How End of Lease Pest Control in Sydney Helps Secure Your Bond
Moving out of a rental property in Sydney can be a stressful affair. One of the major concerns for tenants is ensuring they receive their full bond back. End of lease pest control in Sydney is an essential component of this procedure.
Why is Pest Control So Important?
Landlords in Sydney are meticulous about property maintenance, and pests can significantly impact a property's condition. A pest infestation can cause damage to the property, potentially leading to deductions from your bond. Common pests like cockroaches, rodents, and termites can quickly multiply, causing structural damage and unsanitary conditions.
Tumblr media
How Professional Pest Control Can Help
A reputable pest control company in Sydney can effectively eliminate pests and prevent future infestations. Here's how they can help secure your bond:
• Thorough Inspection: Experienced technicians will conduct a comprehensive inspection of your property, identifying potential pest problems.
• Targeted Treatment: They will use safe and effective treatments to eliminate pests, including spraying, baiting, and fogging.
• Certification of Treatment: Once the treatment is complete, you'll receive a certificate of treatment, which can be presented to your landlord as proof of pest control.
• Peace of Mind: Knowing your property is pest-free can alleviate stress and increase your chances of a full bond refund.
Choosing the Right Pest Control Company
Take into account the following elements when choosing a pest treatment business:
• Experience: Opt for a company with a proven track record in the industry.
• Licensed and Insured: Ensure the company is licensed and insured to operate in Sydney.
• Eco-Friendly Treatments: Choose a company that uses environmentally friendly and pet-safe products.
• Customer Reviews: Examine prior customer reviews to determine the company's reputation.
By taking these steps and investing in professional end-of-lease pest control, you can significantly increase your chances of receiving a full bond refund. Remember, a pest-free property is a happy landlord, and a happy landlord is a tenant's best friend.

Pet Fumigation and Pest Management in Melbourne: Meeting Lease Agreement Standards
Pest management in Melbourne is important for keeping the building free from pests as due to the hot and humid atmosphere during summers there is termite infestation in many houses during those times. Residential houses require proper pest management to keep the pests at bay and also to keep the people healthy. Commercial properties require very efficient management of pests since otherwise there may be damage to the health and also clients would not like to consider companies for businesses if the premises have pests.
Tumblr media
Different Types of Pest Services Offered by The Leading Pest Controllers
End of lease pest control is a vital service as it is required and many times stated in the lease agreements. This service is often required when tenants have kept pets or caused infestations, addressing pests like fleas, cockroaches, ants, spiders, and rodents. Also, The Residential Tenancies Act states that the lessor should ensure that the rental property at the commencement of the tenancy is clean and hence the requirement of pest control services.
Pet fumigation end of lease is a critical requirement for tenants who have housed pets, ensuring the property is pest-free for the next occupants. This service addresses flea infestations and other pest issues caused by pets, adhering to lease agreements and maintaining property standards. The process involves sealing the area, releasing fumigants like sulfuryl fluoride or phosphine, ventilating thoroughly, and conducting a detailed inspection to ensure complete eradication. Professional fumigation services use eco-friendly methods to protect the environment while delivering effective results.
Possum removal is quite tricky and hence there is a need for professionals to do the work as they need to be released safely from the house. Professionals generally release the possums at least ten miles away in a safe woody area and then those areas that can act as entry points for possums are identified. Possums need to be removed from the house otherwise large droppings or urine from them could cause health issues for people living in the house.
Contact the leading companies offering various types of pest services from carpet beetles, and bed bugs to cockroach’ treatment for a safer and healthier property.

End of Lease Pest Treatment in Shellharbour: A Guide by Premier Pest Solutions
Moving out of your rental property in Shellharbour? One of the essential tasks on your checklist is ensuring a thorough end of lease pest treatment. This isn't just a good idea; it's often a requirement stipulated in your lease agreement. Premier Pest Solutions is here to guide you through the process and provide top-notch service to ensure a smooth handover and get your bond back.
Why is End of Lease Pest Control Important?
Pest infestations can be a significant problem in rental properties. Whether it's cockroaches, ants, rodents, or fleas, these unwelcome guests can create unsanitary conditions and even cause damage to the property. As a tenant, you're generally responsible for maintaining the property in a clean and pest-free condition. Therefore, a professional end of lease pest treatment in Shellharbour is crucial for several reasons:
Fulfilling Lease Obligations: Most lease agreements explicitly require tenants to have a professional pest treatment conducted at the end of their tenancy. Failing to do so can lead to disputes with the landlord and potentially jeopardize your bond refund.
