'Have we let y/n y/ln get away with way too much?'

Yes folks, it might be our own fault, we have created a monster in the form y/n y/ln. Mediocre actress at best and with an even worse personality, if the latest events are any indication.

But how could we let this happen? Come on, we're smarter than this!

The thing is, y/n brainwashed us into believing that her doe-eyed, no-brain characters were actually her. Don't beat yourselves up over this too much, even I was a victim of those pretty eyes. But now that the blindfold has fallen, we have come to realize we have let y/n get away with everything!

You might know y/n from Supercut, the romantic comedy that took the world by storm in 2019, where she starred alongside Aidan Kim and it lead to these two becoming one of the general public’s most cherished couples. At least until two months ago, when their breakup was announced via Inside Out. Although there haven’t been any official statements, given the circumstances, we believe it was the actress who broke it off with Kim.

But whether she’s dating a new guy now or not, why do we keep letting her do whatever she wants?

How did she actually brainwash us into thinking she’s anything close to an “it girl”? After Supercut, all she’s done is the absolute bare minimum to keep people talking about her, it’s all RomComs and no effort. I didn’t want to be that person, and you have to believe me on this, but Aidan Kim made her.

Let’s remember Aidan built his career from the ground as a member of Star-5 the early 2010’s boyband that split in 2018. He was the ‘someone’ in the relationship. How can people even compare having the hit song “Round and Round” in your résumé to being in Scream (Netflix) and The Mist (again, Netflix)?

Aidan made us like her and the writers of Parisian Valentine, The Hating Game and Last Night In Love, did her a HUGE favor by consolidating her as the “Queen of RomComs” by what standard? Well, don’t ask me.

The truth is, we accepted y/n into our hearts and homes, thanks to Aidan Kim and an unbelievable amount of luck, and we haven’t held her accountable for anything ever.

THERE are tears in your eyes, and despite your best efforts not to let them run down your cheeks, it's futile. The worst part is that you're the one doing this to yourself. There's zero need to read 'articles' from pseudo journalists on how a man gave you your career and how you're tossing it into the trash for another. Not to mention the cascade of curses you received for a picture on instagram, where everyone thought you were with the other man.

Has your life really come to this? People don't talk about you unless a guy is involved? You loathe it. Your career was never about Aidan, and it's not about Charles now. Who only makes things worse every time he shows up and yet you can't manage to bring it up to him.

It's embarrassing. You don't want to walk up to him during whatever free time he has in a hectic weekend, and ask him if it really doesn't annoy him everything the press has made up about the two of you, or if he's really that unbothered by being paired up with you in the wildest scenarios, and tell him that he can shut them down whenever he feels like it (you wish he would already), and let him know you won't mind whatever he says about not being involved with you.

But no, Mr. Leclerc is busy giving unclear answers at interviews and liking your instagram posts, as if this isn't already a wildfire.

You put down your phone and pick it back up almost immediately, Vic's ringtone fills your hotel room and you wipe away your tears before answering her FaceTime request.

"Were you crying?" it's the first thing she says, moving her sunglasses to the top of her head. There's a lot of noise in the background and you can barely make the words out, but she comes so close to the phone that all you can see is the tip of her nose. "Why were you crying?"

"It's nothing, Vic. What's up?" you sigh, rubbing your eyes only makes things worse but you don't want to worry about that now.

"I just got to Monaco, babe," the phone is at a safe distance from her nostrils again and you can see around her, the airport where you landed a few days ago. "I'm with my parents," she rolls her eyes, lowering her voice. "But if you could get me into the Ferrari Suite I can hang out with you tomorrow!"

They allowed you one guest and the spot has already been taken by Mati, so there really isn't much you can do in terms of getting her into the Ferrari Suite. "Well, let me see what I can do, okay?"

"Okay," she sounds unsure, you know Vic enough to be sure she expected a different answer. "I mean my parents have Lounge privileges but it's more fun to be with you."

Had she said something about coming to Monaco you might have been able to do something, but as far as you were concerned she planned to stay in France all week, enjoying Cannes and mingling.

"I'll do my best Vic, but you know how they are," you exhale heavily, "Plus it's a crazy-ass weekend."

"Isn't it always?" she's yawning now, "We can meet for dinner later and you can tell me what's up alright? Being with my parents is so boring."

You shake your head, "Be nice, they just want to hang out with you. I'll call you after Quali," you check the clock on top of the nightstand, it's 10 am. You have to get ready for FP3, which you don't care about attending or not but Stuart Schaffer asked to see you, so you haven't got much of a choice.

"Sure babes, love you." Vic pulls her sunglasses down again and blows a kiss to the screen.

"Love you too," it's your turn to yawn as you tap the hang up button.

You look at the special edition Ferrari cap you received as a gift yesterday on top of your suitcase and immediately discard the idea of wearing it. No caps. And then the wave of disgust invades you, are you seriously going to do what some random man said on a podcast you came across by accident?

The answer is yes, unfortunately.

You would rip your leg off if you could, at least it would mean you’d be able to get out of this chair and away from Stuart. But his palm resting on top of your knee feels like a death grip and you’re frankly afraid to move in case it goes further up.

Mati decided to skip FP3 and you’re really hoping she’ll be on time for Quali because you have no one else to talk to, Stuart is just parading you around again and keeping you way too close for comfort because he’s in a great mood since both Ferraris maintained their top spots and things are looking hopeful for Qualifying.

You know it’s your chance to ask if you can bring Victoria around tomorrow, and you know the answer will be yes, but you don’t. You don’t want to ask things from this man, he’s the type to never forget a debt.

You barely catch a glimpse of Carlos and Charles as they walk by on the way to their debrief and Charles waves at you quickly, with a single-dimpled smile. He’s wearing the same cap you refused to put on.

“I’m going to call my friend,” you blurt out once Charles is out of sight, finally moving your leg back to make Stuart’s hand drop. “She had the worst hangover, I have to check up on her.”

“Oh, you girls get wild in Monaco,” Stuart cackles as you sprint away from him, actually resisting the urge to wipe your knee clean.

"Hey y/n!" Mati's voice can barely be heard above the EDM playing wherever she is. "What's up?"

"Where are you?" you whine, looking back inside the Suite. "Help."

"What's wrong?" you picture her frowning as she tries to walk away from the noise helplessly.

You feel guilty for worrying her so you sigh. "Nothing, I just hate being here. Are you coming here for Qualifying?"

"Yep," she pops the 'p' and laughs. "Listen, why don't we have lunch here at the yacht and then go back for Quali?"

"Yes!" once again you look over your shoulder to where the Elix men are laughing at their own jokes and patting each other's backs. “I’m on my way, okay?”

“I’ll be right here, also don’t scare me like that again, please.”

“Sorry,” you chuckle, embarrassed. Maybe you’re a bit dramatic at times, but it’s really all good-natured. “See you in a minute.”

You turn to the door of the Suite, giving a short jump back when you open it at the same time as someone else.

