strangest take on the palworld studio i saw was somebody saying they don't think these games were "made in good faith". wtf does it mean for a game to be made in good faith. are the current yearly pokemon releases churned out for 90$ being made in good faith? are any of the AAA studios making games "in good faith" nowadays? wtf does that MEAN

Honestly I’m so excited to see the new chapters come out! Of course, people do need breaks every now and then and can perhaps be really busy! And I wanted to draw this as a small practice on drawing in a different style!

we talk a lot about the symbolism of the repetitive traumas the other characters have gone through, eg. chim being impaled/having his heart stopped, buck needing to save/be saved by loved ones, eddie effectively being cornered/trapped in confined spaces (sometimes by a helicopter, sometimes by being shot at).

but we should definitely further discuss how bobby repeatedly falls victim to structural oversight/damages. eg. how his family died, the owners of the rehab center committing arson and blaming him for it, the snipper who targeted firefighters because of how he interpreted his treatment by the lafd (and committed arson to lure them out), being trapped in the rubble at the call center, and now presumably being seriously hurt in this literal structural collapse. like tell us more about how this public servant in a leadership position is repeatedly falling victim to what is basically systemic shortcomings in the community. like please. i'd very much like to know more about that.

Isaiah 9:2

Tails and Nine parallel, but they are in my Sonic AU, where I basically just interpret the characters the way I see them. In my AU, Nine isn’t part of the parallel universe, just an unlucky fox who happens to look similar to Tails! Dr.Eggman found him, and chose to experiment on him out of curiosity. What caused these results? Why does he look like this? Is he related to Tails? Unfortunately, Nine now hates Tails, due to Dr.Eggman just comparing him and basically torturing him because of Tails.

Now how does this relate to the verse? The one who walked in great darkness is Nine. The constant experiments and his deteriorating mental state have made his life miserable, but Sonic and his team have found out about him, and have strived to break him out (being the great light). Tails, on the other hand, has the light (Sonic) constantly shown on him, because of his childhood trauma, being HIS darkness. Let’s hope they get along in the future!
