Nalu/ENDLU Headcanon

Nastu/e.n.d and Lucy playing strip poker except where folks have an article of clothing removed by the other player each time they lose a round. Natsu’s mate /queen ends up in even less than him during a game since the odds aren’t exactly in her favour this night . He makes a point to ensure she doesn’t regret it by offering tantalizing touches, spinetingleing kisses anywhere his lips can reach and other toe curling kinds of kinky foreplay (including but not limited to a very “special” type of lip service down south if you catch my drift 😉). Thought I post this naughty little head canon for your enjoyment which y’all partially have @rougescribe for helping to inspire after her steamy snippet from an upcoming Nalu fic where the two play strip poker. 6. What is/are their love language(s)?

For Nalu/Endlu its going to be very close to the same. Natsu shows his love/affection in various ways all the time, but words are hard for him. His actions will show it way more often than his words will because being too mushy makes him all embarrassed. And as END, the words are just harder to say. Lucy, however, is a VERY vocal person- the soft touches kind of person who will also say small compliments or words of love whenever she finds the perfect chance to do so. She gets embarrassed by PDA very easily (though Natsu/End isn’t too bothered by it-) but she feels doing small things, such as giving him a meal- or privileges with her and TELLING him how she’s feeling, is the best way to get her emotions across. 

They’re basically on opposite ends of the Spectrum here, but they make it work, because they understand that they do things differently. It’s that understanding that makes them such a good team after all!

29. What are each of their signature foreplay moves?

They share a love of foreplay actually. (Even when Natsu is as END) the lead up to actual sex is where they have the most fun. The times where they can get their emotions and how much they just love being with each other across. (While they’re minds are still somewhat Lucid enough to form proper sentences.)  They don’t have any one “signature” move as they both like to switch it up based on the mood or the situation.One thing is certain, however- they BOTH enjoy taking their time with the other when they’re able. They BOTH enjoy just the feel of the other, being able to see the other being aroused and brought to please by their own hand (or mouth) before the final event even starts. And a lot of the time, it’s just something they can do together, to feel closer and more exposed and trusting than to anyone else no matter what it is they’re doing before getting to the ‘main course.’

In fact, sometimes they don’t even get there- the foreplay is all they need. Though- that’s in rarer cases.

NALU HEADCANON TIME!!

Eventually Natsu accepts the fact that END is part of him and END accepts that he has to respect and not hurt people. So at some point END takes over Natsu but he still loves to mess around with Natsu. So he constantly flirts with Lucy and he is really K I N K Y

So... headcanons for E.N.D? Mashima really screwed us over by not letting us fully see him and imo it would have made the whole thing with Acnologia a lot more convincing and letting E.N.D live up to all the hype in the Tartaros arc.

Mainly, I'm just thinking of how E.N.D would interact with Natsu's guildmates. How would he interact with Erza, who often scared Natsu out of fighting with Gray? What about Wendy, who sees Natsu as a big brother (at least that's how I interpret it)? What about Gray and all his demon-related emotional baggage? What about Lucy (*cough* ENDlu *cough*)?

Ok so just to preface, i don't like the notion of END being a separate entity/ consciousness from Natsu which is why i shy away from a lot of the END content in the fandom that has END as essentially a different and more violent Natsu when it shouldn't.

It's not like when Zeref was reviving Natsu he stuck in a separate demon inside Natsu.

It's in the name, Etherious Natsu Dragneel. Natsu is END, END is Natsu. All the powers and demonic aspects are him through and through, not a completely different mind that so happens to share a body with him.

END is less of a different mind inside Natsu's body and more of an extension of himself. It's Natsu+.

It's not like a Naruto and Kurama, or Ichigo and Hollow Ichigo, or Itadori and Sukuna situation where there is literally someone else in there, no.

It's more akin to Inuyasha and his demon form or Rin going out of control, or Mob with his overwhelming psychic powers. It's them, it's a part of them that's always sorta been there even if they never understood it fully and since its surfaced completely it's overwhelming and scary and hurts in a way that forces them to deal with the bad parts of themselves that they always tried to shove down.