“Oh, god,” you sigh, stepping inside as Charles moves out of the way to let you in. “Thanks.”

“Sorry I scared you,” he smiles, closing the door again once you’re fully in. Charles is once again holding a closed Elix can, tapping his fingers on the side.

You eye it suspiciously, wondering if the thing has really grown on him. After all, one of the first things he told you was how much it disgusted him.

“It’s alright. I thought you were in your debrief?” You grab a can of Elix yourself, looking good in front of the sponsors cannot hurt.

“It was a short one. Keep doing what you’re doing kind of thing,”

“Right. Well, good for both of you,” you look around for Carlos but he’s nowhere to be seen. “Would it jinx it to say ‘good luck’ for later?”

You know many sportspeople take their jinxes and rituals way seriously, and you don’t want to be the one to blame if something goes wrong for the local star.

Charles considers this for a second and then shakes his head no. “Wish me luck,” he smiles.

“Good luck, Charles.” You beam back at him, enjoying—despite yourself—the way his eyes burn into yours.

You’re back at the Suite with Mati 10 minutes before Qualifying starts. The tension that had seeped out of your body in the form of laughter and loud singing with Mati is already making its way back to your back and jaw. You’re not ready to be around the Elix people again, but you must. However, first, you make Matilde promise she won’t leave your side.

Stuart Schaffer is already patting the empty seat next to him when you make your way through the refreshment tables. You smile at him, a muscle in your cheek falters as you walk past him on your way to the balcony, to catch both Ferraris leaving the garage.

“Oh don’t drink that,” you whisper when you see Mati walk your way, two cans of Gold Elix in her hands. “Don’t.”

Matilde snorts, “You’re literally the ambassador of this thing, and you don’t like it?”

“SHHH!”

“Fine, but those guys are looking at us so we have to at least sip it.”

You groan, opening the one she offers you and then taking a huge gulp. “Yum,” you mock.

Mati laughs again before her face goes sour with the taste. “Oh my God,”

“Warned you,” yet you take another sip. You think that if it grew on Charles it might grow on you, but you don’t really see it happening.

Q1 and Q2 go by smoothly, at least for Ferrari and you’re on the edge of your seat for Q3. This is the race you’ve been more excited for, but it’s not like you’ve attended many others. Still, Monaco just hits different.

The end of Q3 almost gives you a heart attack, although you also blame your almost empty Elix. You didn’t even notice how much you drank, but the thing that really gets your heart jumping out of your chest is Victoria’s ringtone.

Begrudgingly, you turn away from the track. She has texted you a thousand times, without exaggerating, since Quali started and you know it’s because she’s bored out of her mind at the Lounge with her parents. But you’re starting to find this genuinely entertaining and you are bothered by the distraction.

“I told you I’d call you after Quali, Vic,” you singsong, looking up at the screens inside the Suite.

“Well Quali is almost over, no one cares about the last three minutes.”

You do, Max Verstappen is in first place, then Charles and Checo in P3. You’re crossing your fingers for Charles to manage to get above both Red Bulls. And for Carlos to squeeze in there too.

You don’t say anything else, too enthralled by the battle on the screen.

“Y/n?” Vic raises her voice, “Are you listening to me?”

“Yes Vic, what is it?”

“We’re going to be at Ferrari together tomorrow, right?”

You wince, glad she chose a phone call instead of FaceTime this time around. You haven’t asked and you don’t intend to. Vic still has VIP Lounge access, she’ll be fine.

“They said no, Vic.” You lie, your eyes scanning the screen, it’s the last lap before they get the checkered flag out. “I’m sorry.”

“What? Why? Did you tell them I can give them publicity? I have one million followers!”

“Monaco is different from Miami,” you explain gently, “But you’ll still be at the VIP, you have a great view.”

“Yeah, whatever,” she’s beyond annoyed now, as it happens every time things don’t go her way. You can’t blame her, but you also think it will be good for her to spend some time with her parents, whom she refuses to visit although they live in Malibu and pay her mortgage. “We’re still up for dinner though, right?”

“Yep! I’ll meet you at your hotel.”

“Okay see you then, babes.”

By the time your eyes return to the screen, Charles is in P1, Carlos in P3 and the Ferrari Suite is exploding in cheers.

YOU’RE up painfully early the next day. Vic and you went back to your respective hotel way past three am and you’re exhausted, but at least you had enough self-control to avoid today’s hangover.

Nevertheless, the morning goes by in a blur between breakfast with Elix people, calls with Mildred and Walter, your manager, and two casting agents that tell you that no, you don’t need to go for an in-person casting, you’re not getting the role.

By the time you get to the Suite you have a headache and the knot on your throat is progressively getting harder to swallow. You only make things worse by rage-reading tweets with your #IsOver hashtag.

People claim, with more force every day, that Aidan gave you everything and you are starting to regret ever meeting him.

You have worked your ass off for years, taking on small roles, commercials, stock-photo deals. Learning scripts and going to castings and taking classes, you have been criticized and rejected for more things than just “not fitting the role”.

You have given everything you are and everything you have, and people assure what you got in return you owe it all to some man.

“Hola y/n!” Carlos is the first one to get back to the Suite and you wish he would rub off some of his good mood on you. “How are you today?”

“Hi Carlos, I’m alright and you?”

“You definitely look it,” he says, semi-sarcastically. “Something on your mind?”

The knot is back in your throat so you shake your head no. “And yours?”

“Nada de nada.” he smiles. You’re still growing on each other, but this is the most comfortable you’ve been while sharing the same space.

Charles arrives while Carlos, Mati (who is hungover from her party at the yachts) and you are comparing workout playlists. Wearing what now seems to be like his comfort cap, and a pair of ugly ripped jeans, he smiles brightly at the three of you.

You’re happy to see both Ferrari boys so smiley after the past couple races. Miami especially. And you hope they’ll do well; but you’re particularly scared for Charles, and whatever it is that made him unlucky in his hometown, you don’t want this day to end on a sour note.

You spend about an hour talking to them about anything, your movies, their races, Mati's tour with Romeo and Juliet. Music, hobbies and quirks, Charles and Carlos have an opinion on everything and they are actually quite fun to be around. Then, a Ferrari Team member comes to get them for the Drivers Parade so you wave them goodbye, wishing them a smooth race.

"You're not going to wish me luck, y/n?" Charles asks, the smirk on his face is one you identify as mischievous, and it makes a small wave of anxiety run down your back.

Mati stops the bottle of water halfway through her mouth to ogle at the two of you, and the palpable tension that has installed itself in the space.

"Good luck, Charles," the smile you return falters in one corner, but Charles doesn't seem to mind as he adjusts his cap and says thank you before leaving behind Carlos.

Mati has forgotten about her need to hydrate and is staring at you with both eyebrows raised. "I thought you were not doing that?" she gestures with her head towards the door through which both drivers vanished.

"I'm not doing anything," you reply, defensively. "He's being—"

"y/n, you could cut the tension there for a minute," Mati finally takes a swig of water and you wait for her to continue talking. "Like I said, I don't recommend it but... you're free to do whatever you want." she isn't unkind while wording that last part, but it still stings you with annoyance.

