The Wedding of the century!
article by Gotham Gazette ft. Vouge
-•-
Ladies and gentlemen, we have witnessed the wedding of the century that has taken the world by surprise! Last week, Gotham’s very on resident Bad Boy, one of the son’s of elite Bruce Wayne, has married Puerto Rico’s very own Girl Boss, Yn Ln! The reception was very closed off and private, leaving no space for the paparazzi to show up. Thankfully, with the authorization of the bride, the groom and their families, we were able to get an insight with the select few pictures they have shared with us.
First off, we have the reception! We have to say, extravagance flows through everything the Wayne family does and this is no exception!
The Spanish styled venue was chosen by both the mother of the bride and Bruce Wayne. The theme was enchanted forest and enchanted it was indeed, dare we say ethereal even!
Then, we have the bride. What a sight was she! This look is one for the books! Definitely to be remembered!
Accordin to out sources, the dress is Oscar de la Renta and the shores are some beautiful red bottoms. Although peculiar, the red in her shoes did a beautiful contrast with the theme.
(wink wink a shout out to red hood!)
Finally, we have some pictures shared of the bride with her beloved husband and her bridesmaid. There are even some candids of the maid of honor, known photographer and model, Nola Yang and the grooms siblings, Stephanie Brown and Dick Grayson giving their toast at the reception.
What a beautiful wedding! We give the newlyweds our best wishes in this new journey of life!

My OCs In My Friends’ AUs
This was part of my presentation for a presentation night that @askthechronoverse, @masterjacobofficialblog and @unikittybeforethereign had in a Discord server. I’d been waiting to show them these for so long.
Imogen, in the Chronoverse, would be from the island of Alexythemia, since that’s where Charm Valley would be if it were in that AU according to Fabri. They also came up with the design for Chrono!Imogen. In Master Jacob, even though that AU is a next-gen AU, I think Imogen would still be a teenager. She’s still learning and growing, so she has this witchy student style. The blueprint for my OCs in Master Jacob are these anthro designs I drew a while ago. Imogen doesn’t have a Before The Reign design yet because StayCute is still thinking about what Master Frown and characters like him look like in that AU.
Germafrost in the Chronoverse and in Master Jacob were based on the ways Fabri and Mamækin draw Unikitty and Puppycorn, since I’ve always thought that lots of dogs and cats in their world look like them. In the Chronoverse, Ice Cream Land would be way up in the North Pole region of Meraki. On MJ!Germafrost’s sleeves, there are the patterns of the three flavors (strawberry, vanilla and chocolate). In Before The Reign, he’s a long-haired German shepherd who looks like a puppy because he’s canonically babyfaced. I think I might’ve put his icicle horn too high on his head.
Piano’s Chronoverse design is based on Fabri’s Valentine for me. Her dress is patterned like wedding cakes because she’s partly a wedding cake-flavored ice cream creature. In Master Jacob, she wears a stylish winter coat I found on the web, but with lots of extra sparkles and crocuses because she wouldn’t just wear it like it is. For Before The Reign!Piano, I had trouble deciding what species of sheep she was. I found this white, long-wooled type of sheep called Heath sheep, which have horns like her dad does. Her wool looks creamy because, again, it’s ice cream. StayCute said that BTR!Dr. Fox is still bipedal and still wears a lab coat, so Piano would also stand on two legs and wear her usual attire.
Fabri said that the Marevian merpeople in the Chronoverse would live in the Commuovere Sea and have a candy/ice cream theming. Chrono!Waterlily has satellite wafers for her bell, cotton candy and dragon’s beard candy to represent her light, dreamy nature, and candied lotus seeds for her jewelry. Master Jacob!Waterlily is wearing a dress with motifs of her namesake flower. As for Before the Reign!Waterlily… I tried. She’s a combination of a moon jelly and a sea nettle, but she looks more humanoid because she’s a mermaid. Apparently, those clover-shaped marks in moon jellies are supposed to be where their mouths (and also their butts) are, so I moved that down to where Lily’s mouth is.
Chronoverse!Spike’s candy themes are black licorice and honey. I did the licorice motifs for his spines and legs, and honey motifs for his torso. (He’s also wearing a honey yellow headband.) I picked honey because it has a sunny yellow glow and because it’s supposed to be good for your throat. I tried to imagine how Mamækin would draw his spines in Master Jacob. In any anthro version of Spike, I’ve always imagined that he has a bunch of rings and long black sea urchin-y fingernails. Before the Reign!Spike is a combo of a Caribbean reef octopus (because he was born in a coral reef) and a black sea urchin. But, again, he’s more humanoid because he’s a merman.
Botania in the Chronoverse is hidden within the enchanted Matutolypea Forest and extends out into the desert. Fabri said that if they were running things, they would take influence from Lego Elves for the fairies. So, for Chrono!Allegra, I combined a trapeze artist’s outfit with motifs of Aira, the wind elf. I feel as though Fabri would make her hairstyle look more like the hair hang. The fairies’ size doesn’t change in any of the universes, so they’re still really small. Before the Reign!Allegra has this looping braid. She’s supposed to be a clouded yellow butterfly, so I tried to replicate their wing pattern. I actually found this image showing what females’ wing patterns look like. Just like with the merpeople, she looks more humanoid being a fairy.
