I'm more on PC when I play other games. If I don't cry myself playing Sims, I play Warframe instead! So like, if I'm tired of taking pictures and stuff in Sims, I take pictures in Warframe instead...like this:

I also play Mass Effect (both the Trilogy and Andromeda). Recently, I've received Fallout 76 from a friend, and I've been having fun playing it! Other than those, I also play Left 4 Dead 2 with friends when time permits. Base on the games I mentioned, I probably lean towards hack-and-slash and shooter games, story-rich, and character customization. I have other games that I don't play that much anymore (because of time...sigh), like the Gods Eater series. I've finished all Dragon Age games, and I don't want to touch my current world state anymore, unless the next DA game gets released. If I don't want to get stressed on shooting stuff, I get stressed on planning my agenda in Stardew Valley!

If I don't want any of those, I just hop on Roblox

When it comes to character customization, it's either I try to make my character as close to myself (self-insert) or an entirely new OC.

Cyberchase: How It All Started (Episode 3)

This comic was later renamed to Cyberchase Web Adventures Episode 3.

This is third episode, so let's make the intro more abbreviated.

The only credit for the production was a general copyright by the Educational Broadcasting Corporation. It used to be available for free online. Now, I am archiving it for the fans.

I will use the original 2001 version of the panels with the dark blue border when possible. However, if this is unavailable, I will use the redesigned version with the light-blue border.

If you want to see the comic with the simpler animations, go find my curation from Blue Maxima's Flashpoint Archive Project. I can't reproduce the animations on Tumblr.

I'll save my thoughts for the end, unless I absolutely need to make editor's notes.

Narration: Having escaped from the clutches of Hacker, Digit returns to Motherboard, and is greeted warmly by Dr. Marbles.

Dr. Marbles: Welcome home, Digit. While we cannot reformat the past - we can upload a brighter future.

So, what did I think about it? I enjoyed it. They made some odd choices with some of these panels. The first panel shows Motherboard with the background she got after the virus infection during Season 1 Episode 1 "Lost My Marbles". The second panel clearly shows the Crystal of Calamore that The Hacker retrieved during Season 1 Episode 11 "A Day at the Spa". If this is still canon, then that is a very confusing detail. Of course, with all the expansion to The Hacker's backstory on the show over the years, including contradictory information, we don't know whether this is still canon.

I don't understand why they made the library look like a circus tent. I see circles, squares, and triangles on the railing and trees. They must have adapted a screenshot from the Poddleville Pilot. I can't tell what's sticking out of Matt's bag on that panel. It almost looks like The Map from Dora the Explorer. I wonder if that was an easter egg.

Hey there! Just wanted to say that your art is really nice (a friend of mine enjoys TDI) and that I appreciate you uploading Ponder Sprocket's streams (as someone who watches/listens to her stuff every so often).

I also have a tiny question for you: I don't know if you're aware of all of the controversies associated with Lio Convoy and the Senate/Cat's Lair (I've heard about them in passing but I can safely confirm that the whole thing is an utter mess, which makes me glad that I don't hang in those circles TBH). B/Ponder unfortunately got dragged into some of these controversies. IF you are aware of them and/or are comfortable with answering (please don't stress if not), I was wondering if you (A) had any thoughts on B's involvement in this and/or (B) have streams downloaded where she talked about it.

My personal thoughts on B's involvement in this (feel free to disagree with me on this): Given factors like her mental health, part of me has been concerned that this situation is - to some extent - a repeat of what happened with the Feghost situation (B being manipulated/controlled/lied to by someone else). Kudos to her for confronting Lio and others during the Rosa Rey Ramsey call (if you know, you know) tho. Also, I wouldn't be surprised if Akumu (one of Lio's biggest critics who - for readers who don't know - spread misinformation that B corrected about the whole Madame debacle back in 2019) decided to slander B a few times just to get back at her, showing to me that he clearly has not changed.