"Thanks, Mati." you bite the inside of your cheek, leaning back into the sofa.

The Ferrari Suite explodes in cheers once the checkered flag is out. After a frankly insane race with rain, crashes and too-long pit stops, both Ferraris have crossed the finish line, and most importantly Charles has finally managed to get rid of his Monaco curse. His enlarged picture appears on every screen with P1 right in the middle. Carlos is P4, but the points are extremely important in the long run, so people celebrate nevertheless.

Before you know it, Mati and you are being dragged down to the track for the podium celebrations. You're buzzing with excitement, holding Matilde's hand as you run to one side, where the mechanics can't crush you as they jump up and down.

Even above the general screams of happiness, you can hear talks of 'Charles deserves this so much', 'It was about time' and 'His hard work is finally paying off at home'.

At least someone's blood, sweat and tears are valued.

YOU are probably not living down the Charles dating allegations this weekend. Which is not your fault, honestly, had they enlarged the picture, it would have shown Mati just as excited for Ferrari as you were. She's Italian, and she bleeds for Ferrari.

But right now, surprisingly, you're not overwhelmed with whatever it is they're saying on Twitter. Although it took Mati snatching your phone away and tossing it in her own purse before sitting you down to retouch your makeup for the celebration party.

Victoria is joining you too, because a 'the more the merrier' applies to any sort of party happening in a Monaco club, especially if it is for the unofficial prince.

It is the first time in three months you let go of your worries, even if it is for the shortest amount of time as you dance with Victoria and Mati and drink anything you please and whoop every time the DJ mentions Charles and Carlos.

You're happy to be with your friends, away from Elix and celebrating two people who can become something more than coworkers to you. Although through the night you see them on a few occasions, Carlos waves at you as he passes by a few times only stopping in the third time to let you congratulate him with a quick hug that's more of a shoulder squeeze than anything.

Charles is obviously harder to approach, and to be fair, it's not like you're even trying. He's surrounded by his hometown friends and by anyone who wants to have his attention for a minute, for a picture or a dance or to buy him a drink.

It's past three am when Victoria is beyond buzzed and you're starting to feel exhausted so you decide it's time to leave. Mati has found someone to take home so she's been gone for around forty minutes, minding her business.

"Come on, let's go," you are grabbing Victoria by the wrist as her ankle twists. "We've both had enough," you laugh, Victoria joins your laughter as you snake through the crowd of people pumping fists in the air, some of them point and wave at you and you smile back at them politely.

You hear your name being passed around a few times, but you focus on finding the exit while keeping Victoria by your side, who has started to whine about not wanting to leave.

Once you break into the outside, you take a breath of fresh air, the coolness makes your skin rise in goosebumps and you shiver, letting go of Victoria to lift the hair on the back of your neck.

"It's too early!" Victoria complains once again, her eyes are glassy and she's just as sweaty.

"It's not, plus you're drunk, we should leave," your ears still feel drowned in the sound of music. “My feet are killing me.”

The exit opens again, and a couple stumbles out laughing and they tell Vic and you goodbye in drunken French. Before the door shuts again, Charles is out on the street too.

"I heard you were leaving," he says in what you're sure it's a too loud voice. But your ears have barely stopped ringing, so you can't blame him. "Are you two okay?" he eyes Victoria, who is starting to lean down on her knees to soothe her dizziness.

"Oh we're alright, we've just partied enough," you smile at him. Charles is rosy, bright-eyed and sweaty. Is it corny to describe someone as painfully handsome?

"I didn't get to congratulate you," you add, trying to keep your attention on Charles while being aware that Victoria might start retching at any given moment. "You did amazing."

Victoria straightens immediately, her glassy stare focusing on Charles. "You're such a good driver, Charles, for real."

"Thank you," Charles nods awkwardly a few times as Victoria pokes him with her left index finger. "And thank you y/n."

"Come on, Vic," you chuckle, keeping her hand away from Charles. "Seriously though, I'm happy for you."

Charles smiles again, running a hand through his hair. "Thank you, really. I'm sorry I didn't see you earlier," he points behind him, to the club.

"It's your party, you can't be everywhere,"

Vic is yawning loudly, and you roll your eyes, amused. "We better get going."

"y/n, when are you flying to Spain?" Charles blurts out, the moment you turn to lead Vic down the street.

"I'm not sure, Wednesday probably?"

"You know, I can still show you a place or two in Monaco. If you want." He sinks his left hand in the front pocket of his dark jeans, and you wonder where the mischievous aura from what seems like ages ago went.

You pause, letting Vic put her whole weight on your shoulder as she finally gives up to the exhaustion. "Um well..."

The same tension that appeared at the Ferrari Suite is back, and the more you hesitate, the thicker it becomes.

Victoria pulls you down with her as she throws her head back, yawning again. Charles is just in time to hold you back up, his other arm pulling Vic back to a standing position.

"Only if you want," he says, he is far too close now and you can smell the mix of alcohol and cologne on him.

And maybe it's the alcohol in your own system, and you'll regret this once you sober up and realize that you told Matilde several times this is exactly what you were not going to do, but you say yes.

"At that time, I felt it didn't matter. I would sleep for an hour or two and wake up feeling healthy again. But now my mind says it doesn't matter, but my body is protesting."

This year, he was filming in Hengdian. Later, one day, he found that his tonsils were inflamed and swallowing was very painful, but he went to work as usual. It was not until the director came over and asked him, "What's wrong with your eyes?" that he saw his eyes swollen in the mirror. By the afternoon, "I looked like a frog."

Halfway through the interview, Xiao Zhan suddenly said that he had a conflicting attitude towards long interviews. Observation, feeling, understanding and expression are the key to an actor's creativity.

"Dialogue is also muscle memory." Xiao Zhan said, "Although I am very i, I am not autistic. Because I think actors need to learn to express, express your inner thoughts, and digest the content handed to you by the other party."

Before the filming of "Sunshine by my Side" began, he met with the main creators and held several script meetings to deepen their understanding of each other and the characters. He also gradually gained more self-awareness: "Technique may not be my forte, it depends more on feelings. Only when I have my own feelings can I have the confidence to interpret it. If I rely purely on some techniques, I think it is not moving enough."

It has been 8 years since Xiao Zhan made his acting debut. Looking at his resume, he has played leading roles in various TV series and movies. But he still feels that he is a newcomer and hopes to work with more experienced production teams in the future.

He doesn't think too much, and he doesn't actually know the work plan divided by year very well. He only cares about what the work arrangements for the next stage are, rather than "asking about things too far ahead."

"I still feel like a child, but actually I'm not anymore. It seems like I'm still in high school, but actually I've grown up." A child's mind means having curiosity, desire to explore, and imagination.

He puts these curiosities and explorations into the characters. "I mean, for me, when I dig into the character's background and past, I discover the complexity and contradictions of the character as a person and present them. In this way, some of his choices and motivations may be understood by the audience, and the work may be good, and you will have the current audience, right?"

