My paternal aunt and cousin came from out of state to help us with our busted truck and provide cleaning equipment
We got ice cream with them before they left
Got some neat things this week, including Edgar Allan Poe salt and pepper shakers and some very pretty cross necklaces
Our pastor led my nana’s funeral and it was very comforting to have him there
Got to see cousins and aunts and uncles at my the funeral
Lovely weather lately!! Cool and often rainy :)
Saw bats, a mantis, and saved a bird
On the subject of animals, I have been enjoying a lot of sleepy kitty snuggles lately
Tea!! Hot beverages are so lovely
SISTER FOUND ONE OF MY FAVORITE SHIRTS!!
My mom and my sister are such lovely humans. I love them so very much.
Dad’s chemo is going well and he is coming home tomorrow! Very excited to have him back. Was thinking of doing some horror movie watching with him while he’s in isolation. (He’s got a clean room in our house that the rest of us wear PPE inside so that he’s as safe from contaminants as possible.)
Music. Just in general. I love music so very much.
Have been carrying my nana’s old purse. It is the perfect size for the essentials and I love having a little bit of her with me.