2) I'm somewhat aware of the Lio Convoy and Senate stuff. I was subscribed to Lio for a short time before everything basically fell apart, and I'm currently following him on Twitter, where he will occasionally bring up his controversies and where people comment about it under his other posts that have nothing to do with his controversies, mostly just to see if there are any updates to the situation. But I mostly avoid it because the situation gives me anxiety (even though I have no involvement in it whatsoever); I'll look at some of the stuff coming out about it, but not very often. All the stuff happening is actually part of the reason I wrote out the VODs channel update, besides all the stuff happening in my real life.

My thoughts on B being involved: I really don't think B should have to get involved at all. This situation - based on what I know - has little to nothing to do with her. She has made videos with Lio, as Lio has with her, but that's basically all they have to do with each other. Essentially, they knew each other, and now B has to deal with whatever he's dealing with because they worked together in the past. I think that's stupid. If she wants to get involved, then whatever, but from what I know, people kinda immediately assumed she was either going to talk about it (regardless of it not really being her business) or was going to make a video on it (despite knowing she takes months to make videos and that she's trying to move away from this stuff).

VODs: I don't think B has streamed at all since this whole situation blew up. Not because of this situation, but because I think she's taking a break from streaming in general? I'm not sure. I just know that it's been a while since I downloaded a stream. I'm hoping it's because she's actually taking a break and not because she's stressing out. (Edit: Just checked. The last time she was live - according to Twitch - was May 16th. So if she has said anything about this, then it's through Twitter or YouTube comments, most likely.)

The next part is just me responding to your thoughts.

With the FCK stuff that happened before people began to more harshly criticize Lio for the Rosa call (which I think I have watched some of), B's probably under a whole lot of friend and co-worker-related stress right now. (I know for a fact that NezzieMonster is under a lot of scrutiny for it right now, but I'm not totally sure about others she was close with or worked with in the past. I'll watch a video about it soon.) Then there's DoodleTones leaving YouTube (at least for now). She's probably getting a lot of comments about this stuff, too, because people want to hear about what she has to say about everything that's going on with said people and if she's still going to stay acquainted with them.

I have been seeing Akumu everywhere. I know for a fact that he doesn't like anyone in the art commentary community, which I can kind of understand to a point (I mean, if you had a video made against you, regardless if either of you was in the right or not, and then people - who barely understand the situation more than you did as a teenager - started harassing you for it, you would probably start to dislike that community as well). But at a certain point, it just looks like he's dancing on the graves of anyone involved with the ACC. I don't really like him purely because he acts higher than thou and is kind of obnoxious, in my opinion, like... it feels like he just has to be right, so he just keeps on pushing. Plus, I just kinda don't like the edgy thing he does where he pictures his persona with a noose around the neck.

I will say he has been doing a lot about the FCK stuff. I'm not sure if the victims are aware of his videos or if they're to their liking, but I haven't seen the victims say anything bad about the videos, so... I don't think he has slandered B, and I don't think he has tried to, but he does seem to nitpick a lot of what she has said in previous videos.

I'm tired while writing this out, so I hope you get what I'm saying lol. Looking at everything going down is stressful and anxiety-inducing, and I can only imagine what it's like for the people involved. I'll try to get to uploading more VODs soon; I am so far behind lmao

Where are the points you hear Nezzy? And is it post-campaing only?

The first time you can hear him during the campaign, when you have to play the strike. He speaks in the strike! And this can be heard by everyone regardless of gear since it's important for everyone to know that he's there.

After, you can hear him at the end of public events and I think just in free roam in certain areas. He seems to be talking a lot in Maya's Retreat, that beach area with the Vex. After Terminal Overload as well and public events in general.

Gosh, I was very confused seeing Cayde in the Final Shape trailer. Like, honestly I just thought it was a marketing ploy at first, because Cayde calling Ikora "kid" is just wrong, he wouldn't call her that, he would call the YW that. But as soon as bungie started dropping other things, it became clear that Cayde is definitely in the game. Which, as someone who started in Beyond Light and fell in love with Cayde with the free Forsaken final call mission, I am stoked I'll actually see Cayde alive*! (*I don't think he's really alive. I think he's a memory/ghost made of light like the nightmares that Nezzie makes) But at the same time, like how Forsaken's marketing revealed Cayde was murdered way too early, it would have been nice if this was not in the marketing and we discovered it in game (tho I am one to read leaks and this definitely would've leaked beforehand).