To some extent, it works and, as any good Frenchwoman, Garance understood she was savvy to play the atout charme joker card. Which is exactly what she does - also, being French, she knows exactly what type of European public is instantly attracted to the Barbour reference: a public whose wallets she needs.

ok so YN and Abel first met in late 2016.

She was in a recording studio in LA after finishing up a session with another artist. On her way out, she saw fellow producer Ali Payami. Besides formally being in the most famous band to date, YN was getting more and more recognized for her producing skills.

So after extending a hand out to help the producer in need, she's then introduced to Abel. They vaguely knew each other from commercial success but they actually spent a good hour or so just talking and getting to know one another—she's a firm believer in getting to know the artist behind the music before working with them.

Conversation came easy and a friendship was effortlessly formed as they bonded over their love for music, producing, and knowing how to speak in different languages.

Not long after, she's shown the song he had been working on before he got stuck. And she goes back to her roots: harmonies.

With a suggestion and demonstration of harmonizing with his vocals in his verse:

she finds herself in the recording booth laying down vocals for her own verse and chorus for the song.

The two had so much fun making music together that over the next few years, they made three more songs together: Off The Table, Save Your Tears, and You Right.

Harry has only seen Abel a small hand full of times in person. The first time the two met was during the recording of Off The Table back in 2019.

Harry had just taken his keys out of the front door of YN's home to find the open space absent of her presence. He did get there an hour earlier than he initially told her for a nice surprise after she's had a long day in the studio working on her album.

He knocks on the glass door before entering to find YN in front of the large studio panel with The Weeknd sitting on his own swivel chair beside her.

YN doesn't invite just anyone to her home studio. Aside from Harry and Lizzo, no other artist has recorded in her sacred space.

"Hey b-Harry," YN smiles at her secret boyfriend, pleasantly surprised to have him home earlier than expected.

"Oh shit," Abel laughs in disbelief with a fist in front of his smile. "You're Harry Styles."

"What the 'ell, you didn't seem that excited when yeh first met me," She playfully scoffs.

"You weren't as cool then," Abel teases, making her laugh and Harry's chest burn. Putting on his media-trained persona, Harry takes the artist's outreached hand in a firm handshake, "I'm Abel. Nice you, man."

"M'Harry," He smiles a closed-lipped smile and YN bites one back as she immediately sees through her love's front. "Sorry, am I interrupting something?" Harry asks, the skin on his arms beginning to tingle from not having her in them yet.

"Not at a—"

"Actually," She interrupts Abel and looks to Harry with an amused smile. "We were in the middle of something. If yeh don't mind waiting another half hour or so, we should be wrapping up soon," She advises, making it seem like Harry was there for a recording session rather than anything else.

It really takes everything in her to stifle her giggle at the sight of her boyfriend trying his hardest to keep his front up, knowing full well how much he wants her to be in his arms, pressing her lips to his so lovingly, and having a cuddle.

"Not at all," Harry nods when every fiber of his being is telling him to throw her over his shoulder and ditch the other artist who's taking up her time instead of being with him. "But do you mind if I talk with yeh for a quick sec?" He nods his head over to the other room.

He grows even more frustrated when she hums in contemplation before scrunching up her nose, "Can it wait? M'working."

Harry takes a glance at Abel who's sitting there completely oblivious, clearly not fighting against spending time in the studio with his close friend.

"Of course," He reassures with a smile that YN can quickly tell is forced. "Nice meeting you, Abel."

"Same here, man."

And with that, he's softly closing the glass door behind him when he really just wants to slam it shut.

He waits an hour and a half before Abel finally leaves. Once she comes back into her home after walking him out, she's quickly pressed up against her door by her boyfriend pressing his mouth feverishly to hers.

"Why are yeh laughing?" He asks against her mouth. "There's nothing funny."

"You," She holds onto his cheeks, pulling him back so she can finally get a breath in, "You're cute."

He's quickly attaching his mouth to her neck, pressing open-mouthed kisses at the spot her neck and shoulder meet and she hums happily. He makes his way back up her neck, her jawline, and back to her mouth.

"Missed you," He says, his hand already crawling and dipping into the front of her shorts to where she craves him. She gasps against his mouth, titling her back to thump against the door but since he towers over her, he keeps his lips ghosting over hers.

"I missed you," She pants as he keeps his body pressed against hers. She whimpers when she feels his fingers dip and curl up into her.

"You missed me?" He taunts, his hand only picking up speed. His dimples dig into his cheeks when she nods meekly, her hand quickly gripping onto his wrist. It's moments like these where he basks in the way that behind closed doors, he can make this headstrong, stubborn girl turn into putty in his hands. He even contemplates edging her, leaving her high and dry, and having her wait the same amount of time she did to him.

But the satisfaction of having her writing against him, panting and moaning his name, knowing exactly how to make her feel good, and knowing that he's the only one that can make her feel like this is just too perfect.

"Then show me," He bites at her bottom lip, his own eyebrows furrowing with passion as he watches her tip over the edge.

So needless to say, whenever she and Abel get together—whether it be through making music, meeting up through awards shows, or going to see one another at their shows—Harry gets undoubtedly possessive and jealous. He knows that bottom line, the two are good friends and that she's allowed to be close with people other than him, but he can't help it. Especially now that there's no more hiding and sneaking around since their relationship went unexpectedly public on New Years 2020.

And even after her six-year friendship with the other artist, he still can't shake off the uncomfortable twist in his stomach at the sight of them on stage. Especially her surprise Save Your Tears duet performance at the 2021 iHeart Music Awards.

There's no denying that she looks absolutely gorgeous when she comes out on stage in her plum-colored satin outfit, posing with a jut of her hip and singing so effortlessly as the crowd screams out in a mix of excitement and disbelief. The stage is truly her happy place and it shows as she performs; like everyone else watching, he's excaptivated by her.

So much so, that he almost misses the way that when she sings:

So can he be blamed when he stays extra quiet when he meets her back in her dressing room?

"And it was just so cool to hear the crowd scream like that," YN giggles as she removes her necklaces to place on the vanity.

"You deserve it, lovie. It shouldn't come as a surprise at this point," He looks at her so fondly from his seat on the leather couch.

"I honestly wasn't expectin' that type of reaction but it was..." She takes a second glance through the mirror at her love. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see how supportive Harry is to his girlfriend, being with her any way he can and exuding a love for her that is truly unmatched.

But it does take his best friend of 11 years to see that something is up.

She walks the short distance over to him and cups his jaw in her hands and has his gaze meet hers, "Hey."

"Hi," He muses.

"I love you, yeah? Not Abel, not some other musician, not anybody else. You."

Harry huffs out a laugh through his nose, slightly shaking his head in disbelief at how well she knows him. He gently takes a hold of her forearms and leans up to rub his nose against hers, "I love you."

And when he closes the gap between them to capture her lips with his, how can he even entertain the thought of her having eyes for anybody else?

