, so much so that he can identify individuals easily. He's named them all.
Chip has a hoard of raccoons that he regularly sees, feeds and plays with, the boss of the hoard being a pretty big one who he calls Byte. He likes to think that she's a good friend.
Fanbot Friday Prompt #162
Has your fanbot ever encountered a wild animal?

Hide and Seek
[Jay here! It’s been a while since I’ve written anything with Data, so I’m changing that! Enjoy the fic, thank you for being so patient my friends]
Data leant back against the couch, tapping their fingers against it in a faint rhythm, boredly watching Rabbit, Hatchworth and Spine play what appeared to be a combination of chess, Uno and DnD. After The Spine listened to the final roll of dice, he stood, brushing himself off with a rough sigh and glancing around the room of extremely bored robots. It wasn't as if they could go outside either, due to the heavy rain and prospect of a storm, so they were stuck, inside, with nothing to do at all.
The Jon looked up at his brother, before twiddling his thumbs, blanket wrapped around his and Data's shoulders in a little bot huddle, and he began to smile, an idea appearing into his head. "What if we played a game? An inside one!" He piped up cheerfully, Zer0 and Rabbit quickly looking up in interest and nodding eagerly at the suggestion. Data smiled slightly, holding their best friend slightly closer. The Spine hummed at the suggestion thoughtfully, nodding. "Good idea Jon, but what game? And don't say tag, this place doesn't need all of us running around like last time." Hatchworth smiled slightly, finally putting his dice down.
"What ab-ab-about hide and seek?” Rabbit suggested, and the idea immediately got appreciative murmurs and nods, apart from a very confused looking Data, who stared down. “…What’s hide and seek?” They piped up slightly, and the room seemed to fall silent as they shrunk in on themselves, trying to hide under the blanket, before The Jon gently pulled them back out. Spine tilted his head. “You’ve never played?” They shook their head slightly, shuffling their legs slightly and tapping their finger slightly faster. He sighed. “It’s ok, Jon will explain the rules to you.” He smiled fondly at Data which quickly fell when they stuck their tongue out at him.
“D-Dummins seeks first!” Rabbit called out, slapping Spine on the back of his head and getting an annoyed look in response once Jon had explained the rules. He didn’t get a chance to respond, as all the other bots quickly ran off to hide, and Spine was left to count to 100. Data immediately made a beeline to the quietest part of the manor, the washroom, and quickly slipped into the drier and curled up, giggling at first but falling silent after hearing The Spine’s shout. After a while, the little bronze robot slipped into brief stasis, only waking up to the boom of thunder outside. After checking their internal clock, it had been a good few hours.
Oh.
They’d been abandoned again. Left behind, this time with a game to excuse it, and the only thing they could do now, was climb out of the dryer, hide under the table and cry. And so they did, holding their ears with each boom of thunder and whimpering, their chassis shaking with each sob. They didn’t respond when they heard metallic footsteps nearby, dismissing it as their own, foolishly hopeful imagination.
“Data? Data you can come out now! You wo-“ The Spine was cut short as the group of searching robots, stopped outside the washroom, Jon immediately running to Data’s side to shake them gently, before silently curling around them, holding their trembling body close to his chest as their sobs calmed slowly and Data looked up at their brother with oil streaks down their face.
“Y…You’re back, you came back for me…” they whispered, and The Jon nodded, hugging them a little tighter and Rabbit kneeling down to wipe their tears, smiling fondly at the two. “Of course we did, we wouldn’t have left you Data!” They sniffled, a smile beginning to return as they clenched Jon’s shirt in their fist with another boom of thunder, whimpering. “Promise?”
“We won’t ever leave you Data. We promise.” And Data was scooped up by Rabbit, and carried back to the living room, where a small fort had been made, giving them a little kiss on the forehead to calm them down.

