and then I fucking hated how it ended and had a four hour long rant over it.

The sun peeked through the curtains, dazzling rays of light dancing over the sleeping figure beside you. He's curled in the thin bed sheets, his muscle-crafted back glimmering under the morning sun, slow, even breaths leaving his parted lips. He looked peaceful like this, like the weight of the world was lifted from his shoulders, with messy brown hair tousled across the nape of his neck.

Eren was the epitome of beauty and all things divine. The very definition of such elegant words- the color in black and white. Even then, they did nothing to justify the sincerity in his smile pulling taught at his cheeks, the mirth marred in his voice whenever he teased, or the ever-creeping darkness in his eyes when they happened to gain a faraway sheen. It was those very things that no poetry or painting could ever capture. Only the memory seared into the back of your eyelids could merely hope to do it justice.

"Hey," his voice rasped, a low and rough sound, "What are you doin' up, sweetheart?"

You softly smiled, resting your chin on his chest while sleepy eyes blinked down at you, long, dark eyelashes framing the bluish/green of his sparkling irises. "Happy birthday."

He grinned, his vibrant eyes flashing in the morning light. Then, it twists into something mischievous as his hands latch onto your hips, pulling over his shirtless body so his mouth can find yours within seconds. His lips molded with yours in a passion that couldn't be rivaled and furious enough to send your head spinning. It takes a moment for you to gather your bearings before you lean in with equal vigor, letting him indulge in the pleasures of your body.

His kiss slips from your mouth, wet lips trailing down your jaw to your neck, where he makes a point to suckle the skin, tongue cruising over what you imagine was a blotchy purple hickey. His advancements do not falter, however, lips pressing and tongue swirling over various spots on your neck, leaving a dark splotch over your pulse point where you're whining into Eren's skin. He presses an apologetic kiss on the area once he's finished, his smile curling into a grin against your skin. You lift your head to get a better look at his reaction, finding him already staring at you with an expression shadowed by lust.

"Couldn't ask for a better present, wrapped up so pretty for me in these sheets. You're just begging to be opened, aren't you?" Your cheeks and nose are painted in a coloration vastly different from the rest of your skin, a low chuckle escaping his vocal cords at your embarrassment.

His eyes wander shamelessly down your body draped in nothing but blankets and a tee shirt, a murmur escaping his lips so silent you almost missed it. "Happy birthday to me."

You bury your face back into his torso to escape his reaction, and a hand rubs along the length of your spine in soothing circles as if to show you his appreciation. "I got you a present if you want it now."

"You spoil me, love," he chuckles, the sound reverberating in his chest before his voice falls to a hush, imploring you to take his following words to heart. "But there isn't anything I could want besides you."

and sorry for the usage of the word ‘euphemism’ .. had picked it up from a play I did in Kolkata on stage for the Amateurs, our theatre group, later made into a film starring Burton and Liz Taylor .. errrrm .. shall get the name presently .. 

Haaa .. yes .. Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf .. and I played Nick , played by George Segal in the film  .. he uses this word when he ask the hosts - Burton and Liz during a conversation in their drawing room, “which way to the , err  euphemism ‘ ?  a polite genteel term asking which way to the washroom .. 

the things that remain with you .. quite quite intriguing .. knew the term , had forgotten the name of the play .. !!! 😳

So yes where were we .. aah yes the Sunday without shoes .. or rather without them .. yes yes yes .. they shall be without the next time .. 

So .. oh there we are again .. on ‘so’ .. no really .. so I need to go and study my dialogues and lines for the morrow .. for the shoot ..

HC that once Eren and Mikasa get into a relationship Eren always pushes his birthday celebrations a day back because what he likes doing on his actual birthday isn't partying, but lying around at home with Mikasa, cuddling lots and having tons of sex throughout the day. He would spend the whole day in bed with Mikasa if he could and he whines whenever she gets out to do something, even if it's to get him his presents or make him some nice food. On his birthday she is always his main present that he wants to indulge in as much as possible, everyone and everything else can wait for another day.

"So March 30th," Armin states, sitting down in front of Mikasa, "What are we doing?" Mikasa winces, looking up at him from over her sandwich, "You mean March 31st." Armin gives her a weird look as he grabs for a spoon to start sipping at his soup, "No silly I mean the 30th, his birthday." Mikasa sighs, "Did you forget about last year's proclamation?" "What?"

Armin has no recollection of any proclamation, this is 2023 not the middle ages. Mikasa sighs again as she pulls up her phone, scrolling through her photos for a moment before she hands it over to Armin, and he finds a photo of a signed proclamation, Eren's signature signed boldly across the front. "What the fuck is this?" "It's Eren being dramatic," Mikasa mumbles around her bite of sandwich. Armin reads it aloud, his eyes bugging out with every word.

To Whom It May Concern, I Eren Jeager have chosen to change my official birthday to March 31st. This shall henceforth be considered my birthday by all friends and relatives wanting to celebrate with me.

Henceforth, all March 30th's will be spent with one, Mikasa Ackerman (hopefully to be Jeager at some point), in my bed, with me.

By signing this contract you agree to all of the above criteria and any deviations from the contract will be met with strict punishment.

"Wait what's the punishment if we don't do it?" Mikasa gives him a look as she grabs her backpack, "You don't want to know, but for me at the very least it involves handcuffs and for you, well if you disobey you won't even get March 31st." Armin huffs, this is ridiculous, is this what happens when best friend's get girlfriends? Even their birthdays are no longer sacred?? Damn it Eren!

he always treated you like you were special to him. he dropped you home every day unless he really had somewhere to be. even when he did, he would at least make sure to stay with you till your bus arrived. he didn't have to do that, you had never asked him to do that, but he wanted to.

he packed an extra box of lunch for you when he noticed you weren't bringing healthy meals to school. he would softly place it on your desk every day, and then proceed to sit down on the chair next to you. he didn't have to do that, you had never asked him to do that, but he wanted to.

he would let you cheat off of his paper when you hadn't studied for the test. sure, he could've just waved you off and told you to study next time, but he didn't. he let you copy his answers, and even wrote a few points for a question you were attempting. he didn't have to do that, you had never asked him to do that, but he wanted to.

he was the dream man according to every girl in school. a complete green flag. no wonder his locker would be flooded with love letters on valentine's day. he wouldn't respond to any of those, just quickly scan for one with your name on it. and when he wouldn't find one, he would just smile softly to himself, it's okay, she doesn't have to feel the same way. but he would never give up on you. he was too much in love.

My March 2023 haul is finally here. Not going to say s/h wasn't yet another wallet wounder this time, but I am not too disappointed since I was able to get Byakuya's Masterlise prize figure. A bit sad, I won't be able to check if he's perfect, but maybe if I am feeling like splurging on S/H from Japan once again, I might get a second one to unbox one. I haven't even been able to get a second one of Sasuke's nor the other eye-verson, yet I already want another Byakuya -- although, to be fair, I don't own that many Byakuya figures (mostly because there's not that many!). DX I am also super happy that I finally got my Parfom R Kaworu, he kept getting delayed (for longer than a year, if memory serves!), he turned out super adorable, so I am quite happy I was able to get him finally! As well as the Taito Spooky Deformed young NieR -- I was afraid I wasn’t going to be able to get at least one of those, but I was lucky to get at least one! (:
