You are not attracted to Cate Blanchett because of ‘mummy issues’ because she’s not your mum, I doubt she looks like your mum, and you do not have any semblance of a parent-child relationship with her — you like her because she is a beautiful woman whose job means she has developed a lot of charisma and passion, and has also been presented to you in romantic and sexual contexts. You are not attracted to that male actor because of ‘daddy issues’ but because he is a handsome, well-dressed and confident adult.