Chrono!Zora’s outfit is influenced by Azari, the fire elf, because he travels around drier areas and is comforted by fire. In Master Jacob, Zora has that same adventurer/desert garb look I gave him in his anthro because it suits him to a T. He’s supposed to be a dragontail butterfly, and it was pretty tricky for me to get his wings right for his Before the Reign design. He also looks more humanoid, being a fairy and all. His braid goes over the top of his head and falls behind his wings in the back.

Saw a Tik Tok about someone setting up Disney princess weddings and a Shrek one in there, too. And now, I'm here thinking about a Puss in Boots themed wedding. HEAR ME OUT!!!!
Church!!!
Self explanatory!!!
Garden
Make everything pink with pedals everywhere.
Make a cozy looking cabin for the reception!!!
Or any part of the enchanted forest would be nice.
You can add stars everywhere! Imagine adding all the Christmas lights to the ceiling to create the illusion of a stary sky. Or just have the party outdoors. Or get creative. For the older fans, add some gold into the mix to symbolise the first film. Have some ducklings like a petting zoo situation. Or decorate some polls in leaves to make them look like beanstalks. The same thing for the bouquet and decorations. Stars, gold, crystals, and plantations!!!
Outfits? Puss is too easy. Get the groom or whoever wants to into a black cape, a hat with a feather and a musketeers outfit. And of course, boots. As for Kitty, have you seen how gorgeous boots look in knee-length dresses? Imagine a black and white dress in boots, that's a dream. You can have a real dog as the flower puppy or ring dog. Or if you want to be like me, ask one of your friends to dress up as Death and throw wilted flowers onto the aisle. 😆 Brides maids, brown dresses with a little bear like flair to symbolise the bears. And have the maid of honor as Goldielocks, I think her holding a crook would be badass. For the grooms men, old fans will know this one. THE TRES DIABLOS!!!! Get them in those musketeers outfits!!!
Food? Look up some Spainared (Puss) and Mexican (Kitty) dishes to cook. And borrow a bit from Shrek. Gingerbread men cookies, Shrek cupcakes, potions in their little glass bottles. It's the Shrek Universe for crying out loud!
Just wanted to get this off my chest because I've seen so many creative wedding ideas. Now, someone marry me so we can make this happen!!!

Accomplishments, and Their Meanings
Summary: Rosalie discovers what her sister meant when she said that her husband was accomplished.
Rating: MA - Content is only suitable for mature adults. May contain explicit language and adult themes.
Words: 1100
Notes: Ah, first times... Is anyone’s as good as they’re told to be or is it just mine that sucked ass?
Rosalie did not know that a man's hands could feel like this, or anyone's hands, for that matter, and she certainly did not know that her own body could be a veritable treasure trove of tender and pleasurable sensations.
No, not in the slightest. Her family had taught her how to seduce and cajole, how to enchant men and women in polite society, but they have always shied away from the hot, white climax that is building within her. Even when, shortly before her entry into Hogwarts, her eldest sister had wed a fine and handsome wizard from Hesse that she described as “very accomplished”, the young girl had been shooed away as the married women in the family discussed what that implied.
She had felt childishly cheated on that occasion. Even more so, now that she knows what that truly means.
His lips are at the crook of her neck, sparking tiny fires across her skin. His hands are, well, just about everywhere he can reach, and he is thorough in his explorations of the curves and nooks of her feminine figure. She is sitting between his legs with her back to his lean chest, and she can barely keep herself from trembling with nerves and excitement.
Sebastian is not the picture of beauty of their time. He is not strong, nor very tall, but rather white as cotton flower, wiry thin and hairless in most of his body. He is very different of the sort of highlander that her mother used to discreetly point out in the streets of London to her friend, those that looked more like his Uncle Solomon, when they thought that she was too distracted to hear them.
Alas, Rosalie thinks that she prefers this way, not that he is in any shortage of admirers for her to believe herself strange for such a thing. Perhaps it is the dour countenance of Mr. Sallow, perhaps she is attracted more to the behavioural attributes of men then the usual markers of their masculinity, but to her inexperienced mind, this is the height of beauty, and none can keep her from falling over her feet over him.
This most likely will end in tragedy, perhaps in more ways than one, but she refuses to concern himself with it just at this moment. She wants to fully lose herself on him.
One arm wraps around her waist, pulling her against his sturdy frame. The other trails a wandering hand to her chest. Even from atop her clothing, his wand-calloused fingertips brush her nipple and it sends a tingling, anxious wave of pleasure through her. She bites her lip, but he is an observant man.
He must be able to feel her heart pounding up to her throat. He is so close, he is everywhere around her, that there is no possibility in which he does not know that she is reeling from his touch and his smell. It is like the wet forest, earthy and green, with a touch of dust from the library.