Genevieve Heyman and Roman Reigns are the couple everyone wants to be.

Married in 2014, the couple have had a non stop life since, a reality TV show, a first set a triplets: Koa, Layla and Elle.

You’d think the couple would stop having children after that, Joe being on the rise to be the top dog in the WWE having a full time schedule and Genevieve being the head of creative backstage, the husband and wife duo are very busy people so it came with a shock that Genny was pregnant again, with another set of triplets!

Aveline, Levi and Max were born in 2019, the boys Koa, Levi and Max were inseparable, independent and the wildest kids you would ever meet. Whilst the girls Layla, Elle and Aveline were complete daddy’s girls.

The family showcased a lot of their home and family life in a reality TV show called Behind the curtain.

The show had given an opportunity to show the world how much the Anoa’i family has grown since the debut of the Wild Samoans: Afa and Sika.

“Good morning!”

The episode starts with Genevieve, Levi resting on her hip, descending the stairs. Joe is stood over in the kitchen, cooking up his famous blueberry pancakes for the children.

“Mum, dad said that Uncle Jon and Auntie Trin are coming today!” a very giddy Elle ran up to her mothers frame, wrapping her arms around Genny’s waist.

“They are baby, so that means you’ve all got to go get changed out of your pyjamas. Aveline, mummy will come help you with your hair once she’s spoken with daddy.”

With that the 35 year old women sends her children up the stairs.

Walking over to the stove, Viv stands behind her husband, wrapping her arms around his waist and resting her head on his broad back.

A sigh leaves her lips, Joe immediately notices this. Turning he takes his wife face between his hands.

“What’s wrong baby girl?”

“Hmm, I’m just feeling a bit off. Threw up when I woke up. I think it’s because works a bit stressful right now. Wrestlemania is coming up so i’m trying to work out all the final details with storylines.”

Joe nods in understanding, Wrestlemania is a stressful time for everyone talent and crew alike. Genevieve has a tendency to push herself too hard to create the perfect show.

“Well mama, how about me and Jon take the kids out and you and Trin can have a chill girls day, see if that helps you feel any better.”

“That’s sounds wonderful, thank you.” Ending the conversation with a kiss, Genevieve walks upstairs to go tend to her youngest daughters wild hair. Joe turns back to the stove to finish breakfast.

Trinity and Genevieve are sat on the lounge chairs in the garden of Joe and Gen’s Tampa home.

“Girl are you okay, Joe said you haven’t been well?” Trinity question the women across from her.

“I’m just not feeling like myself, i feel so like sluggish and just tired. I’ve been throwing up and i’m just so bloated. It’s really not what i needed this week.”

This week was crucial for Viv, she had to make Wrestlemania perfect.

“Genny, when was the last time you were on your period?”

Genevieve’s face instantly pales, she was late.

“Oh shit Trin, i’m late.”

“Obviously me and Joe are already parents, and it’s the best thing in the entire world. Becoming a mother has made me a better women in many ways, but already having two sets of triplets and having the work schedule like me and Joe have can prove difficult. I’m grateful for my friends and family who help out with babysitting when needed. If i am pregnant i’m just hoping it’s not more triplets!”

A pregnancy test sits face down in Gen’s bathroom that is currently occupied by Trinity. Having had the trust of revealing the result to an anxious Genevieve.

An alarm rings out through the bedroom indicating the time to wait is over, in one swift movement Trinity flips over the rest.

A light gasp exits her mouth followed by one sentence.

“Mama, congratulations you’re pregnant.”

“Of course i’m happy to be pregnant again, and no matter how many children i have the feeling of overwhelming joy is indescribable. I know Joe will be ecstatic when i tell him the news.”

It’s been a week since Genevieve found out she would introducing a new life to this world, to their family and she was yet to tell Joe.

A romantic dinner was set up with the intention of being the location of the reveal. Joseph sat across from his beloved wife, a steady conversation drifted between the couple.

“Baby i have something to tell you.” Genevieve muttered to her spouse. No matter how many pregnancies she has had, sharing the news always made her nervous.

“What’s wrong baby girl? are you okay?”

“Joe i’m fine, i’m really happy in fact. Handsome, you’re gonna be a dad to another little baby” She shyly placed the test in the table.

Joseph quickly stood up and rounded the table to take his wife into his arms.

“Baby i swear down if it’s another set of triplets i’m gonna murder you” was the phrase he was met by, slightly muffled by his shirt, he sensed the humour in the statement.

“Baby girl, we’ll have to wait and see.”

The pregnancy of Genevieve Anoa’i has been going fantastic, she was very familiar with the feeling of morning sickness and her loving husband was very familiar with how to help.

Revealing the news to Paul was a highlight, the short man burst into tears. Paul and the Anoa’i family had a very close bond even before the romance of Geni and Joe so the pride he felt in a new addition was worth the tears.

Many backstage moments were showcased on the show, the twins arguing over who the best uncle would be, Trinity convincing Geni the baby should have a mini ‘feel the glow’ outfit.

Hunter and Stephanie were such inspirational characters in Genevieves life so to find out baby Anoa’i would be named in honour of them caused Steph to become a blubbering mess!

The segment starts out with the Anoa’i’s in a hospital room, a check up for the mum and the baby. A cold gel is applied to the pregnant women’s belly and the doctor begins the ultrasound.

“Oh my! would you look at that! you’ve got a healthy set of twins! how exciting!”

Genevieve’s head slowly turn towards her husband who is wearing a sheepish smile, it had been an ongoing conversation between the couple. No More Triplets and whilst twins is two not three Joe knows what she is thinking.

“Joe baby i love you, but twins. You and your family genes for multiples is killing me here.” He voice hold a tone of humour so Joe and more importantly the nurse knows she’s happy with the news.

Alessia has a bf. It’s been known for a month or so now people realised it after the World Cup. So anon was wrong there.

Leah. Well I don’t know what’s going on in her life seen as she keeps it quiet. Which is fair. As far as we’re aware she’s single as she stated it in an interview not that long ago but it could’ve changed recently. People have RUMOURED her dating someone she hangs around a lot with but that happens all the time with poor Leah. I mean people speculated she took a date to the Elle awards and it was actually her cousin. Tbh the woman that people think she’s dating literally only hangs out with her in large groups of people I haven’t really seen them together one on one on their own. I’ve never really seen any hint? Apart from when they hang out with their mutual friends. Plus Leah’s been a fan of this woman since 2019? And this woman has never stated her sexuality so she could be straight so I think it’s unfair that people say Leah and her are together. Also this woman still follows her ex on instagram, followed him on threads, likes his posts every now and then, literally hung out with him on his birthday recently and so on. Again I think it’s another case of poor Leah not being able to be friends with women without people automatically saying they’re together. And the people that say they’re together are the people who thought she went to NYC for someone and that Leah was cheating so I don’t think they’re the best of people to go by tbh 😂

Alright, I don't make assumptions because it's really weird but good for Lessi. I honestly feel so bad for Leah whenever a new dating rumor comes out involving her, like I remember when that picture of Leah and Lia came out and oml.