Protecting Your Bond: A professional pest treatment demonstrates that you've taken responsibility for the property's upkeep. It provides evidence that you're returning the property in good condition, minimizing the chances of deductions from your security deposit.
Maintaining a Healthy Environment: Pests can carry diseases and trigger allergies. A thorough pest treatment ensures a clean and healthy environment for the next tenants.
Preventing Future Infestations: A professional treatment not only eliminates existing pests but also helps prevent future infestations, protecting the property for the landlord.
What to Expect from an End of Lease Pest Treatment:
A comprehensive end of lease pest treatment should target common pests in Shellharbour, including:
Cockroaches: These resilient pests thrive in warm, humid environments and can be difficult to eradicate without professional help.
Ants: Ant infestations can quickly become a nuisance, especially in kitchens and pantries.
Rodents (Rats & Mice): Rodents can cause significant damage to property and pose health risks.
Fleas: If you have pets, flea infestations are a common concern and require specialized treatment.
Spiders: While some spiders are harmless, others can be venomous and require professional attention.
Premier Pest Solutions: Your Trusted Partner in Shellharbour
Premier Pest Solutions understands the specific pest challenges faced by residents in Shellharbour. We offer comprehensive end of lease pest treatment services tailored to your needs. Here's what sets us apart:
Experienced Technicians: Our team of licensed and experienced technicians are experts in identifying and eliminating a wide range of pests.

Competitive Pricing: We offer competitive pricing for our end of lease pest treatment services, ensuring you get value for your money.
Detailed Reporting: We provide a detailed report of the treatment conducted, which you can present to your landlord as proof of professional service.
Preparing for Your End of Lease Pest Treatment:
To ensure the effectiveness of the treatment, it's essential to prepare the property beforehand:
Clean the Property: Thoroughly clean the property, including vacuuming, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.
Remove Clutter: Remove any clutter from cupboards, drawers, and storage areas.
Empty Cupboards and Pantries: Empty cupboards and pantries to allow access for treatment.
Secure Pets: Ensure pets are safely secured during the treatment.

spiel about doing specialty livestock projects in the time of “I will probably never see a USDA grant in my lifetime”
Tumblr media
I love baby season, obviously. It’s exciting and fun, but it’s also stressful and and harrowing, especially when it comes to the turkeys.
Turkey poults have awful survival rates. I don’t think there’s any domestic poultry with as bad of a hatchling survival rate as turkeys. They struggle to learn how to eat and drink - you need other birds to show them, or to put shiny things in their food and water, or to syringe feed them manually till they figure it out. Sometimes you can do all those things and it still won’t be enough. Their immune systems are much more delicate than other birds, too.
I should be hatching out some really rare varieties this year - “we don’t have a documented, identified, searchable photo of this variety” rare (which is nuts, because I’m a guy doing this in my leased backyard with two dollars and my fingers crossed). But first we have to get my turkeys laying enough eggs (they keep going broody on empty nests…), collect the eggs before predators/scavengers get them, successfully incubate the eggs, and successfully raise the chicks (and then make sure the adults survive). It’s an Olympic level challenge to get from point A to point B here. A better brooder, a better incubator, an ICU incubator, better fencing, and more secure land would all make a world of difference here - but I will never make money off these birds (I probably won’t ever break even!), and there already wasn’t many options for support and funding of small farm projects as niche as rare heritage turkey varieties, and now there may be no federal farm funding in my lifetime. Even the Livestock Conservancy - an organization that is deeply important and that I respect a lot! - doesn’t recognize the birds that I’m breeding and conserving!
I’ve talked to people about grants, about land succession, about all sorts of things in hopes of better resources and access, but at the end of the day, I chose something so rare and niche that no one really knows about it or cares to support it. I’m still going to do it, because it’s important to me. I love these birds. I want to preserve them, make them more accessible, and encourage choosing animals with better welfare over industry standard “meat birds.” And even though I cry over turkeys a lot, and I didn’t sleep well last night because my current ICU poult kept screaming and waking me up, and my finances are going to be in the toilet forever because I decided to do this instead of, like, tech or trade school, I love it.