I am now imagining us giving Cayde a big hug and then Cayde making Crow hunter vanguard. It's just gonna be a lot of feels when he's in game again. I simp hard for this man.

Do Jackie and Inez(and maybe anyone else who visited earth) met their folks, like Creech meeting Inez’s family or Jax’s with Matt(though I feel like his dad wouldn’t like her like you said) how did all that go…

I'm not sure if you mean them as romantic pairings but I'll address the two examples you gave!

We already know Inez meets Creech's dad. Her mother was mentioned in the Creech who would be Crowned but then never seen. I hc the reason she had to give up the crown, as stated, was because she fell ill and eventually passed. Inez is of course happy to visit her grave with Creech and her father.

If Creech was able to meet Inez's folks, they'd first have to get over the hurtle of her being from another dimension. I think at worst her family wouldn't believe her and just think Creech has a very active imagination. Nezzie's mother would probably play along, much to her daughter's annoyance.

At best case scenario, they believe Creech and can be told another time about how and why Inez is going to another dimension. For now they're meeting Creech, who seems like a wonderful girl. I don't imagine her father or Abuela would be able to pick up on any romantic feelings if the girls had them. Her Mami might suspect something but since Inez is only 9 will leave her mostly alone with an occasional joke or two.

Creech and Abuela would get along great, I imagine Creech is very into traditions and respecting one's culture. Abuela's a bit more of free spirit, which just fascinates her more. Inez's father is a sweet guy and probably reminds Creech of her own father so they get along great as well. I've been hcing since forever that Inez's parents are split, so Creech would only meet her mother during some grand adventure and definitely think she's cool.

Yeah, when Jackie (and Inez for that matter) meet Matt's parents, there's this really uncomfortable air with his dad. He's just an overall unpleasant person. One of the reasons he doesn't like the girls is because, well, they're girls. He would rather his son have friends that "would toughen him up, not soften him." 🙄

Fortunately, he usually doesn't stick around for company. Angela, Matt's Ma, on the other hand is incredibly hospitable. She instantly loves Jackie upon meeting her. She'd tell her she's welcome to come over whenever! I'd imagine Jackie would have that small wall some of us have when meeting people and we're just a little overly polite and formal.

By the end of the visit that's gone, Angela has Jackie grabbing food straight out of the fridge. This is now just as much her house and her home is. Angela would want to show Jax the animals, and the poor girl would be reluctant because ew dirty farm animals. But she'd be too awkward to refuse. Angela would pick up on and this and be extra careful that Jackie has a fun time with the animals (she's unsure though why though and may think Jackie's scared of them hurting her! Angy will protect her!!! c':<)

Jackie of course falls in love with the farm animals. She might eventually admit she just doesn't like getting dirty, which Angela will be more than understanding of.

There's not much in terms of modern entertainment at Matthew's house. They have a tv with basic cable, a small collection of VHS tapes, and an old computer they sometimes just put on the kitchen window. (Hey, iykyk.) So sometimes there's not much else to do but talk. Thankfully Jackie is a chatterbox and Angela's an excellent conversationalist... and chatterbox.

By the end of just the first visit, Jackie and Angela already know one another like the back of their hands. Despite the initial cold response by Matt's Pa, she can't wait to come over again and again. She knows there'll be plenty of food and fun to be had.

Cyberchase Web Adventures Episode 4: Numberless Poddles

On April, 13, 2003, the fourth episode of the Cyberchase Web Adventures comic, "Numberless Poddles", was released. The original three-part web comic, "How It All Started" was also rebranded to become Cyberchase Web Adventures Episode 1-3.

This comic was made in the style of the "How it All Started" webcomic, as it was constructed with backgrounds taken from the original "Poddleville Case" pilot. The creators then added drawings on top of these frames. It is known for being a bit more off-the-rails than the "How It All Started" episodes due to some of the backgrounds and characters drawings not fitting together very well. This includes panels that show the stolen Poddle Eggs from the pilot, even though they have nothing to do with this story.