The little mermaid was amazing!!! In ur opinion, what are your favorite Disney live actions???

I don’t remember how many Disney live actions there have been and I haven’t watched them all so I will rank some of them from best to worst, giving my personal opinion on them:

The Little Mermaid (2023):

A beautiful adaptation of a classic, captures the magic of the original while feeling updated. You can tell a lot of effort and heart was put into this movie. Halle as Ariel was breathtaking. She feels like an animated princess come to life. Her vocals are show stopping and casting someone that actually sings makes a big difference. The visuals and that tail design were beautiful. The overall cast was also fantastic and the songs feel very theatrical, except for one song, but it’s short and not enough to ruin the movie.

2. Cinderella (2015):

I think it’s a solid adaptation. The few changes are good. It feels boring at times but it’s enjoyable and charming. The overall cast was pretty outstanding and on point. Lily James was a good choice as Cinderella and so was Cate Blanchett, but the reason why it’s so high on this list is because it easily has the best Disney princess dress. That blue dress was just too magical so props to their department.

3. The Lion King (2019):

A bit unpopular but I found it enjoyable. It had beautiful visuals and great design but it lacked some heart. It would’ve benefit from some changes since it feels like the exact same animated version just less magical. However, I don’t think it was that bad and it’s still one of the best Disney animated movies so it was never failing in my book. I just wished it had something more to make it surprising.

Now...after this it gets trickier so bare with me.

4. Maleficent 1 (2017):

This is a huge unpopular opinion but I actually like this movie. Angelina Jolie as Maleficent was one of Disney's best casting choices and she does a fantastic job. She just got that intimidating presence. Elle Fanning wasn’t bad as Aurora. She was sweet and charming. I think the movie does the job and the meaning at the end being more about mother-daughter love than just the love of a prince was great. The sequel was bad but the first one was great.

5. Beauty’s and The Best (2017):

Another unpopular take (or maybe not) but Emma Watson wasn’t a good choice for Belle. It was clearly a stunt casting and wasn't based on the ability to portray the character. I will always have a soft spot for her because of Hermione but she isn't a very good actress. For Belle, she lacked emotion and charisma. The auto tune in her voice was very evident while watching the movie and they needed to hire an actual singer. Emmy Rossum was reportedly in the running so the fact she lost this role is insane. The actor playing Beast was okay. But Gaston and Lefou were the only memorable things of the movie. A big let down was that ugly yellow dress. It made the scene extremely underwhelming. Evermore is a good prince song, second just to Prince Eric with Wild Uncharted Waters.

6. Aladdin (2019)

You see, this movie is very confusing to me and It's not my place to speak on this but I agree that the casting should've focused on arab actresses for Jasmine. Naomi is a great singer but I don't think she should've been casted for this because Arab culture is very important for the world of Aladdin. The actor playing Aladdin wasn't great (and is a nasty person). And he wasn't a singer which lowkey ruined A Whole New World and had Naomi doing all the work. And overall, the movie had great visuals and some interesting changes for Jasmine but it fails to create that extravagant spectacle I associate with the animated film. Will Smith tries to be a good genie but it lacks and I don't know if it was the direction or the script. It had the material to be excellent but just wasn't that. Speechless is a great new song, thought.

7. Mulan (2020)

It breaks my heart this movie was disappointing because Mulan is one of my favorite animated movies but it had a lot of problems. I won’t talk about the cultural inaccuracies because that’s not my place but there’s a lot of videos on that. Sure, the visuals were beautiful but it doesn’t feel like Disney. They gave Mulan super powers which removes the impact of her being an ordinary person doing grand things. They also removed the songs from the movie and Mulan has one of the best Disney soundtracks. They also removed Li Shang because “strong women can’t have love interests”. They should’ve advertised this as a movie about the legend of Fa Mulan, the real thing, and not as a live action of the Disney animated movie version.

8. Cruella (2021)

It was bad. Emma Stone is a great actress but not for this role and the script was not good. Not every villain needs a sob story to justify their actions but I feel this movie didn't even try. It feels like a joke or a bad constructed comedy. But, my biggest pet peeve about this is how bad the fashion is. Cruella is the type of character you can allow yourself to be extravagant and over the top with. In the live action, there's not those huge big fur coats or those elaborated hats, not enough animal print or punk rock. It feels so boring. The 90's gave her better fashion and it didn't have half the budget. The movie was bad, not needed at all.

The miss make-you-mine, Madison Beer, who doesn't know about her? The pretty popstar who was born on March 5, 1999 in New York with her full name Madison Elle Beer.

Madison was introduced to music at such a young age, where her love and passion for music began. With her love for music, she started to upload her covers of popular songs on Youtube. And that's how her path to fame begins.

She first gained her fame after Justin Bieber posted a link to one of her covers she posted on YouTube. And after that, her popularity started to rise and eventually led her to sign a deal with Island record. She recorded a theme song titled "We Are Monster High" after partnering with the Monster High franchise—before releasing her debut single, "Melodies" in 2013.

In addition, the singles "Dead" and "Home with You" were generated by her debut extended play (EP), As She Pleases, which was released in 2018. "Home With you" successfully peaked at number 21 on the Billboard, this helps to proved her songwriting skills and established her reputation in the music industry.

And in 2019, Madison signed her contract with Epic Records. Where she released her debut studio album, "Life Support." in 2020. This album showcased her growth as a songwriter and an artist, with tracks like "Good in Goodbye" and "Selfish" resonating with fans and critics alike.

Furthermore, She released Her second studio album, Silence Between Songs in 2023. And it successfully brings her a nomination for Best Immersive Audio Album at the 66th Annual Grammy Awards. And in 2024, Madison released her new single "Make you mine" that brings her to another success after it gets viral.

Aside from her solo work, Madison has released the singles "Pop/Stars" under the virtual K-POP group K/DA, Alongside Miyeon and Soyeon of (G)-IDLE and Jaira Burns. She has also appeared on television series such as Todrick (2015) and RuPaul's Drag Race (2020), and in the film Louder Than Words (2013).

Taylor Swift fans rush to sell Wembley Stadium tickets

Taylor Swift fans are selling their tickets for the singer’s next run of London shows – just days after a foiled terror plot at the Vienna leg of the Eras Tour. 

Despite the immense popularity of the concerts, which Austrian officials expected to be attended by 65,000 people within the stadium itself and a further 30,000 outside, some fans may have thought twice about attending after a suspect in the foiled plot said he wanted “to kill as many people as possible”. 

Ticket resell website Viagogo now has dozens of tickets for London dates listed for prices between £500 to as much as £5,000.

A significant amount of tickets for the typically sold-out shows have also become available on Ticketmaster. 

One Taylor Swift fan revealed on Twitter/X that they had been left so frightened by the foiled plot that they will not even step foot in the capital, let alone Wembley Stadium, where the concerts are taking place.