Perhaps, had she been at least verbally exposed to those finer, more secretive points of love, she would not feel so embarrassed and woefully inept when things came to their natural conclusions, especially when faced with a partner that seemed much more experienced than herself.
Sebastian may have not told her anything, but Rosalie knows. She is a pureblood witch, a Slytherin at that, and she knows how to piece things together. She has heard Anne imply about his past, with Hogwarts students and Muggle village girls, and she has heard conversation about his accomplishments amongst those, usually with little prodding in either direction, that have experienced or witnessed them.
Even now, as his single-minded obsession consumes him, she is painfully aware that she must not be the only one. Alas, she lets him takes what he wants, and enjoys what he has to give her without guilt.
"You are really sensitive, are you not?"
She only nods. She had never found the right time or the right words to tell him that no-one had ever touched she like this, hardly even herself. She might be aware of the silencing charm, she might know how to do it, but she never felt comfortable doing such a thing around her dormmates, and she had been a bit too young to experiment with it when she left her parents’ home, along with her former private bedroom.
His forefinger traces tight and firm circles around her stiffened nipple, then his thumb joins to roll it between the two digits. Her body jolts upright, with an unfamiliar whine leaving her lips.
He smirks, wolfish. "It is cute though. How sensitive you are, I mean."
Rosalie is so enraptured by the new pleasure winding her heart and mind into knots that she barely notices a new sensation behind her. It is warm, pressing against her backside.
She moans for him, the knowledge that someone like Sebastian could be so hard, so aroused just for her sends heat plunging through her. Then, the hand not occupied by her chest slides downward. She feels his teeth graze the shell of her ear.
"Is this good with you, Rosalie?" He asks, serious.
He is giving her an out, which is more than she expects that he would. She pauses, unsure of the best way to tell him that it is more than alright. That she never thought she could want anything this potently.
She ends up merely nodding. "Yes..."
With her demure, wavering response, it seems to click in his head. Sebastian hums behind her, the sound oddly musical in his voice.
"Dear Rosalie... Is it possible that this might be your first time?" He asks, with a small tip of a tease.
"I, uh..." She trails off.
Rosalie wants to tell him, but his hand stalled just above where she really wants it to be and it is putting her through hell. He does not wait for a verbal response, in any case, since he is already moving on with the proceedings.
"Well now, lucky me. I never expected that the Troll Vanquisher would come to me for such a momentous occasion." He says with a chuckle. "I shall have to make a good impression then. You should just tell me what you like and what you do not as much, very well?"
Nodding again, her breath catches as his hand moves again, fingers lightly teasing between her thighs. His voice is low and far more level than she is accustomed to.
"Relax now, I will take care of you..."

A summer rainy day 🌦🍃💚
Sebastian x MC wedding 🤍
sweet , kiss , beautiful, wedding , raining ...
it was finally the day!!!!
Seb had proposed to you 1 year ago now, your wedding is happening in the hills near the hamlet of Irondale, you are going to get married in a small white chapel surrounded by white daisies and pink tulips. The theme of the wedding was bohemian and rustic so this place perfectly matched your theme which was simple but beautiful. The place is very captivating because the chapel and the table where you will dine outside has seen on Feldcroft and ancient ruins and castles with even further the sea, the highlands, the forest, the fields and the caves… You were getting ready, Poppy and Natsai were helping you put on your beautiful cream colored lace mermaid dress, you looked beautiful. Your hair was carefully tied in a bun and small white flowers crowned your head. Your makeup was simple pink lip gloss, mascara and pink blush. You were perfect…
The time arrived, you and sebastian were close, he was already waiting for you next to the chapel hotel with ominis as a priest… You walk into the room all your old hogwarts friends and teachers get up to greet you and smile so much you were beautiful, you walk down the aisle to the hotel and sebastian looks at you with shining eyes and sheds a tear so much that you extraordinary… You never imagined that you would end up with Sebastian's ring on your finger until the end of your days… you both say your vows and sebastian kisses you with sweetness and joy… You are finally married!!! The meal goes well there is roast beef with delicious potatoes and for dessert cheese and a white piece with pink roses on it, the taste of the cake was vanilla with pieces of raspberries and strawberries...
To end the evening, there was of course a piano and enchanted violins to dance a slow dance with your husband The music starts to play on its own, Seb holds out his hand to you, you take it and climb the few steps of the porch, he takes you by the waist and the other takes his hand in yours… You two start dancing for a while then the music ends it was the end of the wedding, all the guests were grateful and thanked you for the invitation to your wedding. Then it was just you and your fabulous husband… You sat down on a marble bench in front of a beautiful landscape and you start laughing, teasing as usual, hugging, it was starting to rain, you are shouting the thunderstorm rumbling in the sky then you laugh at your stupid screams… you both run in the mountains of Irondale and you kiss in the rain a lot of times then you go home to a rather luxurious house in Feldcroft, the sequel to the evening was nothing but happiness
I hope you like it , If you have post ideas tell me guys !!!
have a magic day everyone 💚🍃🌦

When will the KristAnna wedding take place: at the beginning of "Frozen 3" or in a short film that may be released this year or not?
