#some of you who know me or have been around for a bit might know about my fear of oceans and big waterbodies #they used to be extremely dear to me and a traumatic event really fckd it up for me #well in any case.. i went to the ocean/swimming in general for the first time in like 2 years #and the night before i thought i'd def not be able to go in the water #but i did and it was one of the most peaceful things i've done this year #like i felt the comfort i used to know.. was floating and looking at the clouds and it was so nice #there's beauty in fighting fears #and yeah #<3