[See what?] Came his tired reply. Of course, he had seen the creature rise above the waves and look towards them, but he had already marked it down as a hallucination or just strong wishful thinking. Chip looks up at Dex, his usually bright expression dulled into one of nothingness. The cobalt bot had no idea how to feel, and nothing he could think of would make the situation better. He was terrified.
|All I see is either a very clever or very stupid guard cycle.| Data growls, finally prying himself away from the bars. |They're changing their patrols nearly every twenty minutes. We'd be caught if we tried to escape.|
Snap has seemed to quiet down, but was now just attempting to squish himself into the corner as much as possible, fear glazed over his mismatched eyes.
(Pirate bois gone nd got themselves captured :’)
They had been ambushed by the government’s ships. While most of the crew had managed to fight back and reclaim their ship, the youngest had been captured and taken to shore to pay for their crimes of piracy with their lives. Dex, Chip, Snap and Data had been imprisoned, forced to wait for their imminent demise the following morning. Snap had curled himself into a ball in the corner of their cell, mumbling to himself, Data was clinging to the bars and watching the guards walking outside, and Chip was staring out of the small window at the sea, watching the moon slowly dip down and the sun soon to arrive to condemn them to death.
(Haha wow that got dark quick but y'know how pirate life be :’)))
Specter -god knows how and why he was there, already a dead young man at sea- was crying softly, shivering on the only grimy ‘bed’ in the stone-cold prison cell, and Dex scowled at the guards that looked in on them, the young former gunner feeling utterly angered. His icy stare didn’t break, yet he gathered Specter into his arms, stroking his wild blonde locks to comfort him all the while wearing the same sinister scowl. He knew that the law would be merciless, and with them both weaponless and without the rest of the crew there was little hope for the five of them. That is, until well into the night a figure appeared in the dark waves, its head reared above the waters. Due to the darkness, it was hard to tell if it was a male or a female, though it seemed to stare straight into the window of the boys’ prison. After a few seconds, the figure disappeared, not before letting its tail fin disappear into the dark and salty brine last of all. Dex caught sight of the fin and rubbed his eyes in disbelief. “Chip, did you-” he started, clearly confused and convinced he was hallucinating. “Did you see that?” he asked. Specter turned to the window, but saw nothing. Turning transparent, he drifted to the window and sat on the small sill, staring at the setting silver moon.

Hello Bell!
[Bell belongs to my friend @hiihavebrainrot]
Data walked silently down the street, the overhead lamps reflecting off their metal cheeks, as the bell in the church rang as the clock struck 11. They paused as a few men bundled out of a bar, singing and making a general ruckus, very clearly drunk. Data dipped their head, letting their wig fall in front of their face to obscure their appearance, before continuing on their walk. As they walked past the butchers, they noticed someone stumbling just in front of them, their curly, almost shiny hair tangled. At first, the automaton took them as just another drunk human, but as they neared the figure, they could hear the faint clicks and hisses of steam of… another automaton.
At another glance, they assumed the automaton to be Rabbit, having come looking for him, but as she fell to the ground, and Data rushed forward, it was quickly apparent that this wasn’t the case, and the little robot knelt down, lifting up and supporting her head with their hand, and using one of their legs to support her left arm, which looked close to tearing right off. Data pulled her into an alleyway, as she opened her eyes briefly, which were a hazel colour illuminated by the bright green of her core, the greenish colour shining brighter through the chip in the centre of her right eye lens. They gave her a gentle shake, looking around for anything to help carry her back to the manor, before their optics landed on some ropes. They glanced down at her again, eyes soft as she curled in on herself slightly, before hoisting her up, wrapping the ropes around her torso and arm to keep it from falling apart, and lifting her up to rest on their back and shoulders, tying the rest of the rope around their waist and chest as Data hurried home.
“You’ll be somewhere safe soon, I promise” Data murmured softly, as they ran up the hill and into the manor, punching in the code to the front door and calling for help, resting her on the sofa, as her optics flickered open and closed. A few Walter workers ran in, looking irritable at being woken up, but then startled at the sight of the broken automaton, The Spine and Hatchworth following soon after. “Data, who is this? Where did you find her?” Matter Master Simon questioned, and the brass automaton immediately launched into an explanation, as Spine investigated the stranger’s broken porcelain faceplate and platinum skeleton, freezing at the sight of her green matter core and the Becile Industries logo printed on her back. He glanced at Data and sighed, resting his hand on their shoulder. “We can’t help her. She’s a… she’s a Becile. She could be a spy.” Instead of his gentle words having a calming effect, instead it seemed to do the opposite, as the little automaton whirled around with fury blazing in their optics, glaring at him fiercely. He stood back slightly, hands up in defence. The automaton was also fixing him with an angry glance, though it was weak and her eyelids quickly fluttered closed once more.
Data tensed their shoulders slightly to look a little bigger, a little more authoritative, as they brushed their hair out of their optics slightly. “Would the Beciles really have their spy in such a poor condition? Besides! Even if she is, we should still look after her. You looked after me, and half of my blueprints were stolen by my mother!” The Spine bowed his head in defeat with a long, deep sigh, and nodded, as the Walter Workers lifted her up and carried her away to try and salvage whatever they could and fix her. Data went to follow after them, but was stopped by Spine gently, grabbing their should again from behind. “Does she… have a name?” Data shook their head silently, eyes softening as they saw the guilt in his body language. The silver automaton sighed again, moving to go back to bed.
“…I gave her one… Bell.” Data spoke quietly, and he paused, the corners of his silicone lips twitching up slightly in a smile, with a nod, as Data followed the Walter Workers silently, before retreating back to his room.