Turkeys are awesome. Every uncharismatic animal, every bug, every plant, every biological system or process has someone or some people who love it and see the value in it even when no one else does. You might not give a leech or a bug smaller than a grain of rice or a pest species more than a passing thought, but maybe you should take a second to appreciate what someone out there does about those things. Everything on this planet is so special. I hope every species always has at least a tiny handful of people studying, protecting, and defending it, even if the human made systems fully reject those passions as useless.

How End of Lease Pest Control in Sydney Ensures a Stress-Free Move-Out?
Hiring a recognised service provider of end of lease pest control in Sydney is essential to meet the rental agreement requirements. This ensures that the tenant leaves the property in the best possible condition. Generally, landlords and property managers often mandate pest control as part of the lease terms, particularly in properties with pets. Tenants must follow this mandate to avoid penalties and withholding security deposits or additional charges.
Tenets must schedule an end-of-lease pest control to avoid lease conflicts and ensure a smooth handover process.
Tumblr media
Pros of Hiring Professional Services for End of the Lease Pest Control:
Firstly, well-established service providers deliver comprehensive treatment and use advanced techniques to address various harmful pests, including rodents, cockroaches, termites, bed bugs and more. They have the expertise in providing thorough treatment in hard-to-reach areas, removing all infestations, and ensuring the property meets the required standards for lease termination.
Secondly, hiring experts can save time and effort as managing pest infestation is not easy for untrained people. Trained and skilled professionals know how to address different types of pests and where they commonly hide or breed.
Their experience in handling specialized tools and effective solutions helps tenants ensure thorough pest elimination, making the property compliant with lease agreements and ready for inspection.
Next, recognised professionals provide a detailed service report, which is valuable proof for tenants to show landlords. This compliance documentation can prevent disputes and help secure the return of the security deposit, reducing the risk of unexpected costs.
Furthermore, these service providers prefer eco-friendly and non-toxic treatments that are safe for their staff, environment, and future occupants. These methods are highly effective against pests but gentle enough to avoid harmful side effects for humans and leave no residues.
Overall, find a trusted service provider nearby that is authorised by local authorities, has positive market reviews, 24/7 services and transparent pricing with no hidden charges to ensure a stress-free move-out experience.

I'd love to hear any FAHC headcanons you have for the Twins, or if not just them then the Dusk Boys?
...is it getting dusky in here? no? just me?
if you want to hear my hcs about anyone specific, any teams, or any ships, hmu!
Trevor comes from money. His parents were both wealthy businessmen, his mother being a computer scientist, his father in medical business. He always did well in school, got good grades, but it was never enough for his parents. They never liked him, had only had a child to try and save their ailing marriage, and because they were obligated to, to keep the money in the bloodline.
He was never physically abused, but he was emotionally and mentally neglected. He barely spoke to either of his parents, and when he did it was for getting bad grades, getting in trouble, or very one-sided conversations where his parents talked at him.
he ran away as soon as he turned 18 and never looked back. he was supposed to go to college for astrophysics, but when instead he uprooted his whole life and moved across the country to AC, his parents cut him off and acted like he never existed.
alfredo, on the other hand, had loving parents. they struggled with momey, but they loved him and did everything for him. he never knew of his status as poor, and thought everyone had their lights shut off occasionally or that their water only ran cold.
he got in with a bad crowd in late middle school, and their small misdemeanor chargable behavior went from loitering, urban exploring, and minor shoplifting turned into drugs, alcohol, and straight up theft, b&e, and assault. a proper gamg of unrestricted and unrestrained youths.
but he was too deep when he realized how bad things got, that they were actually hurting people and not just being pests, and he couldn't just leave. it'd be dangerous for him. so he did all he could do, as soon as he turned 18 he fled his hometown and moved to AC.
The two of them met because Trevor had no idea how to be poor, and Alfredo knew all too well, and with their meager saving from dead-end jobs, they ended up as roommates in the same building. Their third roommate, who actually leased the apartment, was barely home, so they end up basically having the apartment to themselves.
They instantly get along, with similar style, humor, inflictions, and mannerisms.
After that, they end up in LS's Crimesphere together, needing more money than their part-time gigs can get them when their roommate gets arrested and they lose the apartment. they come as a package deal, and Fredo teaches Treh everything he needs to know.
They are two halves of the same idiot. They're both smart, formidable, and crafty as shit. But as soon as they're together, it's like they lose their braincells and they just become chaotic.