They wrote: “Having to cancel my trip to London to see Taylor Swift because people can’t just not be a**holes is insane, my anxiety won’t even let me think of stepping foot in London and even worse the stadium.” 

A second similarly shared: “It’s so easy for me to just cancel my weekend rn that’s how unsafe I feel, but then I think of all the money I’ve spent and I’m just trying to put a bit of faith in the security .” [sic]

London Mayor Sadiq Khan said the city will “carry on” to host the five shows between the 15th and 20th of August after the American superstar’s Vienna dates were cancelled on Wednesday.

The cancellation followed the arrest of two teenagers, aged 19 and 17, on Tuesday and the questioning of a 15-year-old in connection to the terror plot.

The 19-year-old is reported to be the main suspect in the case and had previously pledged allegiance to the current leader of the Islamic State online.

Materials to produce a bomb were discovered in his home, while evidence of support for the terrorist group Al-Qaeda was found in the other suspect’s.

Austrian Chancellor Karl Nehammer defended the decision to cancel the shows but acknowledged fans’ disappointment. 

“I understand very well that those who wanted to experience the concert live are very sad,” Nehammer said at a press conference.

“Mums and dads are looking after their daughters and sons, who were full of enthusiasm and anticipation for this concert. But it’s also important that in such serious moments as now, it’s inevitable that safety comes first.” 

Authorities announced today that a third suspect, aged 18, had been arrested last night in connection with the plot.

The foiled terror plot – in which the main suspect planned to commit suicide with explosives – comes after 22 people, including children, lost their lives in a similar incident at an Ariana Grande concert in 2017.

Swift expressed her concern about playing to large audiences in the wake of the Manchester Arena incident. 

“I was completely terrified to go on [the Lover Tour] this time because I didn’t know how we were going to keep 3 million fans safe over seven months,” she told Elle magazine in 2019.

“There was a tremendous amount of planning, expense, and effort put into keeping my fans safe.”

But while some fans have decided not to attend shows, others have admitted that despite being frightened, they will still attend. 

Lorelei Petchu, president of the Taylor Swift society at University College London, told Reuters: “Last night I was panicking a little bit. We did consider selling our tickets, but we calmed down.

“We have seen the statements that have been put out and are feeling good about going again.” 

Another undeterred fan said they are convinced that the upcoming London shows will be even safer now. 

“Security is gonna be ramped up even more now [and] be safer than it would have been,” they wrote on Twitter/X.

Don’t let them win by scaring us in to not living our lives [and] don’t miss out on this experience if you can go!”

Other social media users expressed their hope that security will be tight at the upcoming concerts.

“I sincerely hope that security for the upcoming Taylor Swift concerts is on high alert,” one Twitter/X user wrote to the official Downing Street account.

Artists Of The Year 2022 Presented By MSR

So today I will be my annual Artist of the Year for the year 2022 presented by MSR (Midnight Star Report). We have been doing this since 2018. This year there are 10 artists in Country Music we will be talking about their year. So let's get started right now.

The first of the 10 artists that we will talk about for this year's honor is Kenny Chesney. This is Kenny Chesney 1st time being named one of my artist of the year. Kenny Chesney had a perfect swan song for the end of his career with "Knowing you" which topped the list 3 times total. But then there was a song with Kelsea Ballerini titled "half of my hometown" which topped the charts 3 times total. Up next we will talk about the year for the next Artist of the year for 2022 in Jimmie Allen.

Jimmie Allen had released a lot of music in 2022. I did 2 CD reviews for him in 2022 and this is Jimmie Allen's first artist of the year on my list. Jimmie Allen teamed up with Brad Paisley on a track "Freedom was a highway" which topped the charts 3 times total. And most recently Jimmie Ended the with "Down home" being the final regular number 1 for CMT (Country Music Television) and gaining another time at the top on the charts for a total of 2 times. And that is at the time of writing this which gives Jimmie Allen a total of 5 times at the top. The next artist of the year for 2022 that we will talk about is Miranda Lambert.

Miranda Lambert had a good year in 2022 which earned her first ever artist of the year. Miranda Lambert teamed up with Elle King on her track "Drunk (And I don't wanna go home)" which topped the charts 3 times total. Then Miranda's song "If I was a cowboy" CMT kept pushing up their charts which helped Miranda earned her first ever artist of the year on my list. Miranda Lambert had 4 times total at the top. Up next we will talk about one of the special mentions for Artist of the year in 2022 which is Cody Johnson.

Cody Johnson will not be a special mention for artist of the year in 2022. He will be an artist of the year as well. Cody had the song of the year, and in fact on CMT Year-end video Countdown, He has the number 1 video for the year 2022 with the huge hit "'Til you can't". The song topped the charts a total of 8 times and he was the leader until later in the year for total times at the top. I just hope the song isn't too much to overcome when comparing his other singles that he will put out in the future. Up Next we will talk about a 4 time artist of the year in Thomas Rhett.

Thomas Rhett has been an artist of the year on this list in 2018, 2020, 2021, and now 2022. Thomas Rhett topped the charts with a song titled "Slow down Summer" and that was for 1 time total. Thomas teamed up with Riley Green on a song titled "Half of me" which topped the charts a total of 2 times. Thomas Rhett isn't the only Artist to be a 4 time Artist of the year. Let's talk about the year for Luke Combs up next.

Luke Combs has a more quiet year with raising his new kid. But he still made some noises on in the year 2022. Luke has been an artist of the year every year since 2019. So that's 2019 to 2022. Luke first topped the charts this year with a track titled "Doin' this" and that was 3 times total. And then Luke topped the charts this year once again with the track "The kind of love we make" which was 2 times totals. And if you want to hear a version of that song with Riley Green performing it, and he did it on CMT Artist of the Year special 2022. Up next I want to talk about the year for Cole Swindell.

Cole Swindell really took his year up with teaming up with his friend Lainey Wilson on the track "Never say never" and that track topped the charts 6 times total. And then Cole brought in the 90's vibes with his single "She had me at heads Carolina". And he even did a version with Jo dee Messina at the CMA Awards this year. And "She had me at heads Carolina" has topped the charts a total of 6 times and is still going strong today as well. Cole had a total of 12 times topping the charts. And up next let's talk about the 2nd special mention Artist of the year in 2022 which is Mitchell Tenpenny.

Mitchell Tenpenny had a banger of a year in 2022. Mitchell released a new cd titled "This is heavy". Mitchell had 2 songs going towards the top around the same time. The first was with Chris Young titled "At the end of a bar" which topped the charts a total of 2 times. The second was titled "Truth about you" which only topped the charts 1 time. But it has put Mitchell on our radar now. We have 2 artist of the year left before we go. Up next is a 3 time Artist of the year in Kane Brown.

Kane Brown is a 3 time artist of the year 2019, 2020, & now 2022. Kane had a really good year in 2022. Kane released "One Mississippi" off of his new album "Different man" which topped the charts a total of 2 times. But then he brought out the 90's vibes just like Cole on the track "Like I love Country Music" which mentions a lot of our favorite artists. "Like I Love Country Music" topped the charts 5 times total. But if we had 1 artist to sum up this year in 2022 and totally be the artist of the year that would be Morgan Wallen.

