Why Being Obsessed Is Key To Learning English?
Learning English can be challenging, especially if you're not a native speaker. However, obsession is one secret to success that many overlook. In this blog post, we'll explore why obsession is crucial when learning English, provide real-world examples, and give you a step-by-step guide to help you become obsessed with the language.
Why Obsession is Crucial to Learning English...
The more you immerse yourself in the language, the faster you learn it. When you're obsessed with something, you're willing to put in the effort to make progress. That's precisely what you need to do to learn English quickly and efficiently.
Real-World Examples of Obsession and English Learning
Here are some real-world examples to help you understand the power of obsession when learning English:
Watching a British TV show daily and picking up new words and phrases.
Immersing oneself in English-language music, movies, TV shows, and books and changing the language settings on one's phone to English.
Steps to Becoming Obsessed with English...
Step 1: Embrace Your Obsession
Consider if you learn better by listening, reading, writing, or speaking, which will help you choose the right resources and methods that work for you. For example, if you are an auditory learner, you might prefer listening to podcasts or audiobooks to improve your listening skills.
Having someone who can offer guidance and support can be a great way to stay motivated and make the learning process more enjoyable. Look for language exchange programs, online language communities, or language tutors to find a mentor who can help you.
Surround yourself with English-language materials such as books, movies, TV shows, and music. All these will help you immerse yourself in the language and make it a natural part of your daily life. You can also change the language on your phone, computer, or social media accounts to English to practice even more.
Step 2: Immerse Yourself in the Language
One of the best ways to improve your speaking skills is to practice with native speakers. Look for language exchange programs, language schools, or online language communities to find native speakers who can help you.
Authentic materials like news articles, movies, and music can help you improve your listening skills and learn colloquialisms. They can also expose you to different accents and dialects, which will make it easier for you to understand other English speakers.
Practice speaking and repeating English words and phrases every day, even if it's just for a few minutes, which will help you improve your pronunciation and make the language more natural for you.
Step 3: Make English a Part of Your Daily Routine
Labelling your surroundings with English names on everything essential and helpful can help you improve your vocabulary and make it easier to remember words.
Language learning apps like Duolingo, Babbel, or Memrise can help you practice English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. You can use them on the go, during your commute, or in your spare time.
Reading aloud and keeping a journal in English can help you improve your writing skills, grammar, and spelling. It can also help you track your progress and identify areas that need more practice.
Step 4: Set Achievable Goals
SMART stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. Using this framework can help you set realistic and achievable goals. For example, instead of saying, "I want to be fluent in English," set a specific and measurable goal like "I want to be able to have a conversation in English for 10 minutes without using a translator."
Breaking down bigger goals into smaller, manageable ones can help you stay motivated and focused. For example, if your goal is to improve your listening skills, you can break it down into smaller goals like "listen to one English podcast a day" or "watch one English movie a week."
Tracking your progress and celebrating small wins can help you stay motivated and make learning more enjoyable. You can use language learning apps that track your progress, set up a language journal, or use a calendar to mark your achievements.
Best of luck on your language-learning journey! Keep practising, and remember to celebrate your progress along the way.

Bugün sizlərlə Business English - dən daha bir söz paylaşıram. Out of the loop - hər hansı bir mövzudan və ya situasiyadan xəbərsiz olmaq mənasında istifadə olunur. Məsələn: I feel like I'm out of the loop on the changes to the project timeline. Mənə elə gəlir ki, layihənin qrafikinə edilən dəyişikliklərdən xəbərsizəm. #LearnEnglishOnline #EnglishClass #EnglishGrammar #EnglishVocabulary #OnlineLearning #EnglishLessons #EnglishTeacher #EnglishTutor #ESL #SpeakEnglish #EnglishReading #EnglishWriting #EnglishSpeaking #EnglishLearning #englishstudytips https://www.instagram.com/p/CotyRLyoZAL/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

28 years and more than 20 funerals down the lane, I still haven't mastered the art of consoling a bereaved friend. I refuse to use the typical expressions made for these occasions, the expressions older than the death itself. I have lost loved ones and i can't remember any words that brought solace to me in that moment. When, today I want to mourn your loss, I'm not sure which words to use and which to avoid. Should I trivialize your pain by mentioning the people with bigger losses, should I tell you that time will heal, should I tell you to stay strong. I will not offer you any words but silence, to honour the sanctity to bear your individual's loss- the loss only you can measure and feel through the years to come.

IN the Name of Love: Part 3
If he was Ranjha then she was his mother. She had given birth to him and knew how to make him obey. ‘Well, you are going to marry her. She is innocent in all this, you created this mess for her, not a toy you could play with and leave. No son of mine does that and I will see to it! She said in a low growling tone and dialed the phone number in front of him. ‘Hello, we are coming for Heer,…
