Note
hes hi helloo!!! im wondering, if you have the time and mood, could you write a poem for Djehuty as well? i love sour work, please have a nice day!!!
Thank you so much! My deepest apologies that this has taken so long. Sorry that this took so long, I've had a lot going on in my personal life recently that's left me feeling very drained and uninspired. Since you didn't specify a particular focus or need I tried to make it a more general poem of praise.
Oh venerable ibis
I raise my arms in praise to you
Your hand guides mine across the page
My voice lifts in jubilation
May my words capture your majesty
For whom nothing is unknown
Your curiosity burns through me
Always searching for more to explore and discover
With every word I read, I become closer to you
Who judges for Ra
Your eyes gaze down upon me
You see through my lies
You see past my faults and failings
You take my hand and lead me towards Maat
He who pacifies the two lords
Your words wash over me
All anger flees me
And peace fills my heart
Dua Djehuty!