So yes i agree that END was tossed aside too early, especially with how it was teased in the manga and then never went anywhere. Because END was a chance for the first time in the whole series to get a look inside Natsu's head. To see things from his p.o.v, for him to develop and for his ideals to be challenged.

How would Natsu knowing his connection to Zeref change how he sees things? How he sees himself? To know that the guy who had a hand in messing up his friends lives is his brother and creator? To know that his life is tangible and fragile because its a book? To learn that he really doesn't even know everything about his own self and where he came from?

That's where the conflict and intrigue of Natsu being END comes from, not some new force in his body that isn't really him that sometimes takes over and walks around. But instead Natsu growing emotionally and maturing as something new develops for him and leaning on his friends as they've come to lean on him when things get dicey. His friends who for all their Zeref related backstories would not look to blame him or shove him aside but instead see him as another victim of Zeref's schemes.

And I think that's where our views on END greatly differ.

Nalu/Endlu canon . Natsu being extra dominant and feral With an insatiable sex drive/sexual appetite that can only Be satisfied by Lucy. He’s also even more fiercely protective and territorial of his meat that he already is. Not to mention, being invested in Lucy’s pleasure and overall experience as much as his own at a higher level . Course Natsu is also extra affectionate And playful with his mate too...

In other words, Dragon slayers and demon’s baser/primal and other instincts are amplified when they’re in heat. Same goes for certain desires. On the heat occurs more than once a year and can last for a week or longer on and off. Their appearance resembles various versions of DragonForce too. Other nalu hc: Natsu having different terms of endearment for Lucy Like when they’re getting hot and heavy, he’s feeling dominant and during tender moments too

I always love the more primal aspect of dragons/demons. It’s very intriguing. I love the idea of a heat too that occurs. Natsu looking for Lucy to help him through it-it being a very good time for both.

It would be very interesting to see Natsu holding these desires and urges down though this whole time, thinking or knowing Lucy isn’t ready and then giving her a warning about it if she ever confesses to him/they take their relationship from best friends to lovers. He’d tell her about what she’d be getting into and then when she’s on board she’d find out EXACTLY what she’s signed up for and loves it. He no longer needs to hold back and it’s a whole new level for them.

I love a territorial Natsu and a dominant one at that. But I also love the idea that Lucy can nip that in the bud if he gets to much. I’m a person big on respect.

As for names, I’m personally a person that rarely does pet names. If I do they uh aren’t sexy. I call my boyfriend a pretentious fuck so....handsome, dear, or love are my go to names. Dork is also used a lot.

But I do enjoy that Natsu would let something slip in a moment of passion. Specifically only in those moments or only as a way to teasingly turn Lucy on and get the mood started.

Also, I am always up for an extra affectionate and playful Natsu. I need more of that in my life. I love in fics when he scent marks too or it’s known that he’s highly affectionate to Lucy and knows no person boundaries with her.

I can go on for days but alas work calls. I enjoyed this bit of reading to get my day started. ❤️❤️❤️

I have a few, but most of them are a bit different from what I’ve seen other people headcanon. Since I merely see END as a more instinctive version of Natsu with lower morals than some horned demon.(Now if he was more Dragonized, I’d envision the scales and horns and such-)

Theory about Lucy and the book of END

This is going to be pretty long. But please read haha.

I was thinking about this one for a while, since this scene actually :

Lucy is talking about rewriting a part of the book of END in order to save Natsu. She is clearly saying that a small part could be enough.

My original theory, right after I read this, was that Lucy will change the author name, and replace Zeref Dragneel by Lucy Heartfillia. It wouldn’t affect Natsu’s “demon being” or whatever, but his life would be linked to her instead of his brother.

I was certain that, even if she doesn’t do so (which is basically stealing lmao) she will do something close to it.

But what bothers me is the fact that she wrote all of their memories with Natsu.

Obviously these aren’t the only pages, and it isn’t a small part.

Without talking about the fact that it’s impossible to write that much in this short amount of time (*cough cough*) I didn’t understand the meaning, or how the hell that saved Natsu.

