I fucking love Emilia, she's like, the exact sort of woman I'd go for. Constantly grumpy. Rude. Snarky. Will punch me. But is, realistically, very, very sweet.

And yes, that is a real frame from the anime, and yet another reason why she will always be in my top five. Grumpy bbygurl with an attitude like cobra venom. Sign me the fuck up.

Reactions to you moving down the Hall

Maou 

Maou came home and sat at the table. Ashiya told him about the new neighbor down the hall. Maou was happy to have a new neighbor, but was dreading Emi’s reaction. He was thinking about all sorts of crazy stuff she will say to you about them. Maou decided that he should introduce himself tomorrow and get to know you a bit to save face for the inevitable Emi tornado coming.  

Ashiya

Ashiya bumped into you as he was leaving to go grocery shopping. He apologized and noticed the box in your hand. “You must be our new neighbor” He said “ I am Shiro Ashiya.” You smiled and said “ I am (Y/N), I look forward to getting to know my neighbors better, please excuse me I have a lot of unpacking to do before my shift.”. Ashiya smiled and whished you a good day, hoping to run into you again. 

Urushihara

He overheard Maou and Ashiya talking about it while surfing the web. He was mildly interested and curious about how the hero will handle this information. 

Emi 

She was stalking the boys as she normally does and watched you move in. Emi was concerned for your safety. Her head was spinning with different ideas on how to get to know you. She did not want to disturb you while unpacking and made a mental note to come to talk with you in a couple days.

Urushihara gets a migraine from staring at his computer screen too long. Ashiya is uncaring at first but then helpful… idk I want a sickfic with Luci, and Ashiya/ Maou caring/ being the big brothers they are. Lol love this smol tiny nerd.

Devil is a Part Timer is an exhausting watch (^_^;)

They always go for a love triangle interest to keep you interested, just like The issue with Sakura Naruto and Sasuke. Except in most places, I ‘defeat’ that stupid plot devices animes use by just going

“you know what? They’re ALL in love” ٩( ╹▿╹ )۶〜♡

But Chiho has no chemistry towards Emi at all. Well played writers, you have me there. I frankly don’t even like Chiho (am I spelling it right?) being set up! Chiho is 16 and Satan is 21 in human years, meanwhile Emi is 17-18. If it was Chiho with Emi would be less creepy but instead Chiho is set to apparently be with Satan by the end.

Dumb love triangle aside it’s a good show though and worth the watch but maybe not the binge. You gotta take this slow cause the plot is EQUALLY slow and exhausting to drag through sometimes.
