#FNAF: SB REWRITTEN

Hey kiwi! Wanted to do some stylized versions of the SB: Rewrite characters, and I just wanna know what their heights are? (At least for Freddy, Chica, Bonnie, Monty, Roxy, Gregory and Vanessa, since those guys I'm actually drawing)

Freddy - 9 feet tall

Chica - 8 feet 6 inches tall

Bonnie - 8 feet tall

Monty - 8 feet tall

Roxy - 7 feet 6 inches tall

Gregory - 3 feet 8 inches

Vanessa - 5 feet 6 inches tall

I kinda wanna rewrite my own version of FNAF (especially SB, like a lot of other people are doing honestly.)

Like, I really love FNAF's "canon" lore, but I have my own interpretation of the story I'd love to write, and I'd love to fix the narrative aspect of things. (Considering that the narrative is very...all over the place, as MatPat proves LMHO-)

I'll probably end up calling it my FNAF Retold!AU

(I'd probably stick very close to canon until Security Breach (because I REALLY want to fix the narrative of SB. Like, it needs a LOT of adjustments), but it will be just a more cut and dry version of the story that actually has a cohesive and more straightforward narrative.)

I also kinda want to focus on Security Breach more than the other games, since I want to actually give it a sense of horror and mystery. I love SB because it has a lot of potential, it just wasn't used correctly. I'd love to make a better backstory for Moon, Bonnie, Foxy, and especially Vanny. (And I want to fix the whole "Afton mess up" that happened)

I'm also debating on wether or not to make this a "choose you own adventure" story with Y/N to make it more fan-interactive. I might, might not. Depends on how ambitious I wanna get.

Could you by chance elaborate more on the Security Breach part of your AU, chiefly involving the Aftons, etc? Been asking alot about the past so far, so figured I would see a bit more about how their futures played out as well.

Sure! I have indeed changed a ton of things from the original game to work for my re-imagining, so answers below as usual!

So basically, no Mimic. No burntrap. No book connection shit (unless I specifically enjoy one detail from it, and usually I don't unfortunately 💀💀) and no Blob, basically all the stuff that made SB and in turn Ruin kinda crappy for me are gone. (This is a very self-indulgent rewrite as you can tell) And that's only a couple of the changes I made for the rewritten timeline! I'll consider listing off all the different details and stuff for the entirety of my FNAF lore if it's in high demand, I don't really expect it to be though lmao

Glitchtrap in this rewrite is William after he escaped from his afterlife prison (it's kinda strange to explain, but basically he was put in his afterlife torture/FNAF UCN by Cassidy and some of the other vengeful kids, he wasn't contained permanently however Cassidy made that afterlife for him and when she moved on, his afterlife disappeared with her and he went back to the normal world as a free, psychotic ghost, yikes!)

As for dead characters that are not coming back, it's basically everyone who is not William, Mike, Evan or Lizzie. Everyone gets to stay dead or appear in flashbacks only.

Moving on to Mike, as I said before he'll possess GlamFred because his life mission of killing his dad is not finished since William was still 'alive' in his afterlife and he did eventually come back as Glitchtrap. So for a while he was stuck in this limbo/purgatory place (and as a matter of fact so were the rest of his siblings! His mom was surprisingly the only one who did fully move on, RIP) I still haven't really worked out their whole purgatory thing, so I don't quite know how to describe it. A WIP so to speak.

The way both Liz and Evan come back is a little strange. So Evan came back via using his remnant from his Fredbear plush (...I swear this isn't a joke 😭😭) and because remnant is like yk, remains of a soul, Evan's spirit returns and Willaim forcibly uses Gregory as a replacement body for Evan's ghost to inhabit. Both of them did not agree to any of that! :( and Liz isn't exactly possessing Vanessa in a traditional sense but she is stalking and haunting her to try and use her body (Who knows if her plan will succeed?)