They get the moniker of 'The Twins' because: they go and do everything together, they dress almost the same, they have the same haircut, they talk and move and act extremely similarly, and with masks on, you'd be hard-pressed to pick who is who.
Trevor, amazingly to an outsider, is the more chaotic of the two, typically being the cause of the shenanigans they get into. He seems to be the more grounded one, the thinker, but he never really lost the high of finally having freedom, and likes to do whatever he wants to. Often at Alfredo's expense.
Meanwhile, Alfredo is the more levelheaded one, and he's the one who gets Trevor back on track whenever he gets a'scheming. He tries to keep their noses out of real trouble, he's the one who meticulously plans things, he's the one to make sure what they're doing will cause the minimal amount of damage possible.
Trevor is left-handed, Alfredo is right-handed. Trevor always takes the left, Alfredo the right. Mirrors, you might say.
Alfredo, for the longest time, is the only one to know Trevor is colorblind, and they try to keep Trevor out of any situations that involve him telling colors apart.
Trevor prefers close-range weaponry, he likes to use his speed to his advantage and take people off guard.
Alfredo prefers long-range weaponry, and likes to use his distance and reaction time to his advantage.
They always cover each other. Always.
They actually work with Gavin a couple times on random jobs for random crews before any of them get hired. The twins and Gav instantly vibe and become work friends. They get excited to see they're working together.
Trevor is fascinated by the kind of hacking Gavin does, and they talk about all kinds of nerd shit like computers and science.
Alfredo is impressed in Gavin's people skills and how he can change personalities in the drop of a hat, going from silly and a little stupid to scarily smarter than you and serious in a heartbeat.
They both are a little scared of him, tbh.
Gavin teaches them stealth, how to blend in where you don't belong, how to break in without breaking in.
The Twins teach Gavin how to work as a team, how to silently communicate and learn to read each other.
It's actually Gavin who suggests them when Geoff is looking for more hands to join the crew. He just goes, "I know some blokes," and comes back with the twins in tow.
The rest is history.
When the Dusk Boys becomes a Thing, Geoff realizes his mistake.
They terrorize the city. In... mostly... harmless ways. Like stealing all of the popcorn from every movie theater in the city. Or somehow changing out gas station signs.
They once stole a police car, pretended to be police, and gave out false tickets for shit like, "Your shoes do NOT match your shirt." and "learn to park better asshole." and "You blasted music out loud in a crowded area and subjected everyone to your shit taste."
When they got bored of that they somehow smuggled a port-a-potty into the police station, set it on fire, and got out without being caught.
They then went on to steal an unattended firetruck that showed up on the scene, and gave random cars powerwashes.
Geoff keeps getting calls about what they're doing and every time he can't decide between killing them, praising them, or quitting and skipping town.
Michael and Jeremy, at first, are like "Thank God he found someone else to do his dumb bets. I'm tired of his shit." And then they get a teensy little bit jealous when they hear the insanse shit the Dusk Boys get up to
And then the and Ray start joining in, and the Chaos explodes to a new calibre, and a new headache for Geoff.
Sometimes their combined stupid shit gives Geoff Ideas™. Like when they strapped rockets to bikes and all survived. Or when they played "Catch the Car" with Cargobobs.
Jack is outwardly disapproving of the dusk boys' bullshit, but even she has to admit it's hilarious to witness, even funnier to see Geoff get the news. And it's honestly impressive how none of them have died yet.
Trevor 🤝 Gavin with having Insomnia. He can't sleep because his brain won't stop sometimes. It's a common occurance to see one of both of them up at odd times.
Alfredo has a sleep schedule he hates getting interrupted, and he's a massive bitchbaby if he gets anything less than 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep.
Alfredo hates cramped areas, not quite to the point of a phobia, but he tries to avoid it all he can.
Both of them can cook! Neither are to Geoff's level, or even Jack's, but they take turns cooking, and always try new, frugal recipes.
Trevor can bake! Alfredo, not so much, but he helps.
Trevor likes to 'beautify' things. AKA totally sneak into someone's space, clean it, and then fuck with it in random ways, like making the bed and desk and dresser as small as possible. Or gluing tiles to every available surface, including the ceiling. Or making it look like a taxi.
Alfredo is a menace in the way where he likes to bring as much energy to mundane things as possible. Throwing shit? He's throwing as hard as he can. Playing Floor Is Lava? He will throw himself willy nilly and bring everything down with him.