But I re-checked. And I found something pretty interesting.

While Lucy was writing, the book glowed and the letters came back in :

But it wasn’t the moment where Zeref died.

Indeed, the book stopped glowing for some minutes, and then it desappeared :

“The book is disappearing”

“Zeref was defeated”

“By the time this book disappears, Natsu will also”

It’s only when the book disappears that it shows Zeref died. The glowing part has nothing to do with it.

Now look :

If the book wasn’t desappearing, or if Zeref was still alive, then there’s no way the book glowed in the middle of a sentence. It just doesn’t make any sense.

So I came with this conclusion :

Lucy signed her writings. She is the author of this part of the book.

The book glows, as if to aknowledge the new author, linking her life with the one of the demon.

Zeref dies. Lucy is the only author still alive now.

The book disappears, only to reappear in a place where the new author’s life is linked.

In her room, in her parent’s mansion, maybe somewhere else.

I like the idea of Lucy hiding the fact that the book of END is with her, that Natsu’s life is linked with hers. I mean, how could absolutly nothing happens in this one year of time ?

Well, it doesn’t have to be this, but honestly, I would really, REALLY like that to happens, because I had so much expectations for this the first time I read it, and in the end, Lucy just writes her memories and it saves Natsu ? It just doesn’t make any sense, so frustrating.

But by seeing this today, that everything that I expected could be the truth, because pretty much everything works good, it brings me hope, especially with the sequel. I hope.

Haha. I hope. I also hope that Mashima will read this and it’ll give him ideas.

Okay, FIRST OF ALL- let me apologize for taking so damn long to answer this. o.o You have been more than patient. (Not just for giving an answer to this, but you know-) Thank you for sending me these asks all the time. I always enjoy thinking about them, even if it took me forever to get to this one!Now, onward to the asks here:

As for the first bit, I think an ask was eaten or something cause I never saw the rest to this. Just the fluffy headcanon after. (Which I’m including here.) As for lower morals when being more affected by E.N.D. I would see him as far more likely to almost kill (or outright do so) someone who is threatening his family and loved ones. Definitely so if it involves Lucy. As I recall, in Phantom Lord Arc, he literally tortured information out of a guy to figure out Lucy’s whereabouts by keeping the dude on fire once he learned she had been taken.Seriously, it looked as if he had a way to keep it from ACTUALLY full on harming the guy, but he still had it enough to make the dude scream and freak out. And that’s just him as his normal self. I’m imagining this on a larger scale with END taking the wheel, honestly.  He’d probably need someone like Lucy, to help keep him in check and remind him of all the reasons why he’s never full on killed someone to begin with. Killing just isn’t his style when he’s thinking straight.

Honestly, drunk Lucy is Natsu’s greatest terror just because of how FLIRTY and CUDDLY she gets. he’s all down for cuddling, but Lucy goes completely out of her zone of being ‘lucy’ when she’s inebriated and Natsu isn’t always altogether sure how to handle that. (I personally headcanon him as unable to get drunk no matter what he drinks. The fire in his body just evaporates the alcohol. Good thing he’s never tried to beat Cana in a drinking contest, she’d be disappointed. That or happy for a new drinking buddy if she could convince him to do it more often. Which is difficult, because he’s not a fan of the taste.)Anyway, of course he’ll take care of her and worry, and he WILL wonder why the hell ANYONE (max or warren, or any of the other girls) allowed her to drink so much, knowing she’s a light weight. It’s not like he can stop her or them from doing it, but that doesn’t mean he has to like it.And naturally, if she’s getting sick, he may complain or whine about it, but you can bet he’ll hold her over the toiler if he has to, pull her hair back and rub her shoulders. Probably grimacing from the smell the entire time. And then just be extremely happy in the morning when she’s acting her normal, Lucy self, albeit with a killer hang over.