I'd love to keep on rambling but I think I'd end up treading in spoiler territory if I do (I say as if I haven't been talking about every miniscule detail I have planned out lmao)

Also I want to clarify that the details of GlamMike, and Evan and Liz coming back are apart of my Put Back Together Again AU, which involves my OCs who are Gregory's family. So that stuff is exclusive to that AU (but like that AU is also still part of my re-imagining, it's kinda weird to describe but you'll have to roll with it sadly)

charlie gives the gifts of life to the kids almost immediately after their deaths. she did it because she thought it was what they would have wanted [it is what she did, after all], but they all hated it and she realized she accidentally doomed them to decades worth of torture. oh well

🐰🩸 - vannessa/vanny

[this one will be about my security breach cult rewrite au, since it is the only one to feature sb in any way]

vannessa is a cult survivor who is semi-possessed by the spirit of william afton. using her body, william tries to continue his murder sprees. he wishes to be back in his good-ole spring bonnie suit, but makes do with what is available to him by forcing vannessa to make herself a bunny alter ego instead.

🐰🔥 - what happened after the fnaf 3 fire?

william [as spring trap now, obviously] barely escapes with his “life”, and just wanders hurricane, looking for henry and michael. he wants to take revenge on them, but he’s kind of . spring locked inside a furry. so he just sticks to hiding within trash dumps and abandoned buildings waiting for the day he can finally strike

🤖🪓 - fnaf 3 end of night mini games

[this is what i remember from my original lore outline. i haven’t rewritten this part yet so this might change] these mini games take place after the rebuilt fnaf 1 closes down. william had been stealing parts from the animatronics when they were withered in the back of fnaf 2’s location so he could make the funtimes. after alyssa dies, he stops working on the funtimes. but decided to continue his research on the weird and wacky world of life after death. he flies too close to the sun and dismantles all of the animatronics, releasing the remnants of the missing kid’s souls. i think we all know what happens next

Each of them…… well here’s some hcs that are real to me :3

I think will and mike are both gay . I think thats a fun headcanon.. except will is super repressed about it and kind of takes out his internalized homophobia on mike? Another complication in their relationship tou know. Mike sorted out all his feelings on his sexuality in his early 20s before sl luckily but still…..you knoww

The ghost kids still act like kids in the animatronics, they don’t trust any adults because of what happened to them. They’re real nice to kids though hehe

the ghosts in general can shift their form a little but have a consistent basic form... Usually a dark, vague form with a bright color to mark eyes/details. For example william as glitchtrap in princess quest.

scrap baby fixed herself up but intentionally left her hair looking a little crazy, she likes it better that way.

alsoooo Charlie in life had a huge interest in clowns (which is why security puppet looks like one) and that rubbed off on Liz a lot :3 hence why Liz liked circus baby so much..

crying child/Evan taught himself to sew to fix his plushies and clothes,, he never wanted to bother mrs afton about it.

mike has sharp canines . Like a fox!!

Henry is also gay fun fact he’s a single dad and adopted Charlie !! He’s also a bear trust me trust me

She has a passion + special interest in coding and has al;ways loved the way you can tell stories through games. Unfortunately she didn’t get the time to once will started possessing her. She’s working on a game to sort of. Process everything thats happened.

cassie has learned a lot abt robotics in her time post-elevator ending,, she single-handedly fixed the glams and helps maintain the mimic

roxanne wolf transgender.they used to have foxy but then foxy was like yarghh. I am not a guy. So they rebranded her completely . Hrt hit so hard she’s a wolf now.

Something that I love doing in my spare time is writing my own fnaf sb rewritten head canon au because the game was so confusing and not what I expected that I just decided to try and write my own au, in my au Gregory, Vanessa and Freddy along with all the other characters are given more prominent roles, it also has my own original ideas and characters as well, now I have 2 au ideas but this one is my first, one more thing I don’t know how to draw and stuff so if anyone wishes to draw this feel free to do so.

I call it the fnaf system reboot au.

The au stories timeline is also changed in order for this story to make sense, this story also combines a few things from both the games (help wanted/special delivery/security breach) and the books (takes from the pizzaplex), it’s will still focus on paranormal horror and supernatural mystery as well, many parts of the games story are changed for the sake of making sense for the au.

Story: in the au a 10 year boy named Gregory with no memory or recollection of who he is comes across the pizzaplex and becomes friends with the star attraction glamrock Freddy fazbear and the newbie security guard Vanessa Arrington along with others, soon they discover that the pizzaplex and everyone inside is slowly being taken over by a malicious entity, now Gregory must do everything in his power to survive and save his newfound family and friends, the only question is how ?.