"Polar Nights" reinforced that the next big party in Arendelle would be related to Anna's engagement to Kristoff (the last big party was Elsa's birthday in December taking place two months after F2, and since Anna's birthday is in June this event will probably happen sooner), in "All is Found: A Frozen Anthology" it was confirmed that one of the tales will be exactly KristAnna's engagement party (where apparently the Northuldras didn't will be, there is no confirmation of their absence, but if they are, I would bet that they will only be cited as the name of the tribe).
I think of the beginning of "Frozen 3" acting as the intro scene which then has the traditional time jump to get to the actual plot. For me it would work because one of the topics I wanted to be addressed in F3 would be the individual evolution of the sisters and how they created their own connections away from each other, which would generate a certain distance, bringing the discussion: “I may be far from you but I still love you”. But as only fans treat with certain importance that Elsa and Anna live in separate places (Enchanted Forest and Castle), and the canon materials like to reinforce that the distance between the sisters can be covered in minutes and they can talk 24 hours a day if they want it through Gale, I don't think it will be addressed. But even without my fanfic the wedding scene as an introduction is not 100% out of the question.
About a short film there is all that rumor of Josh Gad involving a photo of him in front of Disney Animations (if it is confirmed that this photo is related to something else I still do not rule out this theory of mine) and it will be the 10th anniversary of the franchise, and not I believe the only things prepared would be 2 books (the anthology and Kristoff's solo story), and some probable musical performance that will be streamed on Disney streaming.
And for those saying, "whatever, romantic love doesn't matter in the franchise," Disney literally had a "KristAnna engagement party" themed cruise, so I guess anyone with those kinds of thoughts better get over it.

my very hypothetical wedding plans!
(i am but a child and have not ever had a relationship, but i love romance and thinking about these sorts of things!)
morning of timeline:
5:00 a.m. - 6:00 a.m. morning routine
6:00 a.m. - 7:30 a.m. gather decorations/other things
7:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. last minute things
8:00 a.m. - 8:45 a.m. travel to venue
8:45 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. caterers arrive and set up
8:45 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. wedding party gets dressed
arrangement calls and confirmation should have been set up the week before. the venue should have been set up the day before. eat light breakfast. wear white vintage slip/nightgown.
wedding timeline:
12:00 p.m. - 12:30 p.m. portraits and family pictures*
12:30 p.m. - 12:45 p.m. guest arrival and seating
12:45 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. ceremony
1:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. cocktail half hour
1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. lunch
2:30 p.m. - 2:45 p.m. cake
2:45 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. toasts
3:00 p.m. - 3:10 p.m. first dance
3:10 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. dancing/activities
ceremony and reception are in the same place. venue is most likely a mansion in the suburbs. the ceremony will be set up with dinner tables on either side of the aisle with the arch at the end. i will have a flower child and ring bearer. for the cocktail half hour, guests can just talk, or enjoy the activities, and eat the little snacks. toasts are done by parents of both newlyweds and maid(s) of honor/best man/men. i would prefer only a first dance and no parent dances, but i guess we’ll see what my future spouse wants. lunch is plated and guests selected which meal option they wanted on the rsvp i think. cake will be fully cut and put on plates and put in front of everyone. they will not be able to resist the lemon curd/other fillings!!!!! then dancing can start and the non-dancers can enjoy board games, cards, toys, books, and polaroid cameras. even if someone is completely alone and has no one to talk to (which i really hope isn’t the case!), they will probably be able to enjoy themselves with activities and taking pictures of other people. for an “after party” we’ll probably go to the hotel/airbnb of someone who had to fly in.
*photographs wanted:
things
signs and stuff, rings, bouquet closeup, wide venue shots (ceremony and reception), wedding cake, food shots, decor details, people (portraits), my whole family, future spouse's whole family, couple alone, me and my half of wedding party + flower child/ring bearer, future spouse and their half of wedding party + flower child/ring bearer, couple with entire wedding party, couple with both sets of parents, and flower child and ring bearer together (<33).
people (action)
both parts of the wedding party getting ready, walking down the aisle, exchanging vows, kiss, cake cutting, cake eating, people dancing and having fun, and children specifically having fun.
days?
maybe the sunday before martin luther king day or around valentine’s day..
attire
custom tailored 1840’s style white gown. i could just select some textured white fabric and the whole dress could be made of it with some lace trim on the sleeves, hem, and maybe neckline.