I just want to make it clear that, as far as I can tell, these are the original assets in their original intended placement. I had to re-assemble the panels due to certain assets being spread across multiple archives. However, I did not change anything.

I previously shared pages of this comic on a post that discussed The Hacker's most humiliating defeat. However, this time, I am going to post the whole thing, with the dialogue transcribed.

This comic was originally released for free on the pbskids.org website. It is no longer available, and it was actually fairly difficult to find backups of the images. I am only posting this for the purpose of archiving the content for fans. The only copyright visible is the general website copyright to the Educational Broadcasting Corporation. No specific people were credited for writing, illustrating, or otherwise creating the comic.

As with the three "How It All Started" webcomics, this comic was designed with some simple animations. I cannot reproduce the animations here. However, I have an item on Blue Maxima;a Flashpoint Archive project that reproduces them. That is the place to go for the best possible experience.

Here we go.

Narration: It's morning in happy Poddleville but it won't be happy for long!

Narration: Someone took the Poddles numbers away - and the cheerful world of the Poddles has ground to a complete halt! Without knowing their number no poddle knows what to do!

Narration: Of course - Hacker was behind it. But that meant Buzz and Delete also, er, helped.

The Hacker: Perfect, perfect! Without numbers, the Poddles don't have a - Ha! -- clue who they are.

Delete: Yeah, boss - neither do we!

The Hacker: But did you hide the Poddleville records somwhere very safe? So we can get them and I can tell each and every Poddle their number, and what they do - and rule this world!

Delete: Yes but-

Buzz: We forgot where, boss!

Narration: Hacker's plan is stopped for now - until he finds those records!

The Hacker: Do not worry, my little numberless Poddles. I will tell each and every one of you what number you are!

Narration: The Poddles have no choice -- but to follow Hacker if he can give them their numbers back!

Motherboard: Hacker has taken the numbers away from the Poddles! And he made them forget everything!

Digit: You gotta help the kids find the Poddleville records! So -- what are you waiting for? If you and the kids find the Poddleville records first, you can stop Hacker from ruling Poddleville!

The Hacker: Well?

Buzz: Um, we haven't exactly found the records yet boss. But I remember we used one of the Poddles Word Machines to give us a clue.

Narration: Digit overhears Buzz! And now it's a race to the Poddleville Word Machine!

Poddleville Police Officer: Yes, that Buzz and Delete did use our Word Machine

Nezzie: Can you help us find Buzz's clue word

Narration: Press the red button to make letters appear in the white space. Press the blue button when a word is made.

Editor's Note: This very simple puzzle allows us to change the first letter of a 5-letter word. The remaining four letters, which we cannot change, are: "L", "I", "M", and "B". The red button changes the first letter. We start with a "W". Then, we get an "S". Next comes an "F". Then comes a "C". Next comes a "P". Then comes a "D". Then comes a "B". Then the game breaks and fails to load another image. I have all of content, so this is a bug. We know the correct letter is "C", as it is the only one that forms a word, "CLIMB". There's nothing stopping us from clicking the arrow and skipping this puzzle entirely, though.

Inez: Yes! The clue word is climb but climb where?

Jackie: Um maybe Mount Poddle?!

Narration: The records must be hidden somewhere on top of Mount Poddle! But how will they get there?

Matt: Oh no! Without their numbers the Poddles don't know how to run the cable car!

Jackie: Can you help us?!

Narration: The cable car machine can take the kids to the top of Poddleville Mountain - if the Poddles can get it working!

Narration: Poddle Weigh-in

Narration: For the Poddles to get the Cybersquad up to the mountain, they need to know their numbers -- and you can help!

Narration: Poddle Weigh-in

Narration: Remember: Poddles all need numbers, but their numbers don't have to do with how big or small their bodies are. You can't judge a Poddle by it's cover!

Editor's Note: Don't trust your memory of a given Poddle from the pilot. This one is clearly the mayor, who is number "1" in the pilot. However, this Poddle is showing as a number "8" in this game.