He also is the one to get annoyed when other people's shenanigans bother him when he's not directly involved. He tries to ignore it until he gets beamed in the back of the head and then he brings out the 'Do Not Cross' tape and makes a corner for himself.
It's common to find one of them napping on the other during downtime. The one who's awake is usually doing his own thing very happily.
Trevor can draw! Like, really well. He likes to doodle during heist meetings and planning and uses the doodles to remember what was said and what happened.
Alfredo can knit! He learned from his grandmother, and eventually makes everyone their own blankets.
Neither of them drink much aside from special occasions, but they do smoke weed with Ray and Gavin.

To The Place I Belong... (Shinnok's Head X Reader Part 4) [Finale]
Tumblr media
Summary: Shinnok believes giving you your greatest wish will break the 'spell' you've cast upon him...
Tags/Warnings: Cursing, Two Johnny Cages, Shinnok smooches (finally!), and some suggestiveness near the end 😘. (Reader uses they/them pronouns, let me know if there are any mistakes on that!)
Words: 1554
Part1 - Part 2 - Part 3
You stood in the kitchen, tapping your phone frustratingly. Your nose scrunched up as, once again, another error message popped up on the chat screen. The group chat between you and the two Johnny Cage's had been wiped clean a few days ago, and there seemed to be no way to recover it. Your call history was out of whack too.
"Bah!" you huffed. Whatever, you'll make a new chat later. The only hard part was finding a new meme to name it after. Oh, well.
"Shinnok, I'm headed to work," you called. Shinnok rose from the couch a bit, having been draped in a blanket. He grunted, turning away from you. You chuckled in return. "Stay out of the snack drawer while I'm gone."
"I'm not going to touch your damned chips.." Shinnok groaned, nuzzling back under his blanket like a pouting child.
"I'll hold you to that."
And thus you left, ready to slave away at the office. Again. God, you hated it here..
Minutes later, when Shinnok knew you were long gone, he rose from the couch. Immediately, he began pacing the length of the apartment, hands behind his back, and muttering impatiently.
"Where the hell are those irksome pests…?" he growled under his breath.
A round of knocking sounded from the door, and Shinnok quickly waved a finger to unlock it. The older Johnny Cage entered through the threshold. He gave Shinnok a once-over, not exactly fond of the memories the fallen Elder God gave him.
"About time!" Shinnok huffed.
"Yeah, yeah, don't get your balls in a twist," Johnny sighed. He put his hands on his hips. "The other me is downstairs breaking [Y/n]'s lease." He pointed at Shinnok sternly. "Do not ask how."
"Yes, whatever. Did you do what I said to do?" Shinnok asked, hands balled behind his back.
"Yeah, the land is squared away."
"Good. Let's not delay."
One very straining teleportation spell later, Shinnok and Johnny stood on a hill overlooking a large plot of grassy land. Layers of mountains sat far off in the background, each shades of blue and gray. It was secluded, untouched, and far away from honking cars and overpriced rent.
"Perfect," Shinnok said. He then turned to address Johnny. "You said you had photos?"
"Yep. Here." Johnny handed Shinnok his phone, where he'd pulled up various images from across all of [Y/n]'s social media. All the images were house-related, and there was a clear theme. Shinnok nodded.
"Very well," he said. He tossed Johnny back his phone and let his magic glow in his hands.
"Soo.." Johnny began. "You really think this will make you stop wanting to do things for [Y/n]?"
"Of course it will!" Shinnok spat. Johnny wiped some spit off his face. Shinnok huffed. "It will work. I know it. If I give that mortal what they desire most, I will be free of their wretched spell."
Johnny sighed. [Y/n] really had him wrapped around their finger, huh?
"All right, do your thing."
"Johnny, what the hell?" [Y/n] asked. As soon as she'd gotten home, movers were packing her things, with the younger Johnny Cage standing in the middle of them and making sure things were going okay.
"Good news, Jailer of Shinnok. You don't have to live here anymore!" Johnny said. He pointed to the hallway, making the movers march your stuff out of the apartment and down the hall.
"What?" You stutter, hands waving about confusingly. "The hell do you mean? Where's Shinnok?" You asked, not having spotted him at all since you arrived. "Johnny, where's Shinnok?"
Johnny put his hands on your shoulders, turning you and pushing you out the door despite your protests. "Your househusband is fine; just follow me to the helicopter."
"The fucking what?"