(by the way, i need to get botox in my underarms during the engagement period.)
carved gem ring with something that's significant to the relationship. like each other's eye colors or something that symbolizes the place we met.
paper
i will design the invitations. making them digital would be a great way to save money, but i like the idea of sending physical invitations.
decor
possible themes:
lake of lily pads (frogs, swans, and ducks)
meadow of horses
soft delicate valentines day
enchanted forest
strawberries and lovecore
angels/heaven
cakes and princesscore
antique dolls
“somewhere that's green” from little shop of horrors
land of light and rain
cherished teddies
fabric flowers and patterned or solid colored linens (not white, most likely) to match the theme. centerpieces and signage designed by me to match the theme. little thrifted knick knacks and wares placed on tables to match the theme.
thirteen tables, eleven of them have eight chairs and two have seven chairs. one hundred guests, plus the couple. although there’s also a sweetheart table.
thrift/purchase a theme-matching tea pot (and coffee pot?) for each table, rent colored glasses and theme-matching plates.
food
for the cocktail half hour, there's a table of treats and snacks for people to eat.
i want a plated meal with at least one vegan option and at least one gluten free option. they'll all be pasta.
for cake, i'd like three tiers with white mascarpone frosting and lemon curd/strawberry cream/peaches inside!
activities
chess, checkers, standard 52-card decks, and tarot cards.
toys
these would be for children and others to amuse themselves with and they'll be wedding themed in some way, but the exact toys will have to be based on what theme i decide on....

Factors to Consider When Choosing a Location
Selecting the right location for your pre-wedding shoot requires careful consideration. Factors like personal preferences, themes, and the couple's chemistry play a vital role. Think about whether you want a natural landscape, an urban setting, or a mix of both.
Enchanting Beach Destinations
Nothing whispers romance more than the sound of waves and the touch of sand beneath your feet. Beach destinations create an ethereal backdrop with the sun setting on the horizon, painting the sky in hues of orange and pink.
Romantic Countryside Retreats
Fields of wildflowers, charming farmhouses, and rolling hills present an idyllic setting for capturing love in its purest form. The tranquility of the countryside adds a touch of rustic elegance to your photos.

OUAT rewatch: Episode 1x01
~ The written intro feels more like the script for a trailer than a prologue/introduction. It doesn’t seem necessary to me, since the audience presumably has some idea of the premise already, and if they don’t, it’s explained pretty early on.
~ The open scene really is magical, from the landscape shots to the perfect actors to the real snowfall.
~ No disrespect to Prince Charming, but shouting “Hey” to get the Evil Queen’s attention before throwing the sword at her was not smart. It’s like shouting “Sneak attack” while attacking someone.
~ Emma’s blue star-shaped candle = making a wish on a star, associated with the Blue Fairy
~ It’s striking how Emma and Henry face each other. He’s much shrewder than you’d expect a 10-year-old to be, and he has some similarities to her in attitude and intelligence. The way he outmaneuvers her is similar to how she outmaneuvered her fake date at the start of the episode.
~ “Come home with me.” = a Hadestown reference?
~ “Believing in something doesn’t make it true.” “That’s exactly what makes it true.” Sounds like a convicting statement, but that’s not how either stories or the real world work. There is truth in metaphor, symbolism, and story itself; but truth does not depend on whether someone believes, understands, or acknowledges it. But (spoiler alert) this becomes a key concept in the season 6 finale.
~ Rumpelstiltskin’s first scene is fantastic. I wonder if him being in the dungeon at the beginning has some psychological symbolism for Snow and Charming. His return at the end is a bit startling, and confirms him as a significant recurring character, someone Emma will have to contend with, rather than just a footnote or supporting character in her parents’ story.
~ I don’t know why I didn’t realize it from the start, but the title is much more than just the first line of most fairy tales. Time itself is a central theme of the show, from the very beginning. The curse is being frozen in time. The story structure in each episode jumps between different points in time, showing the impact of the past on the present.
~ In light of these themes, the fact that the clock tower is located right above the library, a place that houses books, is quite fitting!
~ “Giving into one’s dark side never accomplishes anything.” – That line, spoken twice in this episode, could be one of the theses of the show. It hits differently knowing what lies in store for many of the characters!
~ The reply, “How many wars has a clear conscience won?” is a valid question. It’s easy to have principles and ideals in the abstract, but it’s another thing to live them out, especially when someone is threatening you or your loved ones.
~ “Our fate rests on a tree?” makes me think of the cross of Christ, another foretold Savior
~ It’s interesting that Regina’s house has a white color scheme, and in her first scene as mayor she’s wearing light-colored outfit. It’s only afterwards that she switches to a darker outfit. Maybe, instead of the white = good and black = evil symbolism used elsewhere, they decided to contrast white/neutral colors for Regina with vivid colors for Emma, as seen in her red jacket and yellow car.
~ I have questions about the castle setup. Why did Gepetto and Pinocchio go about constructing the wardrobe so far away from the royal couple’s bedrooms? My only guess is that they didn’t expect the baby or the curse to come as quickly as they did.
~ It makes sense for Emma’s last name to be a type of bird, given her mother’s connection with them and the metaphor they serve in her first scene as Mary Margaret.
~ I remain curious about religion in both the Enchanted Forest and Storybrooke. An archbishop officiated Snow and Charming’s wedding, and Mary Margaret is wearing a cross necklace in her first scene. Given that the Grimm brothers were theologians, it would make sense for these characters to be influenced by Christianity, but that raises questions about where the Enchanted Forest and other realms exist.