Morgan Wallen had a hell of a year in 2022. After everytime that happened in 2021 for this artist. He truly made up for loss time. And with that Morgan earned his second artist of the year in 2022 (The first being in 2019). Morgan first topped the charts with the song "Sand in my boots" which was 3 times total. And he earned his artist of the year with the song "Wasted on you" which topped the charts a total of 7 times. But then he became the artist of the year is 2022 for sure with "You proof" a total of 16 times topping the charts.

Heartstopper <3

I have been following Heartstopper since early 2019 and it’s been a quiet part of my life for these three years and more.

I really like Nick and Charlie and Heartstopper is just such a happy story, even when it talks about serious issues it manages to do so with optimism and hope, there is always this feeling that things will get better.

Then Heartstopper got picked up for a TV adaptation and I’m not a fan of adaptations. I have realised that I like it better if I witness the adaptation first and then go to the source material then vice versa. Whenever I love something that is being adapted I for the most part am not super enthusiastic. So, even though I knew there was a TV adaptation for Heartstopper coming out, it still completely caught me unaware.

I first started hearing about Heartstopper around April 24th only to realise that the show was already out and when it really became obvious that the feedback was nothing but positive, I realised I should probably check it out and Oh My God! it’s so good!!

With any great adaptation there are changes that need to happen and the same is the case with Heartstopper, even though the show completely captures the tone of the comic, it still needed to add a little more story to have the whole thing be substantial enough for eight episodes.

My absolute favourite part of the show was the animations they were so well done, they enhanced the story while tying it back to the source material. Best decision ever!!

Also, I loved the fact that they compare Nick to a golden retriever so early on because that has to be the most apt description of Nick ever.

Heartstopper season 1 (I’m pretty optimistic we are getting a second one) covers volumes 1 & 2 of the graphic novel and chapters 1, 2 & 3 of the webcomic. There was a lot of plot added but I think my favourite moments were those that were copied word by word from the comics. So let’s get into what changed –

Missing Characters:

I love Ollie and I was really disappointed that they got rid of Charlie’s younger brother, I understand why they did it because Ollie being a kid doesn’t really contribute much to the story but still Ollie is adorable and I can’t believe we have no one around to tackle hug Charlie.

Another thing that happened is that Christian, Sai and Omar who are Nick’s rugby friends are more prominent in the comics but they actually don’t exist in the TV adaptation. This was a change that I really didn’t notice going in but I’m curious if they will give Nick more friends/classmates in the future.

Changed Characters:

This is the one change I really don’t understand and I’m really curious to find out what the reasoning behind it was. Aled is missing from the TV adaptation, he has been replaced by Isaac. Now, this was very curious to me they could have still called the character Aled but they didn’t. Aled actually has his own story in the Heartstopper universe which makes it even more curious why they didn’t keep him as a character.

Altered Plot:

I feel for the most part the TV adaptation adds plot lines but there is one significant change in plot line. In the comics Ben actually confronts Charlie when Nick finds them and Nick is the one who is curious about how Charlie knows Ben because Ben is a dick. In the TV show, the scene is altered to contrast Nick and Charlie’s relationship to Ben and Charlie’s relationship and that was pretty cool but I feel this is the only instance in which a plot point was altered to great effect.

There are minor alterations to the plot like how Ben and Charlie don’t meet in the morning but instead meet up at break and other alterations that come in because of the added plot lines.

Additional Plot:

There is so much added plot to beef up the chapters so that they can be spread out over eight episodes.

First of all, Tara and Darcy along with Tao and Elle have hefty plotlines, we learn a lot more about Elle which is something I love because in the comics Elle only shows up for the first time at Charlie’s birthday party and same for Tara and Darcy they also show up a whole lot earlier in the show and have their own plot lines.

In the comics, when we first meet Tara she is already out but the show changed that to her just beginning to come out and that was brilliant, similarly with Tao and Elle. We actually see the beginnings of their relationship in the show which was also really cool.

I feel like Tara and Darcy coming out was a great moment, the kiss on the dance floor with Nick looking on is an amazing moment.

Secondly, we have Imogen, I feel like that particular plotline might be a little polarizing but I really liked what we got out of it. The scene with Nick at the park bench talking to Imogen about how he feels was so crucial because I feel like we don’t realise how much peer pressure and expectations influence us and how difficult it becomes to break the mould because of them.

Thirdly, rugby became a pretty big plot point in this one especially with the match against St John’s and then at the very end with the Sports Day match.

 I’m a little bit obsessed and a lot in love if you have never read the comic watch the show it’s amazing and if you are already a Heartstopper fan than I must say the adaptation does so many things so well.

FOX Post Show Celebration was also one of the starriest, with The Favourite cast holding court at their table and having a ball throughout the night. Big winner Olivia Colman was seen taking shots with Joe Alwyn, who was accompanied by girlfriend Taylor Swift the whole night. 

The Grammy winner cheered on the cast as they took the shots and was affectionate with her beau throughout the celebration. The ultra-private couple was spotted kissing and cozying up at their table along with Alwyn’s Favourite costar Emma Stone and her Saturday Night Live writer boyfriend Dave McCary.

How to fight fair with the ones you love. Chances are you’re not trying to hurt the person you love and they aren’t trying to hurt you. If you can wind the tension of an argument down to a conversation about where the other person is coming from, there’s a greater chance you can remove the shame of losing a fight for one of you and the ego boost of the one who “won” the fight. I know a couple who, in the thick of a fight, say “Hey, same team.” Find a way to defuse the anger that can spiral out of control and make you lose sight of the good things you two have built. They don’t give out awards for winning the most fights in your relationship. They just give out divorce papers.

Apologizing when you have hurt someone who really matters to you takes nothing away from you. Even if it was unintentional, it’s so easy to just apologize and move on. Try not to say “I’m sorry, but...” and make excuses for yourself. Learn how to make a sincere apology, and you can avoid breaking down the trust in your friendships and relationships.

For too long, the projected opinions of strangers affected how I viewed my relationships. Whether it was the general internet consensus of who would be right for me, or what they thought was “couples goals” based on a picture I posted on Instagram. That stuff isn’t real. For an approval seeker like me, it was an important lesson for me to learn to have my OWN value system of what I actually want.

Playing mind games is for the chase. In a real relationship or friendship, you’re shooting yourself in the foot if you don’t tell the other person how you feel, and what could be done to fix it. No one is a mind reader. If someone really loves you, they want you to verbalize how you feel. This is real life, not chess.

Other people still saw Swift, Alwyn, Pattinson, and Waterhouse, and one onlooker told Us Weekly that the date happened. It was good fun. "The four were laughing and talking" all night, the onlooker said. "They were at a table, just the four of them. Rob and Taylor were across from each other."

June 12th – Katy Perry posts a photo from Taylor’s place, and a blurry polaroid of Joe and Benji can be seen in the corner.
