To Follow Him

First, let's make something perfectly clear. Whatever the problems are in your life, you don't need to get rid of them before you come to Christ. Does a cancer patient cure themselves before they see an oncologist?

You go to Christ to find the help you need.

Now, when you come to Christ, you need three things:

First and foremost, you need Christ. He is the Truth the Way, and the Life. He is the one who will save you. None come to the Father save through the Son. Put your focus on Him.

Second, you need The Word. Get yourself a Bible. Read it daily. The Word is the nourishment to feed and fuel the Faith.

Fellowship. There is safety in a multitude of counselors. If there is something you don't know or don't understand, ask your fellow Christians. Iron sharpens iron. They are there to help, and if they are truly His, they are only too happy to help.

May Grace guide you in your path forward.