~ The queen and her forces approaching when a mother is giving birth and searching for her child to kill it is reminiscent of the mother, child, and dragon in Revelation 12
~ Snow and Charming’s love for their daughter and capacity for self-sacrifice are what establishes them as heroes, even more than the audience’s familiarity with their story.
~ Prince Charming defending his newborn child with his life = the most dramatic possible visualization of fatherhood, both gentle and fierce
~ Emma’s journey through the tree-wardrobe is similar to the stories of Moses, Elora Danan, and other mythical children who escape danger as infants, signifying hope for the future of their people.
~ I love all the motifs and little details that nod to the characters’ stories, like Pinocchio carving a whale, Henry’s bedroom lamp showing images of birds, starting with a swan, and Regina going to a mirror when she is threatened.
~ The episode is relatively simple and self-contained, but soooo good! Even though it switches between two timelines, they manage to lead into each other with great effect. For example, Pinocchio appears just one scene after he’s first mentioned, and Grumpy gets his big closeup and line right before his first scene as Leroy.

Ethereal Elegance Capturing the Magic of Bridal Moments
The wedding day is more than just a milestone; it is a tapestry of emotions, dreams, and memories woven together to create an unforgettable experience. Among the many elements that make this day special, the Bridal Photoshoot holds a unique place. It is an art form that immortalizes the bride's journey, showcasing her beauty, emotions, and individuality. This article delves deep into the nuances of bridal photography, offering insights into how it captures the magic of bridal moments with ethereal elegance.
The Essence of a Bridal Photoshoot
A Bridal Photoshoot is not merely about clicking photographs; it is about telling a story. From the delicate lace of the wedding gown to the shimmer of bridal jewelry and the glow on the bride's face, every detail contributes to the narrative. The aim is to preserve fleeting moments that radiate joy, love, and hope for the future.
Bridal photography is an intricate blend of artistry and technique. Photographers work to highlight the bride's personality, using light, composition, and creativity to craft timeless images. Whether it is the candid laughter during makeup or the serene moments of reflection before walking down the aisle, every frame captures a part of the bride's unique journey.
Preparing for the Perfect Bridal Photoshoot
1. Choosing the Right Photographer
The success of a Bridal Photoshoot heavily depends on the photographer. Brides should look for professionals with a portfolio that aligns with their vision. It’s essential to choose someone who understands your personality and can make you feel comfortable. This connection is key to ensuring that the final images are authentic and captivating.
2. Planning the Shoot
A well-planned photoshoot is a seamless one. Discuss details such as themes, locations, and wardrobe changes with your photographer. Consider creating a mood board to communicate your ideas effectively. Whether you dream of a rustic outdoor shoot, a regal palace backdrop, or a minimalist studio session, planning ensures everything aligns perfectly.
3. Timing and Lighting
Natural lighting plays a pivotal role in photography. Many photographers recommend scheduling the shoot during the "golden hour" – early morning or late afternoon – when the light is soft and flattering. For indoor shoots, ensure proper artificial lighting setups to enhance the ambiance.
4. Wardrobe and Accessories
The bridal attire is undoubtedly the star of the show. From traditional sarees and lehengas to modern gowns, the choice of outfit sets the tone for the shoot. Pay attention to accessories, as they add depth and character to the images. Don’t forget to include a mix of heirloom pieces and contemporary designs for a touch of timelessness.
5. Hair and Makeup
Professional hair and makeup artists are indispensable for a bridal photoshoot. They enhance the bride’s features while ensuring that the look complements her attire and the overall theme. Makeup should be photo-friendly, ensuring the bride looks radiant under various lighting conditions.
Popular Themes for Bridal Photoshoots
1. Classic Elegance
This theme is perfect for brides who appreciate timeless beauty. Soft lighting, neutral tones, and traditional poses dominate these shoots, emphasizing grace and sophistication. The focus is on highlighting the bride’s natural beauty and the intricate details of her attire.
2. Fairy Tale Fantasy
For brides who dream of being princesses, a fairy tale theme is ideal. Castles, gardens, and elaborate ball gowns set the stage for magical moments. Props like tiaras, carriages, and floral arches add an enchanting touch.
3. Rustic Charm
Outdoor settings such as barns, vineyards, or forests lend themselves beautifully to rustic-themed bridal shoots. Earthy tones, natural light, and candid poses create a warm and intimate vibe.
4. Modern Minimalism
This theme appeals to contemporary brides who prefer a clean and sleek aesthetic. Monochrome palettes, geometric backdrops, and understated elegance define these shoots. The focus is on simplicity and sophistication.
5. Cultural Splendor
Brides looking to celebrate their heritage can opt for a culturally inspired photoshoot. Vibrant colors, traditional attire, and iconic locations highlight the richness of their roots. These shoots often include rituals, accessories, and other cultural elements that make them truly unique.