Bruises (Chapter 1 of Dawn)
[Hey guys! This is a continuation from the main fic, focused less on Violet and Data individually, and more on them as a team and how they work through their new life as a family]
Violet stumbled through the front door of the manor, covering their eye with one hand, bones aching from another gruelling training session with Kunzite. Of course, it was in his nature after all to be rough with them, especially since they had become out of practice, but did he really have to be so tough on them? Violet slipped silently into the kitchen, after making sure no one was around, and wrapped a few layers of paper towels around some ice in a ziplock bag, pressing it against their swelling eye. They winced as they moved, pulling their jacket on to hide the bruises and wiping the blood from their tender nose. Violet spun on their heel to face the window as Data walked in.
"What's wrong?" The golden automaton tilted their head slightly, reaching to touch their shoulder softly. Violet moved away with a faint hiss, shoulders trembling slightly. If they showed them their injuries, Data would probably see them as weak, or even pathetic, for needing any help or comfort for their injuries. So Violet stayed with their back firmly to Data, refusing to budge even a little bit more. "...Did I do something wrong?" Data looked at them with worried eyes, "Your blood pressure is up, and you're... in pain. Violet, let me see" Violet sighed softly, slowly turning around and letting them look at their injuries. They stiffened, before seizing by their still sore arm, and pulling them to the infirmary, sitting Violet down on the table as they busied themselves with grabbing bandages and plasters and antiseptic creme. Violet could only stay still in silence, looking down with their cheeks flushed in shame, tugging on their spiked collar. "Who did this to you?" Data demanded, after putting the last gentle dab of antiseptic creme on their bruises and cuts, holding their hand when they flinched from the stinging. Violet sighed, brushing their hair out of their face slightly and looking at their hands.
Data stayed silent, before hugging them gently, trying to avoid touching their wounds directly to prevent them from getting any more hurt than Violet already was, shooing The Spine out the room quickly as he was alert to their unconscious distress signals, quickly connecting into the Walter Wifi to stop anyone else from walking in. "Kunzite did.. please, don't be mad, we were only training! It-...it's normal for him!" Data froze, turning away from Violet slightly as the cores on their arms flickered with blue light, that had only seemed to have intensified with their confession, their golden chassis seeming to tremble slightly with their growing anger, trying to calm down. "Violet. Is Kunzite still here? Or did it leave?" They tried to keep their voice devoid of any emotion, but their anger seemed to crack through slightly, making Violet flinch and bury their head in their hands. Data sighed softly, rubbing their back to soothe them. "Kunzite left already, I'm sorry... I should've been stronger. I didn't want to worry you."
"You worry me more by not telling me Violet! Look, just, go to your room and get some rest, I'll bring your dinner up to you, I promise." Violet only nodded, defeated, trudging upstairs as Data walked out the infirmary, quickly sending a message to the rest of the bots to alert them to the situation.

Is it Real? (Chapter 6 of Cogs, Gears and Love)
Violet had been… thinking, about their past and what had happened to them, remembering where memories were missing and fractured, and that odd feeling of deja vu when they first arrived to the manor two weeks prior. They had gotten accustomed to the manor’s inhabitants quite quickly, and become rather attached to Hatchworth for whatever reason. Violet looked up as Data walked into the sitting room and sat beside them, looking at them with worry.
“What’s wrong? You look… upset” Data asked and Violet slumped back, putting their head in their hands as Data placed a comforting hand on their shoulder. They gave their automaton companion a smile before they leant onto them. Violet kept staring at the door, waiting for Hatchworth to walk in so they could explain their thoughts, knowing that he would understand, he always understood. As soon as the bronze robot strolled in, they launched into a ramble.
“Do you think the multiverse exists?” They asked immediately, not giving anyone time to answer, “It’s like I’ve been living in alternative universes, but as soon as I leave them to live a new life all of the memories I made are erased! I think I’ve been here before too, but it was different, Data wasn’t here-“ Hatchworth quickly put his hand on their shoulder to calm them down, and they quickly sat back down, “Well, you’re right, the multiverse does exist… we can ask Six if he can get your memories back, if they’re there?” Violet nodded in agreement and smiled, standing up and walking to the workshop.