Narration: Meanwhile Hacker finds another way up Mount Poddle!

The Hacker: Now tell me again slowly why did you two hide the records all the way up there!?

Narration: Are the numbers of each Poddle locked inside the Poddleville Vault?

Digit: Yoiks! Are the records in there?

Jackie: And if they are how will we get in?

Inez: We can figure it out - with the help of the Poddles from the cable car! Come on!

The Hacker: Oh good, those annoying kids will figure out how to get in - and then we will snatch the record book!

Buzz: Yeah - now I remember, boss. This is where we hid the records!

Narration: Hacker, Buzz and Delete wait to trick the kids!

Narration: Click on one of the Poddles to go in the red square! Each correct Poddle is part of the combination. Get all four, and the kids are in the vault!

Narration: Hey - you can do this! Put the right Poddle in the red square!

Editor's Note: And now, we solve four simple math equations to unlock the vault. Or we can use the arrow to skip the minigame entirely.

Question #1: _ + 4 = 9

Answer: The Poddle with the number 5.

Question #2: 8 x _ = 16

Answer: 2

Question #3: 9 - _ = 0

Answer: 9

Question #4: _ - 3 = 1

Answer: 4

Narration: The kids have the Poddle numbers - if they can get past Hacker!

Jackie: We got it! The book with every Poddle's number!

Matt: Uh-oh! looks like we just have to get past Hacker!

Digit: Try this on for size, Hacker.

The Hacker: Help! Someone turned the lights out!

Jackie: Now they look much better!

Delete: I'm scared!

Narration: Locked in the vault, Hacker and his pals will have lots of time to chill before they hatch their next evil plan.

Jackie: This should keep them busy for awhile.

Inez: Let's go give the Poddles back their numbers!

Matt: And we couldn't have done it - without you!

Narration: Looks like Hacker will have to do some real thinking to get out of this one!

The Hacker: Well, this lock can't be too difficult, just have to put - um -- the right numbers in. I mean, how hard can it be?

Digit: He didn't win this time!

Motherboard: Thank you - all of you - for stopping Hacker.

Jackie: And Hacke will never win because -

Matt: We've got his number - and it's a zero!

And so, that is the end of this comic.

Now, what did I think of it? It is bizarre. I know the "How it All Started" comics were a little weird, and they didn't always integrate their characters with their backgrounds. However, this is on a whole different level.

You have grainy footage of the pilot episode with non-grainy stickers of the children and Digit on top of it.

You have a shot showing Matt, Jackie, and Inez as they appeared in the pilot with Digit added as a sticker, since we wasn't in the pilot.

You have those stolen Poddle eggs in a few shots, even thought they have nothing to do with the story.

You have The Hacker's infamous double chin, where they put their drawing of Hacker's face on top of his face, as he appeared in the screenshot of the pilot that they are using as the background. They replaced part of his chin from the background with what looks like an electrical cable.

Inez still has her purple star, because they reused the assets from the "Meet the Cybersquad" character bios.

You have The Hacker, Buzz, and Delete in their "giant mode", where The Hacker is about half the size of Mount Poddle, and Delete is towing him up the mountain.

They followed this up with the smallest Hacker ever, peeking out from behind a bush.

They added mini-games, but then, with the exception of "Poddle weigh-in, you can just skip them. With "How It All Started", you did have to beat all of the minigames to move forward.

You have The Hacker's most humiliating defeat, where the kids and Digit stop him with giant Happy Birthday hats.

The kids lock The Hacker, Buzz, and Delete in the Poddleville Vault and leave him to die, which is fucking cold. They know this man needs regular recharges, and they know that Buzz and Delete are too dumb to solve the problem. This feels like an AU where the kids permanently stopped The Hacker

You have Motherboard's congratulation scene with her photo-shopped onto a poorly-drawn flat screen television. The Poddles are running away in terror. This is because the scene that they took from the pilot to use as the background is from when the Mayor of Poddleville is trying to maintain calm, but the tent is collapsing.

10/10. It's perfect. I wouldn't change a damn thing.