Capturing Emotions in Bridal Photography
A Bridal Photoshoot is incomplete without capturing the raw emotions of the day. These moments go beyond staged poses, offering a glimpse into the bride’s inner world:
The Anticipation: The moments leading up to the wedding are filled with excitement and nervousness. Candid shots of the bride getting ready capture this mix of emotions beautifully.
The Joy: Smiling through tears during the first look or laughing with bridesmaids, these joyous moments light up the bride’s face.
The Sentiment: Tender interactions with family members, such as a father’s proud gaze or a mother’s gentle touch, add depth to the photos.
The Confidence: The bride’s solo portraits exude confidence, highlighting her individuality and elegance.
The Role of Technology in Bridal Photography
The evolution of technology has revolutionized bridal photography. High-resolution cameras, drones, and advanced editing software allow photographers to push creative boundaries. Here are a few technological trends making waves:
Drone Shots: Aerial photography captures grand venues and outdoor settings, adding a cinematic touch.
Cinematic Videos: Combining motion and music, these videos narrate the bride’s journey in a compelling way.
Retouching and Editing: Advanced software ensures flawless images while retaining natural beauty.
3D Photography: This emerging trend creates dynamic images, adding a new dimension to bridal shoots.
Tips for Brides to Shine During Their Photoshoot
Be Yourself: Authenticity is key. Let your natural personality shine through, and don’t hesitate to share ideas or preferences with your photographer.
Relax: Nervousness can show in photos. Take deep breaths, trust your photographer, and enjoy the experience.
Hydrate and Rest: Ensure you’re well-rested and hydrated to maintain your energy and glow throughout the shoot.
Practice Poses: Spend some time practicing poses and expressions in front of a mirror to boost confidence.
Include Personal Touches: Incorporate elements that reflect your personality or relationship, such as favorite flowers, letters, or mementos.
Why a Bridal Photoshoot is Worth It
The value of a Bridal Photoshoot extends beyond the wedding day. These photographs become cherished memories, passed down through generations. They celebrate the bride not just as a part of a couple but as an individual embarking on a new chapter. Moreover, the experience itself is a celebration of her journey, allowing her to revel in the moment and feel truly special.
Conclusion
A Bridal Photoshoot is more than a tradition; it’s an opportunity to capture the essence of a bride’s emotions, elegance, and individuality. Through careful planning, creative themes, and a skilled photographer, these moments are transformed into timeless works of art. As brides look back on these images years later, they’ll be reminded of the magic, love, and beauty that marked the beginning of a lifelong journey. After all, there’s nothing more enchanting than the ethereal elegance of a bride in her moment of glory.

The Ultimate Guide to Choosing Locations for Your Pre-Wedding Shoot
Planning a pre-wedding shoot is one of the most exciting parts of your journey to the big day. But with so many choices, how do you find that perfect backdrop to capture your love story? Don’t worry; we’ve got you covered! This guide will help you discover the best locations for pre-wedding shoots, blending creativity, convenience, and charm.
Introduction: Why Pre-Wedding Shoot Locations Matter
A pre-wedding shoot is more than just a photoshoot — it’s an experience, a celebration of your journey together. Choosing the right location for your pre-wedding shoot sets the tone for these cherished memories, making them timeless and unique.
Factors to Consider When Choosing a Location
Selecting the perfect location requires careful thought. Here’s what you should keep in mind:
Accessibility: Is the location easy to reach for both you and your photographer?
Weather: Does the weather complement your theme and style?
Permissions: Are permits required to shoot there?
Budget: Can the location fit within your financial plan?
Nature’s Paradise: Embrace Scenic Landscapes
If you’re a couple who loves nature, head to lush green forests, mountain ranges, or serene lakesides. Locations like gardens, national parks, or waterfalls provide an enchanting backdrop. Picture yourselves framed by blooming flowers or a golden sunset over the hills — it’s pure magic!
Urban Elegance: Capturing Modern Cityscapes
City lovers, rejoice! Skyscrapers, bustling streets, or quiet alleyways with graffiti art offer a chic and modern vibe. Places like rooftop bars, iconic landmarks, or urban parks can add an edge to your photos.

Historical Charm: Relive the Old-World Romance
Nothing says timeless love like a touch of history. Choose castles, ancient ruins, or colonial-era buildings for a royal and classic feel. Imagine yourselves against the backdrop of an ancient fort, with your love story blending beautifully into history.
Beach Bliss: Sun, Sand, and Serenity
Beaches are perfect for couples seeking a relaxed and romantic atmosphere. The soft sand, rolling waves, and fiery sunsets make for stunning photographs. Think of walking hand-in-hand along the shore or dancing barefoot under the stars.
Quirky Spots for the Fun-Loving Couple
Love a bit of adventure? Choose quirky and unconventional locations like amusement parks, rustic barns, or retro diners. These fun and offbeat backdrops showcase your playful side and give your photos a unique twist.
Home Sweet Home: Personal and Intimate Settings
Sometimes, the best locations are close to your heart — literally. Your home, a family estate, or even a cozy café where you first met can make for intimate and meaningful photos.