Bruh can you imagine after the war that Lucy starts to notice strange sensations throughout her body. Like,

A shiver runs up her spine when there’s no draft

she thinks she hears someone talking to her but she’s alone in her room

There’s a sensation of something warm against her shoulder and she can’t shake it

And it’s like she’s experiencing someone else’s sensations. The weight of a hand touching her arm or the slight bruise that appeared under her eye even tho she had spent yesterday in her apartment writing

And it’s Natsu. She’s feeling what Natsu is feeling because of when she rewrote the book of END. They’re connected and the more she becomes aware of it the more intense it becomes

Headcanon: Imagine if there was some kind of event or convention where the guild has to go to it but the catch is only humans for whatever reason can enter the main building. The exceeds understand and go off to do their own thing, but also imagine the surprise if Natsu ends up bouncing off the barriers along with Nashi (I hc Natsu is still part demon it’s just suppressed in a different way now) and everyone in the guild has to take pity and bring them food from inside to them so they don’t starve. father and daughter sit pouting identically with their faces like

Cause their fat asses can’t raid the buffet table all they want and they have to rely on Lucy😂

I personally think he would feel a bit guilty after knowing how Lucy risked her life to try and save his life.

His outward behaviour wouldn’t change that much (because my son is quite skilled at hiding his true emotions. A very impressive but self harming skill) like he wouldn’t suddenly get more protective or upset when something happens to her because he knows and trusts that she can handle herself, but his eyes will linger on the scars up her arm from rewriting the book a bit longer than normal and he sticks a bit closer to her side during fights. As a just in case.

Got some more nalu head canons. Natsu tending to a sick Lucy where he’s totally the doting Type . Not to mention extra affectionate, and even more protective than he already is (to the point where he doesn’t want to let her out of his sight or leave her side for long. People also notice how extra territorial he is (even more so than before). Will most likely hoard and won’t take kindly to people monopolizing her time. Endlu headcanons: got any of the romantic variety? How about fluffy? ...

Expect him to ONLY let Wendy stay for periods of a time, because she’s trying to take care of Lucy’s illness and make her feel better quickly. Also, the boy is a bit of a klutz, so ALSO expect a huge mess with Lucy far too ill to do anything about it. (He tried to make her soup. He really did his best- in fact, it doesn’t taste that bad- but he somehow dirtied EVERY dish and some how got soup on the ceiling in the process. Also, it was a little too hot for her to eat at first because he used his magic to heat it up. Whoops.)The territorial may come out of being worried about her than fully hoarding though. Doesn’t want her to get sicker or exhausted than she already is, and probably doesn’t want OTHERS getting it from her either. (He wont worry about himself of course.) And he’d probably hate how she’s feeling and try to find ways to make her smile and distract her. Either just by being silly, or going out and bringing her things to make her smile at. (They might be hit or miss, but she’ll smile anyway because he’s trying and that means the world to her.)And if she’s REALLY sick- and he’s just being overly dramatic, he may ask Wendy  “Are you SURE you healed her? cause she’s still coughing out her lungs!” Or even get kicked out of Porylusica’s because he bothered her for help too and she just can’t be bothered with him and his antics. 

Endlu inspired headcanons - hmmmm.. Honestly, there’s not many songs that make me think of Endlu. (Not yet anyway. I’m sure I’ve got a Within Temptation song or two that could change that-) But the version of END I always invisioned is someone more in tuned to baser instincts. (Such as killing Zeref since he instilled that into all of his demons.) Coupled with those Dragonslayer instincts, that would make him very instinctive.  Which means, I can invision him a lot more touchy when in a relationship with Lucy, Holding her from behind. Arm moving around her waist- staring at people from over her shoulder like “This is mine. shoo.”Even WORSE if he feels she’s in danger cause no one touches Lucy. But, I feel a lot of Natsu’s usual self is still there with him, so a lot of his actions will still be the same. Perhaps with a bit more force behind it, or instincts. He may not even be able to fully EXPLAIN everything he’s feeling or does because of those feelings, because even he’s not sure how to word most of the things he feels. They’re just there. So he acts on them. Honestly, I’d have to think more on it. Since, after viewing the Way Natsu’s END form is in the manga itself- my thoughts on it are a bit different than what it used to be and I don’t see him quite as “dark” when it comes to the romance department. Asides from having a lesser moral conscious.