One very, very long helicopter ride later, you were miles away from New York. The blinding skyscrapers had been replaced with wooded mountains, and the sounds of cars and people were long gone. Now birds and bugs of all kinds chirped about, leaving you in near-complete peace. The only reason it wasn't completely peaceful was because the house sitting in the field in front of you was a complete giveaway to what had happened. As the movers unloaded your things from their own helicopter, you took a deep breath before turning to Shinnok.
"Why?" you asked.
"Why what?" Shinnok replied. You sighed once more.
"Why did you conjure me a house?" you said more specifically, keeping your tone light and questioning. You knew what this was about; hell, you've suspected it ever since Shinnok got his head reattached. You just never said anything so as to let him figure it out first.
Judging by his answer, he still hadn't, and he was still so oblivious to his own damned feelings.
"I wanted to," he answered. Both Johnnys gave each other a look while you pinched the bridge of your nose. Yes, you were grateful for the house. Ecstatic even. But the fact that Shinnok was still so clueless wasn't even fun or endearing this time. It was just…
"You wanna kiss me so bad it makes you look stupid!" You blurted it out then and there. The younger Johnny was quick to pull out his phone and press record before you continued. "Shinnok," you spoke more softly, taking the fallen Elder God's hands in your own. "For someone so old, you really are dumb. You've lived with me for three months now. You've cleaned the apartment, you've cooked meals with me, you've eaten meals with me, and you taught me bone magic.." You huffed. "You've not even threatened the realms since you gained your body back. I swear to the gods, you are so, so stupid--"
A pair of surprisingly soft lips shut you up, and a pair of hands pulled you just a bit closer, pulling both of your faces out of the line of sight of Johnny's camera. It was a quick kiss, but that didn't mean you wouldn't melt into it, which you did fairly fast. Fucking finally..
"Enough, you're making my chest hurt…" Shinnok said in an accepting tone as he pulled away. His eyes were much softer now—not that most people would be able to tell, but you. In turn, you gazed up at him with a lightly wrinkled nose and a soft pink glow on your face.
"You could've warned me," you mumbled, earning a grunt from Shinnok.
"I could have," he said, placing his hand on your cheek. Your face was so soft. "But I like this expression on you."
"Clearly.."
Shinnok snorted, his lips tuning up in a smirk that made you roll your eyes. He took your hand and brought it to his lips, giving a kiss to the back of your hand.
"Now, come along. I put hours into this home of ours, and I will be giving you the grand tour," he said. Still holding your hand, he walked away with you, leaving both Johnny's behind. The younger Johnny was miffed he didn't get his picture, and the older one crossed his arms with a nod.
"Y'know, I think this will work," Older Johnny said.
"Work how? I missed on my pic..." Younger Johnny whined. The older one hit him on the back of the head.
"I mean [Y/n] and Shinnok. I really don't think we'll have to worry."
Younger Johnny groaned, shaking his head. "Whatever, old me. But I am not the one who's explained that," he pointed to Shinnok and [Y/n] entering their new home," to Raiden."
"Oh..." Older Johnny's face fell. "Uh, flip a coin?"
Shinnok led you throughout the house, showing you everything he so meticulously put together just for you. He was proud of himself, and you could tell so.
It was such a relief, honestly. As soon as Shinnok understood how badly he liked you, he went into full devotion mode for you. When he got around to showing you the bathroom, he hummed with his chin in his hand.
"I'll have to make the shower bigger; it's not nearly big enough for two."
"You--huh?"
"Also," he turned, taking you in his arms. "I hope you know I no longer intend on sleeping on the couch."
The way your nose wrinkled as you blushed would never get old to him. The way you made his chest ache would never get old to him. The way your hand felt in his would never, ever get old to him.
He smiled.
"I apologize for taking so long to see how much you've grown on me," he said, leaning down to kiss your cheek. You sighed with a chuckle.
"And I'm sorry for making you do all the cleaning," you said. "I'll help out--"
"No," he cut you off. His hands trailed from your arms, down your sides, and to your hips. "I fully intend to do all the cleaning myself." His face leaned in closer, and his lips met yours in a much, much deeper kiss than before. His hands squeezed your hips—not nearly enough to hurt, but definitely enough to show his devotion. When the kiss broke, he let you recover, looking at your dazed face. Then he leaned in to whisper," Of course, I expect to be fully compensated for my devotion to you, my dear."
That could be arranged.