Seasonal Considerations for Your Shoot
Every season has its charm. Spring offers blooming flowers, summer brings vibrant colors, autumn provides golden hues, and winter boasts a cozy, magical vibe. Choose a location that aligns with the season and your desired aesthetic.
Timing Is Everything: Best Time of Day to Shoot
The time of day can make or break your photos. The golden hours — shortly after sunrise and before sunset — offer soft, natural lighting. Avoid midday shoots when the harsh sun creates unflattering shadows.
Permissions and Legalities: What You Need to Know
Some locations require special permissions or permits, especially if they’re public or historic sites. Check in advance to avoid last-minute surprises. Always respect local rules and maintain the site’s integrity.
Incorporating Your Personal Style into the Location
Your pre-wedding shoot should reflect your personality as a couple. Love books? Try a quaint library. Foodies? Hit up a trendy food market. Infuse your style into your location for a more authentic vibe.
Budget-Friendly Options for Every Couple
Not every dreamy location has to cost a fortune. Look for public parks, scenic highways, or local attractions that require little to no fees. Creativity goes a long way in finding beautiful yet affordable spots.
Preparing for the Big Day: Tips for a Smooth Shoot
Scout the Location: Visit your chosen spot ahead of time to plan the shots.
Dress Comfortably: Wear outfits that match the location and allow you to move freely.
Pack Essentials: Bring water, snacks, and any props you may need.
Communicate with Your Photographer: Discuss your vision to ensure everyone is on the same page.
Conclusion: Making Memories That Last Forever
Your pre-wedding shoot is a chance to pause and celebrate your love amidst the wedding planning chaos. By choosing the right location for your pre-wedding shoot, you’ll create memories and photographs that you’ll treasure forever. So go ahead, pick a spot that feels like a slice of your love story, and let the magic unfold!

Whimsical Weddings: A Fairytale Photoshoot
Every couple dreams of a wedding that feels like it’s straight out of a fairytale. From ethereal details to enchanting moments, a whimsical wedding photoshoot brings those dreams to life, creating timeless images that capture the magic of the day. Whether you're envisioning a whimsical garden celebration or an enchanting forest affair, the charm of a fairytale-inspired wedding is all about blending fantasy with reality, making every detail feel as if it’s part of a storybook romance.
Setting the Scene: Creating a Fairytale Atmosphere
The key to a whimsical wedding photoshoot is in the setting. The venue you choose plays a crucial role in bringing your fairytale vision to life. Imagine saying your vows in a lush garden, surrounded by flowers that seem to bloom just for you, or exchanging your first kiss under the soft glow of fairy lights hanging from trees. The backdrop should reflect the romance and wonder of your love story, offering plenty of opportunities for beautiful, magical photos.
For those with a more adventurous spirit, forested landscapes or castles with ornate details can add a touch of mystery and elegance to your photos. The whimsical charm comes alive in these locations, as the beauty of nature or the historical grandeur of architecture adds layers of wonder to the shoot.
Magical Details: Styling Your Whimsical Wedding Photoshoot
To enhance the fairytale feel, the small details are just as important as the larger scene. Think of delicate lace, soft flowing fabrics, and sparkly accents that catch the light in an almost otherworldly way. A whimsical wedding isn't complete without touches of fantasy, so consider incorporating elements like fairy lights, lanterns, or even a horse-drawn carriage to make your photoshoot feel like a scene from a dream.
Bridal accessories can also play a significant role in creating that fairytale atmosphere. A flower crown, a vintage tiara, or a stunning veil can be the perfect finishing touches. Choose romantic and soft colors like pastel pinks, lavender, and soft blues to tie everything together, or opt for bold accents that mimic the enchantment of a fairytale world, like rich jewel tones or metallic gold.
The groom’s attire can also reflect the whimsical theme. Whether it's a classic tuxedo with a twist, a tailored suit in unique shades, or adding charming details like pocket watches or cufflinks shaped like leaves or stars, your wardrobe choices should reflect the magical nature of your love story.
Capturing the Magic: A Whimsical Photoshoot
When it comes to capturing the essence of a whimsical wedding, a skilled photographer knows how to highlight the subtle magic of the day. Candid moments between the couple, such as a soft laugh, a whispered secret, or a shared glance, will show the deep connection you share. These moments are just as important as the posed pictures, as they bring a sense of realness to the fairytale fantasy.
The use of light is another crucial element in achieving that whimsical look. Soft, diffused lighting creates a dreamy, ethereal effect that makes every image feel like a scene from a romantic fairytale. Golden hour, when the sun is low in the sky, is perfect for these magical photos, as the warm light adds an enchanting glow to everything it touches.
Incorporating elements like flowing fabrics in the wind or using props like a vintage carriage, oversized floral arrangements, or even a simple book of fairytales can bring a playful, whimsical touch to your photoshoot. Don’t shy away from experimenting with these creative ideas—they’ll give your photos a timeless, magical appeal.
